I am a local person and thrilled to have another nice boutique in the area (thus the 2 stars). That being said, I purchased a pair of shoes, which I loved, and they fell apart after wearing them twice. I took them back to the store and was told I could only get a store credit. I am not a fan of store credits, and after researching the law, knew that I was entitled to a replacement or refund. I did not want a replacement, as I was told that mine were not the only pair to break (and I felt lucky that I had not fallen or suffered the embarrassment of a broken shoe). I called to nicely request a refund to my CC, and was told by Christina that her store policy was a credit. I would understand if I said I changed my mind or even if they hurt my feet, but they broke! I was verbally attacked by Christina and told not to shop there ever again. I am a local person with many contacts in the area and her excuse of being a "small boutique where every dollar matters" baffled me. If you want business and have nice things, all that matters is customer service. You want people to speak well of your store and feel confident that you stand behind your merchandise. read more

I purchased a pair of shoes from Christina's as a gift. They arrived, I wrapped them and gifted them. Unfortunately, they were stretched out, at least a half size if not more, larger than marked size. They also showed signs of wear. I contacted the boutique about 15 days after the purchase was processed and they would not review the sale. I am stuck with very expensive and unusable shoes. Buyer beware - this boutique is not interested in customer service or standing by their product and sale. read more

I love this boutique! I've been living on the island for quite some time and I do my best to support the small local businesses as much as I can.... this is an easy one to support! Christina and her team are friendly, personable and creative. The store is always clean and organized- it's hard not to want everything on the racks!!
