Dana was incredibly unprofessional when dealing with other agents and other people. She would snap at them, and make rude comments about them behind their back. At first I thought she must be having a really bad day, but it became an undeniable habit. Working with her became very awkward and stressful - you need your agent to be calm and professional - and this was definitely not Dana. However, as our family moved through the process - our search for a home became a little more daunting. Our son was developing relationships in the neighborhood, there was little on the market in Sq Footage we desired, we were now tying ourselves to a specific model home, in a very specific neighborhood. About to give up, a house came on the market - Danette made herself available to show us the home immediately and helping to come up with an offer. Since there were some personal things that came into play with our move - we both discussed doing a letter to share a bit of our story. We also knew that actually doing a VA Loan was not really to our advantage. Most sellers do not want to deal with VA.
