Great selection of beautiful lingerie. To be honest, I go to the store, try on what fits me and see what I like and then order it online. The women that work here are rude, and overly helpful, seeming like they just want to make sure you're not stealing anything, as opposed to helping you find something you actually like! Scratching my head on any negative reviews here. My wife and I are in our 50's and she decided it was time to get fitted professionally for a new bra. Lot's of helpful staff! They offered me a bottled water while I sat on the couch and made a few business calls while my wife did her thing. She absolutely loves the two she chose. She told me the staff was extremely professional and courteous. This place is not cheap so don't expect to receive top quality service and intimate wear for $30 bucks. We spent $150 for the two she chose. Not a big deal. Happy wife, happy life! LGBT Community- I'm not going to say how I stumbled on this conversation with the owner, but let me tell you this. They cater to this community as well and you will welcomed and treated with the dignity and respect you deserve. Buyer beware! No returns at Christina's, only store credit offered. I purchased several items at this store but found that one garmet, a shirt, was too large when I returned home. I returned the item less than 24 hours later only to find that only store credit for this very expensive shirt would be offered. Their reasoning was "we are a small business". Since when do small businesses or any business not allow returns of full priced merchandise (or when the return policy was never discussed)? Weekends allows returns and is lovely about it. Two Sole Sisters allows returns within one week and also offer wonderful customer service. Walters and Hogsett the same. McGuckins also the same. I have lived in Boulder for over 40 years and try to shop at locally owned stores whenever possible. I now have a very large credit balance at a store I would prefer never to do business with again. read more

I came here to get some new items and was very impressed by the selection and helpfulness of the staff. Since I didn't really know what I wanted, I went into the dressing room with a handful and the very attentive woman helping me just brought me more and more items until I had probably tried on everything in my size in the store. They sell very high quality pieces of clothing, so you're definitely paying for it, but they also had a decent collection of clearance items marked down significantly so it's worth checking out even if you're on a budget. read more

It was a great experience until the employee helping my wife decided to make a condescending gesture about my wife thinking I wasn't looking or couldn't see her. Earlier in the day I found out that my wife badly needed a new bra and that the reason she hadn't bought a new one recently was because she really wanted to be properly fit. So I googled places that do bra fittings and Christina's had a great reviews. Even though there were closer chains and such I wanted my wife to have a great experience and feel pampered. So we decided to drive the 30 minutes from Westminster to Boulder to go to Christina's. My wife and I are on a very strict budget, since we are trying to get out of debt, and we hadn't budgeted for a new bra this month. But we had just received a refund from some medical expenses, about $75, and decided that getting my wife a decent bra and fitted would be a worthwhile way to spend some of this refund. We knew that Christina's would be a little more expensive but we were fine with that if it is something that would last and she could get a proper fitting in the process. Everything started out great! We (My wife and I and our 2 kids, 4 and 1) were greeted warmly immediately upon entering by the lady that would end up helping my wife. I spotted a nice sofa off to one side so I took my two kids over there to get out of the way to let my wife do her thing. The other two ladies working there were really sweet and talked to my kids while my wife was being fitted. My wife texted me from the fitting room commenting on how they were more expensive than we thought so I told her to ask if they had anything less expensive and if we spent a little more than we thought, but no more than the extra $75 we had, we could count it as a Valentines gift for both of us. A little bit later I see the lady who was helping my wife come out of the fitting area with some bras in her hand. She sets them down on the counter and the looks at the other two ladies working there and shakes her head, mouths no money, and rubs her finger together in a money gesture. She obviously had no idea that I was looking at her and had seen what she had just done. Immediately after that my wife came out of he fitting room ready to buy the bra that she had picked out. I didn't say anything to her while she was checking out about what I had just seen because I didn't want to ruin her experience of being fitted for and picking out a new bra. The lady that helped her, A, was very sweet again as she rung my wife up. But I can tell you that I have never felt like such a second class citizen in a business before. If I wasn't trying to do something special and spontaneous for my wife with our limited funds I would have left and not let her buy the bra she has picked out. After driving over an hour, there and back, to help my wife have this small bit of pampering while we are living restricted monetarily to get out of debt to be treated like that, even though he associate thought she was doing it behind our back, it unacceptable. No one should have to go through the feeling like we are not good enough to shop at your store. It's not like we don't have the money to spend there, we are CHOOSING to live frugally so that we can get out of debt. The staff at Christina's had a chance to make a customer for life by giving my wife and our family the experience of a lifetime, no matter how much we were spending. But because one employee decided to make a condescending gesture to her co-workers when she thought no one was looking we will go elsewhere when shopping for niceties for my wife. We will never shop here again, even after we are out of debt and back to having disposable income. Let this be a lesson to you, treat EVERY single customer like they have a million dollars, even when you think they aren't looking. Hopefully my review will be enough so that the employees here never do this again so that no other customer has to feel like I did, like a second class citizen and a piece of trash because I couldnt buy my wife the most expensive bra. I am in retail as a multi-unit manager and if I saw one of my employees do what this woman did I would have sent them home for the day. Here is a free tip...have all the employees read the book "Reinventing the Wheel" by Chris Zane. It will change the way you look at customer service. read more

