She made the loan application seamless. I sat in the comfy branch at San Carlos (across the street from the famous Thinker Toys, and next door to the awesome old market, Neilson Brothers. There you can get a yummy lunch in the back of the store. Free parking downstairs for shoppers!) Sorry, Edna! This is about YOU! You are so radiant. The bank was full of good energy. One from the tellers zone waved me over and as I approached her I began to lament the closing of the branch on lighthouse . She stopped what she was doing and just listened. When I was finished venting she asked what can she help me with . Just need cash I said the ,the auto teller outside doesn't work . She could tell I had my jaw was a little twisted by now .She immediately produced the cash I wanted and as I turned to leave she stopped me and said By the way Mr Grover we have the same last name ! I stopped dead in my tracks we had a great conversation about our last name /possible relation of which I won't bore you with but just as a new customer walked in she stopped ,said gotta go ,let's talk latter . Chad's weekly Friday video updates are personable and keeps us in the loop. He is a straight shooter and asks for minute details so we can get the best rates as he continues to shop for us. I would definitely refer them, have to say the team is not for everyone because they are very professional and require full docs and does not skip any steps.
