He even called me personally to ease my fears and assured me he could help me. The office staff worked with me regarding scheduling issues. All seemed well and above my expectations considering my past experiences with dental care. THEN, after assuring me he could handle my needs, Dr. Smith referred me to an expensive oral surgeon to do what Smith had told me HE could handle. This oral surgeon does not take my insurance and Smith's office was not willing to help me find anyone else. I don't have several thousands of dollars to spend on an oral surgeon, so I shall just leave everything as it is until I find a gentle dentist who deals with geriatrics. I do not recommend them. I no longer trust them at their word and trust is very important with a dentist. This is a bait and switch dentist, in my opinion.

I waited about 30 min and went to go check again and it was still locked, i peeked inside and saw someone behind the receptionist desk move behind the wall as to not be seen. I called again and left a voicemail so they could call me back when they're available because i would like to pick up her dentures before they close today. If they are out of office or still on their break they should, at the very least, leave a note on their front door stating when they will be back. To add to this, we were told her dentures would be ready either Monday or Tuesday and that they would call to let us know. They never called and when we called they did not answer until yesterday but it was too late to go pick up, it's now Thursday and the fact that they are "closed" and not answering when they should be open is just ridiculous and very unprofessional.

My appointment was for 4pm and I am assuming I was probably Kelly's last patient. Despite it almost being closing time, Kelly was patient, thorough, and left my teeth feeling squeaky clean. I had some concerns about my permanent bonded retainer being loose and the other dentist told me it was fine. Kelly advocated for me and had Dr. S come check it out. Dr. S. Is the absolute best! She knew IMMEDIATELY that a piece of the glue was loose. She is very kind, remembers you, and genuinely cares about helping her patients. I may be picky but I ONLY ask to see Dr. S. Since I am interested in trying their version of Invisalign, Dr. S took her time explaining to process to me, Kelly walked me over to the other office and Cristina printed out a quote for me. Despite it being close to closing, everyone was so willing to help. Thanks for a great experience today.
