I went in today 10/23/25 for my first appointment I got to the office at 8:33am after having issues finding the office which I told to the 3 receptionist (Hallie, Brianne and Laura)who immediately started being upset that I was late. My appointment was for 8:40am they then said they don't think I can be seen dispute it still being before my appointment time due to me not coming in with the paperwork filled out. I was told the paperwork would be mailed to me prior to this 1st appointment, which did not happen and I told them this as well and they act like I was lying. Laura the receptionist said she had to ask the doctor if she will still see me but she didn't think they would. She then started to go to the back office I then asked her for the contact information for corporate because this was just crazy and did not sound like a policy. So I asked for a copy of this policy. I waited until 8:55am when the office manager Latoya came out and I spoke with her telling her most of the issues along with the way I saw them treat different patients. Example- Another patient came in and didn't complete her paperwork and she was told she can see the doctor and bring the paperwork back before she leaves. I was then told to return to the waiting room until she sees if the doctor can still see me. My appointment was scheduled with Dr. Hulinska. I sat in the waiting room until 10:24 am and went to the receptionist desk twice requesting them to call the office manager Latoya to see if I can be seen. At that time Laura the receptionist asked me for my Id and insurance card (which no one did from 8:33am when I arrived) I asked if I would be seen I was told probably. I then asked for the office manager Latoya so I can know if I'll be seen before giving them my insurance card and I'd. The office manager Latoya came out at 10:33am told me they can not see me today, and rescheduled my appointment today 11/7/25 at 1:40pm and handed me a copy of the no show policy which she was trying to use to justify why I can't be seen for me appointment today. I told her this isn't correct because I didn't miss my appointment I am here. Latoya the office manger then became upset and told me I am antagonizing and confrontational due to me asking about the policy I was given. Latoya then became more upset when I said what they are doing is wrong to have me sitting all this time to then say they can't see me and give me a no show policy. Latoya then told me that maybe I should go to another office as she don't think they can't care for me there. I then said I never said that as I have not gotten out the waiting room so I asked if she is saying that she plans to cancel my rescheduled appointment on 11/7/25 at 1:40pm she said no. I then requested a copy of my current appointment that I was told by Latonya that they canceled and she went through the roof and said no she can't give that to me as it's their document as I am not a patient. I was then told by Latoya the office manager that she will have me removed from the waiting area and that she was going to cancel my rescheduled appointment, which she then did. Latonya then proceeded to call 911 at 10:33am and told them that I was a threat because I took her picture. Officers came and I told them what happened Latonya spoke to them in the back and I asked for a case number. Someone needs to look into this so call practice they are horrible, rude, unprofessional, nasty, and don't follow any kind of policy that they can't give to you in black and white. I warn everyone stay away from them they will do more harm. Please look at the reviews I wish I did before I went to the office. They have a rating of 2.5.Patients are going to the office for help and care and that isn't what you will get

But our worries were quickly forgotten about after our first visit with Dr. Hafez. He is caring, professional, EXTREMELY reliable, and goes above and beyond to meet our children's needs. He even got credentialed with my new employer's insurance company (which is not a very common company in this area) just so we wouldn't have to switch providers and could remain in network! Anytime the kids are sick and need to be seen, he is always able to see them same day, he's even seen then after hours on a few occasions. Although we were new patients at the time, Dr. Hafez respected our years of struggles with our son's ear infections and quickly gave us a FABULOUS ENT referral to address the issue. I could go on and on about how wonderful this pediatrician is and why I would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality doctor for their children.

Early this week, I woke up with a headache and was too dizzy to move. I lay in bed for a couple of…read morehours, unable to go to the bathroom. I asked "my husband" for a ride to the ER. He couldn't be interrupted from a sex site and online lover to take me to the hospital. Eventually, I called an ambulance. Everyone in the Emergency Room was kind and efficient. They ran their tests, but found nothing physically wrong with me. In fact, I've had difficulty with dizziness for the past several years, lots of testing, but testing always reveals that I'm in good physical health. Kevin, the ER doctor who first treated me, talked to me about the stress of living with a husband who is a serial adulterer. He was very compassionate. He made me aware of how the emotional damage I've navigated is affecting my health and offered several suggestions. Everyone was very loving. Zach, another ER doctor, talked to me about the risk I face. He said he didn't want me to end up dead, and suggested that I go to a women's shelter. The nurse hugged me while I cried, urged me to come back if I needed to, and arranged for a driver. I felt safe during that time in the ER, the safest I've felt in some time. They also gave me medicine that helps with the dizziness. But the emotional support that they offered was invaluable. I'm exceedingly grateful to these fine health care professionals.

