But where they stand out is that they are compassionate, knowledgeable and really jump right into addressing your concerns. When I wrecked my back, for God knows what reason other than being old and stuff happens now, I had no clue what to do. My dr prescribed the typical pain relaxers and physical therapy which didn't work. I really didn't know what to do next. So I did the normal thing try everything else out to see if works. Luckily, I started first with Accupuncture and scheduled an appointment with Rebecca. She figured out what was going on and could relate to what I was going through. At this point I just wanted to be able to sleep and maybe walk again. The first session went quickly and on my drive home was thinking that's not bad and wow I can kind of walk a bit normal again. Got home, got some good sleep and next day felt great. I am now back for more appointments finding this to be way more effective than phys therapy and prescription drugs. As a gift to myself and my friends, I thought doing sound bath healing would be a great wat to release any blockages, and open ourselves to the journey. I searched on IG for " sound bath healing Bay Area" and Saisha is one of the three ladies I reached out to as I was specifically looking for Black or POC practitioners. I sent a DM to each, but for whatever reason, I decided to look up Saisha's phone number and reach out instead. Saisha answered promptly and was just as excited as I was about the idea I had. I was only a week away from my event and she was available and very informative about what she could provide and all the services she does. I didn't feel pressured at all to do more and less than what I wanted. Her energy on the phone was the same in person, and I appreciated her combo of professionalism with warmth. She gave us an amazing experience and had myself and my guests extremely grateful for the energy she produced with her singing bowls, drum and instruments.
