Prices were always competitive and they deliver expert service and, in one case, over the top great. When my old dryer wouldn't spin and the problem was identified to be a failed door switch which, unfortunately, had been discontinued and was no longer available, that meant my dryer was dead in the water. The service tech wouldn't hardwire the switch so the dryer can operate, but he showed me how to, which saved me from buying a new dryer. That was 3 years ago. The same dryer died again a week ago, but this time I decided to replace it because it needed too many new parts. The new GE dryer was delivered and installed for a very good price. Highly recommended!

They had a nice selection of books but not many food items like my old Ollie's in Eagleville had. The store is located in a rather depressing shopping center near the Suburu dealership. I found cute inexpensive pet toys - my grand animals are coming to visit this weekend . Ollie's had a great deal on some plug in scented oils and warmers from air wick. I bought a few. They also had a great buy on Oil of Olay spf sunscreen lotion. I picked up a twin pack for only 6.99- and it wasn't even nearing the expiration date. The shopping center itself is decrepit and run down. I didn't go inside the "mall" after Ollie's. I'm glad to have an Ollie's kind of nearby but it's not a destination shopping experience by any means. The cashier, an older man, was pleasant and friendly.

I went here because I was in the Laurel Mall and this was close by. I'm really trying to be open minded here and give businesses a chance since moving to this area. It was just a bad experience all around from screaming whiny brats in the store the whole time to this woman in front of me getting her credit card declined multiple times. In turn holding me up. A crappy strip mall- a crater filled parking lot with no redeeming qualities.

The lady who answered the phone was polite and I was expecting a lot more based on the favorable reviews. I found the items to be quite overpriced. I disliked how the prices on many items were written on with a magic marker too. Who wants to deal with that as a buyer? I was interested in home decor and found nothing. There were some interesting items but I chalk it up to a waste of time. I doubt I'll go back- I would prefer to trek down to Good Will else-wear. The Good Will stores are much cleaner and brighter. The interior was dark and dingy. I wasn't impressed with what I saw. I attribute that possibly to the area. Hazleton Good Will doesn't offer much either.

Today we purchased stuffed clams, crab cakes, and a large salmon fish head. We roasted the fish head spiced with fresh parsley, curry, salt, pepper, dill, and lemon juice along with heirloom tomatoes. See photo for picture. Yes, the salmon head was enough for two at lunchtime. We loved it! We are having the crab cakes and stuffed clams tonight. The seafood department is a favorite of ours, but let's not forget about others at this fine store. Fresh produce is always just as they claim--fresh! The selection is broad. The meat and deli departments are noteworthy--varied cuts of beef, poultry selection galore, sliced cheeses/meats, and unique salads. Note that homemade shrimp salad is at the seafood counter.
