Cuccinello ( beautiful product ) and Kiton which has its claim of fame in bespoke tailored men's wear. The store has tailored clothing for women as well frm Kiton but the look is not right . May be , because they used menswear fbcs. I was interested in a Cucinello knitwear cardigan & asked for price and material. He claimed that it was 100% cotton but when checking the label, it was a mix of ctn/ poly. I then asked general question about their product range as I was 1st time in store . The sales person seemed rather annoyed & when I asked him how long the store has been there , he snapped & told me that I ask a lot of questions. I left the store and won't be back . What's the point going to a store when the customer service is lousy.

As we were looking around have been in the store for about 15 minutes he was completely ignored. A gentlemen walks in and gets an immediate "hey how are ya" - fine I let it go. He tries on some clothes and at no point did he ever get a "hey can I help you find anything" or similar... instead we both were given dirty looks by a young gentleman on the floor and older woman at the register. We get to the register and carried out our purchase (No greeting until this point).. He's never felt immediate regret from purchasing clothing from a store until this experience. Giving the benefit of the doubt that hopefully this wasn't racial but please treat paying customers better..
