Christine is amazing and is as good as it gets. We had known Christine previously through friends and since my fiance and I were first-time buyers, it was important to us to work with someone we knew we could trust and someone who we knew was reliable. Christine is all those things and was beyond stellar. We spent a lot of time combing her listings, and when we were ready to buy, we found a property we knew that we wanted to see. Christine opened up her schedule and showed us the property immediately. We decided that day we may want to put an offer. She advised us that the offers were due the next day (!), so we would have to move quickly. She helped us construct an offer that night and the following morning. Christine worked with the selling agent to make sure our bid was competitive and attractive to the seller. Her instinct was spot-on and our bid beat the other competing bid purely because she knew that the selling agent would want a quick close and that she could work quickly enough to make it happen in time. During the next 21 days, we were in almost constant contact, moving paperwork around from early morning to late night. We completed everything on time and the sale went through without any trouble at all. During the whole process, Christine answered all of our questions (even near midnight!), and brought up issues that we (as first time buyers) simply wouldn't have been aware of. Christine also worked tirelessly - we sometimes called each other on Friday night or Saturday night in order to get that next document in on time, giving up her personal time to help us get everything done on time.
