Wife tells them that this is not ok, and in fact it looks like original appt time must have been messed up, or why would she be waiting 45 minutes for an appt originally scheduled to start in 30 min? At this point stylist rudely interjects, "I'm not going to touch your hair, anyway." Why? "Because you're upset." Well, that's a pretty common outcome if you won't keep the appointments you set with people, I would imagine. After all that, she leaves out again but this time doesn't come back for 3-4 hours. I had somewhere to be and she didn't seem to care. I was a walk-in but it should not take 5 hours to get your hair done. She was not professional at all. After she did my hair I was not satisfied at all and I ask her to fix it but she did the bare minimum. The shop overall is gorgeous but I would not recommend going to Brianna. Instead I would go the owner especially if you have short hair.

Never the less, they delivered exceptional quality and service. This is one of the best places I've ever gone for the process. I was especially impressed when, after the first process, Nikki noticed some stubborn hairs were still curly. My hair is now severely damaged from the roots to the ends, after having been natural since high school. Another stylist later confirmed that a texturizer had, in fact, been used. When I brought this up to the salon owner, she completely denied it and insisted that if my hair had been wet, there's no way they could have applied a texturizer or perm--almost as if I didn't know what those treatments involve. She showed no empathy and refused to offer any sort of refund. Her lack of understanding was incredibly frustrating, especially given she's never had to deal with such damage herself. If you've had a similar experience at this salon, I strongly encourage you to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
