We are not members of this church, in fact, I've never attended. This review is solely on the school. Our children were both incredibly shy when they started. Our children love all the teachers and know them by name now. Miss Danielle's class was where they both started, and Miss Danielle was magical at getting them to open up. All the teachers are wonderful at giving recaps on how the day went, their nap, what they're struggling with, if they got owies, etc. They both LOVE going to school, and I love dropping them off and picking them up. It was very hard for me to choose someone else to care for my babies when they were little, and I am blessed to have found this school! The teachers work with each individual child to give them what they need most to grow. Other perks - They are year-round, have dance or soccer available, will cloth diapers, really help with potty training (they even let ME know when I could start making changes at home!), involve the whole child, and are unbelievably affordable in comparison to other schools. We love the date night opportunities, BBQ events, Halloween Trunk or Treat, etc. that is incorporated throughout the year. The school is AMAZING at getting families involved together (something I truly am terrible at!) Which goes above and beyond my expectations for a preschool. I absolutely love the extra community they are - and again, we're not members of the church! They treat all the families like family The only downsides would be that one of rhe playgrounds is sandy. So my 2yo's needed to wear shoes that I didn't care about sand getting in them. And that monthly payment needed to be by check and not electronic payment. We LOVE this school!

Unlike other day care facilities, this is actually a school, meaning that they don't look at your kids while you are working, but they rather teach them with the Montessori method a bunch of things: they learn playing, interacting with each other, and taking responsibility for themselves. I can attest to how much our little one has progressed under Miss Denise eye, an outstanding teacher and a great person. We feel like the school helps her mature and grow each day without the stress and competitiveness that other schools promote. The school is also very diverse, which for us was definitely a must! All teachers in the school -Miss Denise, Miss Dess and Miss Sophia--are amazing people and gifted teachers. When we expressed our concerns and preoccupations, sometimes in ways that could be less than rational, they would never judge us, they will take at face value our concerns and listen to us. We not only have peace of mind when we drop our little one at the school, we are actually full of joy to see her walk to her school, which she claims is the most beautiful school in the world. During these trying times of the pandemic, Miss Denise and the other teachers went above and beyond to make us feel safe. The school closed during the lockdown, but it reopened with the necessary precautions. Miss Denise has been following the CDC guidelines and the county guidelines for day care facilities and communicating with parents so that everybody is safe. Miss Denise, Miss Dess and Miss Sophia are like family to us, we love them for everything they do for our daughter. Ohh, and did we mention that the school is really affordable???

Just a few things she definitely didn't learn from us: -"agua," "buh bye," "night night" -"all done" with sign language too -the sign for "milk" She also gets so much exercise and outdoor time on the play area and has learned how to climb up and push herself down the slide. We love that the app keeps us updated with photos and other events throughout the day (all food, diapers, naps). The staff also keep us updated if there are any sicknesses going around or if the group is going through anything challenging (like the biting phase!) and what they are doing to address it. Now that our baby is eating solids we love the convenience of all of her meals and milk being provided (included in the cost!). The meals are well-rounded and it's so cute that they all eat together at a table! I think it encourages my baby to eat more when she sees her friends doing so. We also love that they keep the cohort together and how the teachers move along with the kids from room to room as they grow. I am not sure if this will continue into preschool, but just having Miss Mariela from the infant to toddler phase has been a true blessing for us. I can't tell you how many times I have showed my mom friends the app or told them about the things AOP offers and they say "wow my daycare doesn't do all that!" I am extremely concerned about how a serious child safety issue was handled at this daycare. However, I was never informed that a report had been made, and when I approached the director about the situation, I was told she knew nothing about it. After speaking with the social worker investigating the matter, I learned that multiple phone calls and emails requesting information and access to the video had reportedly gone unanswered. According to the social worker, the response she eventually received was that my child no longer attended the daycare. As a parent, I find the lack of communication, transparency, and cooperation regarding a child welfare investigation deeply troubling. When concerns involving a child's safety arise, I expect honesty, accountability, and a willingness to work with the appropriate agencies. My experience left me feeling dismissed and concerned about how serious matters are handled at this facility.

The best ways. The teachers are so good with the kids. You can tell the kids are really happy here. It's family involved which is really nice allowing parents to be apart of so much.