I went shopping here a few months ago, and had a great experience. Their selection is mostly on the expensive end, but they have fantastic products and a helpful staff. I drove to Boulder because they carried a specific brand I wanted to try. The lady I worked with was helpful with finding me options in the brand I was looking for. She was also able to give me other suggestions that fit my body style, what I was looking for and, for the most part, my price range. I wouldn't regularly drive out of my way to go here. However, if you're trying to branch out from Victoria's Secret and need more help than websites can provide, Christina's is worthy of a visit. read more

Christina's has a fabulous selection of modern & vintage wedding dresses.Barbara was a pleasure to work with, and got me excited again about buying a wedding dress after a very rough experience I had trying to get my original dress cleaned. Barbara picked out a hand-beaded, 1920's number by Sue Wong that she said was her favorite--and that's the dress I'll be wearing for my wedding. All the saleswomen were solicitous & doting without being pushy. They clearly love what they're doing, and are very good at it. It shows not only in their service but the quality of their clothing. I have been shopping at Christina's for about 3/4 years. I have a very alternative look and when I go in I am usually in sweats and look like hell because it's my day off and that's how I roll. I have always gotten great service, no attitude (even when it could have easily been given) and fabulous bras. Not only that but I wear a larger bra and have always had a difficult time finding something that would fit... not only does their inventory fit well but if I have any problem with the under wire, I can bring it in and they will repair it no questions asked. I had fantastic service here. The moment I stepped in the door, a friendly sales woman asked what I was looking for, correctly guessed my size after one glance, and proceeded to pull dresses off the racks that she thought I would like. She even went so far as to unzip them all as she hung them in the dressing room for me and brought me a pair of heels to try on with them, "because heels just change the look so much." I generally hate shopping and the awkwardness of talking to sales staff but their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. I've been buying clothes here for years. There is no where else in Colorado where you can find such a wide selection of La Perla, Nicole Miller, Cosabella and other top designers. The owner Barb is committed to sending her customers out looking great and they have the best bra fitter in the area. The sales people are knowledgable and fashion forward. Whenever I need something for a special occasion I go to Christina's because I know that even if they have something I love but not the size they will get it. Colorado has very few high end shops outside of Cherry Creek but this is certainly one of them. read more

I have been here three times, once many years ago, another last year, and 10 days ago. I think the service is superb and I appreciated the experienced attitude as far as fitting bras went. (Last couple of times I have been to Nordstrom's lingerie department the service has been shoddy: the lady appeared afraid of seeing me in the bra I was trying on and she never came back to check on me.) It was so nice shopping where the people are happy, friendly, interested in your needs, passionate about their products, and 100% committed to making your shopping experience simple and awesome. I was visiting family and completely forgot to pack a bra, traveling only in the sports bra I went to the gym in that morning - I wound up loving 2 super comfortable bras in a brand that I had never tried before (and I hate shopping for bras!). I have been in there twice in about a year. The first time I went in, the salespeople were extremely nice and very helpful in finding me a bra that fit my overly large bust. I recently went in to buy replacement bras like the ones I'd bought before and the saleswoman was very rude and dismissive. I have a feeling it was because I don't look like I have tons of money (and I don't) . The problem with this is that no matter how much money I have, I was willing to spend over $100 on 2 bras in their store! Also, I was looking for lingerie for my wedding night that would fit my chest and give support and the saleswoman showed me one nightgown with absolutely NO support and then told me to look elsewhere! They didn't have the bra I wanted in both colors , so I asked if they'd order it. She told me it would take a MONTH to order it because "We won't order just one bra. You'll have to wait until we do inventory!" Screw that! I went online and found it cheaper and had it in 4 days! I called today to tell them I didn't want it anymore. The saleswoman I spoke to today was VERY pleasant. Because of HER, I MAY return there again, but who knows? read more
