After Isaac arrived to inspect our chimney inside our fireplace, in the attic and on top of our roof, he determined everything looked securely connected with no issues. He determined since it was so cold and the heat from having the fireplace on was only expansion noises. We had to deal with a lot of salesmen-y type of people that didn't feel honest. Quoting huge numbers and telling us our AC was definitely going to die any moment. Telling us we had to buy these huge expensive replacements. We knew it was going bad, but the experience we had with the greasy salesmen techs made us decide to wait for it to fail before trying again to find someone good. It finally failed May 2026. I did my research again and found this company. The reviews were great but I was still really nervous because of our last experience. Called them out, fully expecting to go through the process of calling multiple people before finding someone. However, Alfredo was immediately different from the others. He is such a kind and personable person. What a great first impression. If you are able to ask by name, I suggest ask for Alfredo. He arrived exactly on time, too. He didn't feel like a salesperson at all. He felt honest and genuine. He gave us all of our options. From repair to full and complete replacement and everything in between. He discussed with us the pros and cons of each option. It never felt like he was pushing us one way or the other. It felt like he just wanted us to have a working AC that worked for us, period. He also spoke equally to both my husband and I. Many technicians tend to only speak to my husband which is annoying since I take care of most of the home management. Previously we were told we had to do this super expensive option to keep our upstairs cool but Alfredo told us we likely didn't need it, and if we did, we could have it added later. He said they would likely be done around 2am and they finished at exactly 1:59am! We had a Lego display on the wall that I'm guessing got bumped (I forgot to remove it before they arrived so that was my bad). Some pieces fell off and broke apart and they put them all on the table. I've knocked that thing off myself and finding those scattered pieces is annoying. No missing pieces at all. I was impressed by this small thing. Just another example of the care and thoughtfulness of the crew. The AC is incredible. I'm very happy so far with our choice in system and in who we picked to install it.
