Most dishonest shop I have ever been too. I get a quote and agree to the bill to repair and get picked up. Then after I leave I get a call back saying they forgot to add labor and the bill will now be 750 more. I ask if they can help cut me a deal and they flat our refuse. Had them change the oil and filter on my transmission as well as fix some leaks on my engine. They said they would have it all done the next day and ready for pick up Saturday. Called Saturday an hour before close and they said it would be done Monday. Call Monday and they said they didn't have a technician in to do the work that day and it would be ready Tuesday. Call Tuesday, still working on it but it will surely be done Wednesday. Called Wednesday and I bet you know the answer... I finnaly got to pick it up Thursday. 6 days later... Why say it will be done one day? After they did the work. I noticed an oil leak in my driveway. Took it back in shortly after and they said there was no leak and it must have just been residual oil. I take their word on it since they are the "professionals". So a couple more weeks go by and my transmission starts slipping because now it has ran out of oil. They start making up excuses about how there are leaks there. However my previous interaction with them they said their is no leaks. I find it odd that one week they say there is no leaks but now that a couple weeks have past they start telling me those leaks are there. They refused to help covers the repairs. Or even acknowledge thar they are partially responsible for not doing a good quality check before things got worse. Short answer. Don't trust these guys on working on anything or taking any form of responsibility. The only thing they do well is know how send paperwork back to the bank to make sure they don't lose on a chargeback. Obviously something only a shady shop/owner would be an expert at. read more

This was a 4 star place. January 2024 update, it took 2hrs to do a tire change when I had an appointment, because the tech was interested in taking photos of my entire car instead of doing the work. IN SEPTEMBER 2024 I took a different car in for a check engine light they called me back and said they didn't want to work on my car. Oddly enough all of the car bays were empty. --This type of service says to me that they don't need our business.-- I most likely won't be returning. read more

These guys are great. I had a tire losing air and I took it in because it is warranted. They pulled a small screw out and came to show me what was in my tire and also showed me the very small tack nail that would not be found by most places. I had an alignment done here and when I picked it up the steering wheel wasn't even straight. This is a sure sign that the alignment wasn't done properly and the technician didn't care. I would stay far away from this place. read more

0 stars! I have an old trailblazer with 240,000 miles that I use just to get to work and back. I told them it was making a loud whining noise and i wanted them to check it out. Keith called me a couple hours later and said they wouldn't even look at it unless I replaced a couple of bad tires. I agreed and the next day they called and gave me an estimate of $2,306.43. I told him I could buy another car for that price. He said the noise I was hearing was the fan clutch. I told him no, the noise is coming from the rear of the vehicle. He insisted it was the fan clutch. I went to pick up my car and he charged me $245.58 for 2 old used tires that I didn't even want, plus inaccurate diagnostics. I took my car somewhere else and they fixed the noise for $125.78. Do not go to this shop! They will rip you off!!! read more

Brought some used tires to get put on. The guy working the counter was a complete D bag. Told him I wanted the used tires put on, and the other tires that I have on my car to be put in the trunk of my car. First he tried telling me I had to pay a disposal fee. disposal fee??? For what??? You guys are not disposing of anything. Tried telling me he had to charge it no matter what. That was until I looked the law up on the Utah state government website. Which stated something completely different. Boy did that piss him off. After waiting 20 minutes or so. The tech came out and said he couldn't mount one of the tires because the tire was cracked. Thinking oh crap that sucks. until I looked at the tire and it was the tiniest crack. I told dude to mount the tire cause I wanted to get out. Then jack ass started again. Saying I would have to buy a new tire. By that time I told them " mount the god damn tire, so I can leave". Never going here again. read more

They quoted me $856 for new brakes. I ordered 4 new brakes myself and they cost $108 so they charge $748 for service!? That's seriously insane and I don't understand how a business can feel right about charging someone that much money... for brakes! If you're a female don't come here! Fast service, great prices, knowledgeable people, great products and excellent work!! You walk in hand them your keys, hook up to the free Wi-Fi so can get caught up at work or play game or search Facebook and what seems like minutes later They hand you back your keys and your out the door. Hey these guys are trying to screw the public... I went to their shop today to get my RV emissions done and they tried to charge me $75 for a $35 emissions. They said that was the new price for a Emissions Test. I contacted a few other shops in West Valley and with the State and the normal cost is still $35! These guys are gouging seniors! I replaced my lower control arm on my ram 1500 and had to get an alignment done.I have had issue with this place in the past and didn't really want to deal with it but it was the closest place to my house so I didn't ruin my 1900$ tires. Anyways, I called prior to make sure they can do the camber and caster adjustment/alignment and they charge something like 120$ for the alignment and each corner of the suspension would be an additional 55$ for camber/caster when it's all apart of the alignment. I said whatever and dropped it off to do a simple alignment and they called me and stated they wouldn't do the alignment due to a worn out lower ball bearing unless I paid them 2hrs of labor and 150$ for the part on top the the 120$ alignment +50$ for the added camber adjustment (part online is 50$ And don't take two hours) I know that was not an issue since I just did the alignment at tire pros the week prior when I got new tires. So I ended up going to BigOTires down the street and they did the alignment with camber/caster adjustment all in one like it is supposed to be for a lower cost. This tire and repair shop is customer friendly the people working their have customer service down. I get a greeting each time I go their and they remember who I am. Now my issue is if you are looking to spend a lot of money this is the place to go. Because everything is broken and wearing out. Even small repairs turn into large repairs. 100 turns into 700. I love having a mechanic shop close by but hate the high price and unnecessary repairs. read more

I used this place a while back and had 4 or 5 things I was having done. Before they did the work or charged me they checked things out to give me an estimate. When they called me they laid things out including new tires. And when I went in there were no new tires and they told me that wasn't part of the quote even though they brought it up as part of the quote. So that jacked up the price and made me very angry. Either the person who "helped" me was dense or they just aren't trustworthy. Whichever it was, I got screwed in the end. read more

This place is very close to my home, so I elected to try them out. I stopped by to get an oil change and the first thing I asked the guy at the front desk is "how long is the wait for an oil change" his reply was "we can get you right in". I agreed to get the oil change and gave him all the info and went and had a seat in the lobby. About a half hour has passed at this point so I decide to go back up front and see where we were at in this process. As I walk up front I see one of the workers driving my car, I thought he was pulling it out and the oil change was done... but he was actually just pulling the car into the bay. I asked the guy why are you just barely pulling my car in, you said you would get me right in. He apologized and said there was another car in front of me that he was not aware of. Ok, I said, how long will it be from now... the man said no longer than 20x minutes. I elected to continue to wait. About 10 minutes later the guy comes up to me in the waiting room and says that they don't have the correct filter in stock for my very common vehicle and that they need to order one in and it will probably take about 40x minutes to receive. I was extremely irritated at this point and told them to please stop any work and return my vehicle. The least they could have done is checked the inventory prior to having me wait for about an hour. Needless to say, I will never bring any of my vehicles to this establishment in the future. read more
