BUT Dr. Lee's office is nothing like your typical dentist office! The waiting, and exam rooms are very modern and professional looking, it almost reminds me of a salon or spa. Her staff is very friendly/professional/helpful. The hygienists are very nice, understanding and give great advice on how to take care of your teeth beyond just everyday flossing and brushing. They are very sweet, and take care of you well. Dr. Lee is an amazing dentist. Very caring, and very good at what she does. She is very gentle, and knows what she is doing. Trust me, I have been to other dentists that weren't as patient or approachable. Every time I go in, I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Lee. Highly recommend!! They are very good about scheduling appointments so I have never had to wait more than 5 mins to get called back. This office would get 5 stars, however I was given some misinformation by the head receptionist about my insurance, that prevented me from getting in sooner. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my insurance and I could have gotten in months earlier. Anyway love this dentist office, love Dr. Lee! So happy I found this office!

The feeling of something wanting to come out of your tooth, there comes a point you probably think you are going crazy from the throbbing, sleepless nights.. you get the idea. My husband ended up waking up with a swollen cheek (I was like you eating too many tacos) being the stubborn guy he is he still went to work. The follow day there was no way he was going to be talking to anyone other then me, without someone telling him "dude there's something wrong with your face". He took the day off to fight the pain off (mexican remedies) but he gave up and came across Dr. Marchetti's office who mind you had the patience of him having to keep calling bc there was static ? happening. I'm surprised they didn't just give up on him lol anyways he explained his discomfort and they were able to squeeze him in. Once he was there he was greeted and was not shamed for taking so long to have this matter taken care of. The front office and back office teamed up to ensure he did not leave the office without alleviating some pain. Options and plans were given to him. He still needs to go back to have his procedure completed so second review coming soon. As for now Thank you to Dr. Fernando Marchetti and his staff for helping my husband. Happy Wife happy life.

The doctor dismisses any periodontal needs or orthodontic needs prior to treating areas that need space to work with and speaks negatively of those who do recommend them. Instead they will try and convince you that you don't need essential periodontal treatments and will ignore any concern you bring up about needing to straighten teeth. I don't know if they don't specialize in those or maybe there's faster money to be made. It This is important to note because if you call an orthodontist they may not see you without the recommendation of a dentist. Luckily I found a dentist who treated my mouth holistically. I learned that when these concerns aren't addressed you run the risk of complications if a subsequent dentist finds these necessary after cosmetic work is already completed.

We were not informed about the out of pocket cost or that the insurance would not be covering the filling repair due to them not being to old (less than 18 mo). When then received a surprise bill for almost $700.00. The office refused to accept responsibility or make it right. They gave us a small discount but we were still stuck with a hefty bill. The kicker is, if we had waited two month, the insurance would have covered a large portion of it. I will not be doing business with this office again. Bottom line, I was billed for faulty fillings, not told the expense up front and not told the insurance wouldn't cover it (unless we waited two months which we were willing to do). We were not given enough information to make an informed decision. Steer clear form this Dentist office.
