I didn't mind the wait as much but what did bother me was there was no acknowledgement from Joseph as he came out his office a few times. He didn't say hello or bother to apologize for the wait. The office receptionist did apologize as she was aware that it was a considerable amount of time after the scheduled appointment. I had to leave work for this appointment, plus pay a consultation fee and who know's how much more I would have had to pay for the services, which I was willing to do. But, time is money for me as well as it is for the services I was willing to pay for but first impressions speak volumes. To many Attorneys to choose from to just settle.