My Dr. Aditi Mukherji is fabulous she's the best I have ever had the pleasure of treating me! I can recommend her again and again. She friendly polite and treats you with a gentle kindness that makes you feel better if you were sick! Any procedures blood work or medicine I needed she checks to be certain the insurance will cover it before making an order for it! That way I'm not in unnecessary debt! I haven't met such a fabulous Doctor before. Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Dmitry Albin (emergency appt) he was attentive and took the time to check if the insurance would cover my prescriptions. I will say after 20 minutes he really wanted our appointment to end. I asked if he would flush my clogged ear he said no buy OTC medication and try it at home because that procedure takes 1/2 an hour (I know it only takes 5 minutes) or choice #2 I can call and make another appointment to have it done (my copay would be another 20.00) all in all, it was still a good visit, plus I lost 2 lbs! Lol

I had Dr. Lebowitz as a doctor for a couple of years and then I had finally had it. Expect to wait…read morein the office for him for no less than 30 minutes, but usually closer to a full hour if not more. The staff won't tell you he is running behind. It got to the point where I would buy snacks and watch a movie on my iphone while waiting. He doesn't give any difinitive answers and seems to just want to write a prescription to get you on your way. He was switching me to a new medication and didn't ween me off of the old one but rather just had me stop it. I had horrible side effects from this and everywhere I read, that medicine is supposed to be slowly decreased. I believe he has far too many patients to be efficient or effective.

When I arrived, the receptionist told me they only had a virtual doctor available, so when I was seen it would be in a room on an Ipad. Again, if I had known this I would have gone elsewhere or used the free telehealth service through my insurance. There were 2 people ahead of me in the waiting room. I sat waiting for close to an hour and a half and ultimately ended up having to leave to pick my son up from daycare. Complete waste of time from start to finish.

Wow, where to start. First of all I've been to this location several times over the past five…read moreyears. It has improved drastically and I love that they offer a wide variety of services. A month and a half ago I was ill and couldn't get into my pcp but new i likely needed an antibiotic. I scheduled an appointment online, showed up and did not have to wait long. much to my surprise it was and video visit. The staff was super nice and explaining to me that if I wanted to go to a different doctors location they do have physicians but at that day they did not. But when they explain to me the process- they have a machine that lets the doctor hear your heart, your breathing/lungs, etc I felt completely confident with an video visit. Technology is truly amazing. As I suspected the doctor told me I had bronchitis, called me in medication, but also recommended that I follow up with the lung specialist who is a part of docs but in a separate office upstairs. if anything I thought he was more thorough than any doctor I have seen in person. Fast forward now, the lung doctor upstairs, Dr Larry was able to give me the kick in the butt I needed to quit smoking after 24 years. Today with my follow up and I went down to the docs urgent care where Amelio helped me to the phlebotomist- super friendly hard working gentleman! they have a phlebotomist on site, she did excellent as well, didn't even hurt. Upstairs staff is so friendly and kind as well. I also believe they do a variety of other things like primary care, chiropractic, and possibly more. Nice to have Doctors Who is all in one spot. highly recommend, wether you're sick, just need a Covid test, or any other urgent matter. Also I should add with the video visit doctor I was only charged my regular doctor co-pay for the appointment, not my urgent care amount which was great, I saved $30. highly recommend.

We had an appointment that I missed bc I woke up late, I called to see if they would still see us unfortunately the Dr. Was tightly booked but I was able to get an appointment with the APRN (his nurse-Debi) just a few hours later she was attentive kind concerned and explained everything, that my son who's 17 is going thru bc of his ear infections. A condition he has had since birth. This is our 1st time with this Dr. And wished we had him years ago. He was given a hearing test, Ears checked through a microscope and that's how this visit was everything for me felt like it was done using a microscope. I'd also like to mention Terry the nurse she was the exact same way with my son. Concerned and patient in talking with us. I know there's not a better Dr. Specialist office out there! If you are lucky to have an appointment with them u will understand why I praise these 2 ladies the way I have.
