Located off Rt 3 in the same plaza as Lash Moi and Namaste Indian restaurant. Booking an appointment was pretty straightforward, and I felt fortunate to find availability this week. What was good? Plenty of parking and a cute storefront (jewelry, hand masks, bags, etc. Gave a sort of co-op feeling as there is also a hairdresser on site. Areas for improvement: Talk to the client, explain what will be involved in the facial, and advise them at every step. For example, when I put on a mask, you might feel some tingling. Probably the worst thing was this was a "dry facial". I inquired about this at the end, and she said she "wet her fingers and used a warm towel because she was concerned about my lashes." This was substandard service at best. There was mask residue on my neck and in my hairline. No lip balm at the conclusion of the service. Did not mention after-care instructions, whether sunscreen was applied, no lip balm or hand massage. Not sure if it is because she is untrained, unfamiliar with other skin types, or didn't care.
