Was referred to Bra-Wey by a friend years ago, been using them ever since. First time i called him…read morehe came exactly when he said he would, took care of the wasp problem quickly, and was very fairly priced. Since then we have retained him for year round rodent service and mosquito/tick spray in the summer. Ever since he started treating the foundation annually we have not seen a single bug inside the home. Bob is friendly, dependable, and fairly priced. If you want to steer away from the giant corporate companies and want a local, friendly, small company, then i would highly recommend BRA WEY.

Thank you so much to Bra-Wey: my husband and I are so happy with their services and decidedly will…read morecall them going forward for any other issues. Bob was professional, prompt, communicative, and pricing was very fair. Our issue was ~20 wasps aggressively flying around on our front porch and we were unable to find the nest. Bra-Wey came out the very next day and was incredibly punctual. Within just 5 minutes, Bob identified that the wasp nest was likely hidden beneath some boulders and sprayed the areas where the wasps were likely hiding. He was excellent with communication, explaining to me to keep my dog away from the area and that he inserted some warning yellow flags in the ground to warn about the sprayed area. He said he would come back the following week if the wasp activity persists and was even planning on sending a worker over to weed whack the area to ensure the wasps would be eliminated. He then texted with the same instructions. Within a few hours, the wasps were all gone. THANK YOU!

As a designer, I hired Lisa for a slipcover project for one of my clients, trusting her business…read moretagline, "Slipcovers and More." One of the first red flags was that Lisa does not operate under a written contract. Without a contract outlining scope, expectations, or process, important details were not clarified -- including that the original slipcovers would not be returned once deconstructed. That lack of documentation created confusion and avoidable issues later in the project. The project ultimately spanned more than six months for what should have been a straightforward slipcover job. During that time, requirements changed (she initially stated she would not need the chairs, then later required them), and portions of the work were completed by a "stitcher." The slipcovers that were delivered were inconsistent in sizing, puckered, misaligned, and only one fit properly. We returned them for correction. The final attempt removed the originally promised zipper construction and replaced it with a folded pocket bottom. The slipcovers were returned with oil stains and continued construction issues. When concerns were raised, the explanation given was that the fabric was stiff and difficult to work with. However, the issues were not related to fabric drape -- they were workmanship problems. Even after multiple rounds of revisions, Lisa maintained that she delivered the product as discussed. At the end of this process, the slipcovers were unusable, despite being fully paid for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this workroom for slipcover construction. Clear contracts, consistent workmanship, and accountability are essential in this industry.

Lisa also helped selecting a fabric that would be cozy, rugged, and easy to clean. They were also fast, and their pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend LJC Style.
