Got my hair done by Tabitha at the Christopher George Salon and she did a really nice job. I wanted the popular Korean hush cut - I showed her a bunch of photos and she was able to do it really well. Oh! And I believe Christopher George completed how healthy my hair was haha which was so nice! read more

My mom goes to this salon and every time she comes out of the salon, she looks like a different person: flawless and fabulous. I once got my eyebrows waxed here and it looked and felt amazing after. The people here are so nice and you leave with a big smile on your face. If you're in the Milford area and are looking for a place to get your hair or eyebrows done, this is the place. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS SALON! I had a group appointment to get mine and my bridal parties hair done for my wedding. I booked about 9 months in advance and had been in contact with the salon a few months later and was assured everything was on the book. Less than 3 months before my wedding they canceled all services. Christopher was very unprofessional, unapoliogetic, and extremely rude. He said it wasn't their policy to book that far out, but yet they did it and now I am left high and dry right before my wedding. read more

Chris sucks when he's busy and doesn't listen to what I want at all, I wanted darker roots not the top half of my hair black and I wanted blond baliage I don't know if he didn't leave it on long enough or the bleach was just week but it didn't lighten my hair at all. It looks the same except for the top half being black I mean like 6 inches! I'm really sad about my hair I used to go to trina and she was so good and I don't know where she went but Chris suckd yesterday. I spent way to much money for my hair to look this dumb. Not to mention I wanted my hair trimmed with layers and he cut it almost straight across. He said he was running behind but like I'm paying you it's not my fault you are running behind do a good job. read more

Hey there ladies! I'm 19 years old and I've have Chris do my hair for like 10 years and has never failed me. Just recently I made a big change and I absolutely Love it. Not only does he always do good hair he is great to laugh and talk to and it's an overall great experience. All the other ladies that work there are very nice too and are just as good as him when doing hair. Fabulous place with a good atmosphere between people and decor. Would definitely recommend to anyone man or female any age. read more

I had an appointment with Christopher.He had the receptionist ask me if she could do my hair as he said he was running behind and would be an hour late. I was miffed already but thought l'd try her but when I described what I wanted she went over and told him she was not comfortable doing it. I sat in the chair waiting ten or fifteen minutes (NOT sixty) and then he cut my hair in like ten minutes while telling the receptionist who was apparently also a stylist trainee how he was going to improve her station. ( which he cut my hair in.) My hair barely got cut. It did not get texturized,which is the reason the trainee did not want to do it in the first place, and I feel completely ripped off having paid sixty dollars for this. No-one could even tell I got a hair cut!!!! Great Clips could have done as well. read more

Looking for new stylist made an apt at this salon I scheduled lowlights, highlights and a haircut. The stylists were very nice and the person that cut my hair did a fantastic job on the color and cut. It's the best hair cut I've had in years. The color was beautiful. Prices are reasonable too. I would feel comfortable going to any stylist here. If you make apt call a week ahead though I would advise. read more

I highly recommend Christopher George Salon, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone that works there is professional and goes out of their way to be helpful. It seems there is an internet troll spreading lies and trying to cause trouble for the salon. Please don't believe her lies. If you have ever been to Christopher George Salon you will know that what is being said isn't true. If you haven't been I highly recommend you give it a try. Great people work there. read more

Been going to Christopher George since they were in their old location. Always a great experience. Stylists are friendly and talented. I don't want to tell you my stylist because she (hint) is awesome, and I don't want her to get too busy that she can't see me!! Highly recommended!! read more

My fav! Modern and fun atmosphere and great location in old Milford with all the shopping and restaurants. I know several of people that go to Liz, including myself, and she doesn't disappoint. If Liz isn't there, I go to Kristen Wilson. They use good products and are very reasonably priced. You always look great walking out! read more

I moved to Cincinnati nine years ago and found Christopher George Salon. Chris has always done my hair and in nine years nobody else has ever touched it. It's easy to walk out with the look that I want and can maintain. The entire staff is friendly and kind. Highly recommend. read more

She cut it dry, but didn't actually cut anything. I wish I was joking, she pulled hair out with her fingers, snapped the scissors, but not on my hair. Then said she wasn't going to wash it.... For 50$ it's included so I kindly asked her to wash it. Huge mistake. Should have just left. Only wet and washed the top cone of my head. The front pieces and around my neck weren't ever touched, product wasn't fully washed out. She proceeded to add 7-8 products to my hair while drying it, I looked like Cameron Diaz on there's something about Mary when I left. It was so oily and greasy and disgusting. I cried in the car after wasting that kind of time and money. The girl was so so nice, but worst hair experience ever. My usual hair girl was on maternity leave, so I was desperate for a cut. I told my usual hair girl about it and she informed me the salon owner tends to bully those that leave poor reviews about the salon on social media pretty hard- she showed me and I was appalled. The salon itself is very "liberal" politically with all the signage and stickers and conversation. I don't really care and respect everyone's right to their opinion and free speech- just a weird environment for a professional salon in my personal opinion. I won't be back and hopefully other girls there are much better. I think mine was new, but wow, for an hour and $60 (with tip) I was largely disappointed to say the least.

So, since they don't have a website or number to call, I found their social media accounts. No biggie, I know plenty of places do business this way nowadays. From what I can tell from their posts they do a phenomenal job; experts in fashion colors, friendly stylists, cool space, etc. Their Instagram say contact stylist directly to book. No problem. I look through each profile, kind of narrowing down what I'm looking for vs what they each seem to specialize in. I see that one stylist has her books closed so her regulars can come in, one isn't accepting clients right, one is on leave...again, no big deal. They look like a great place, I expected them to be pretty booked and I'm not in hurry to get my hair done, I'm just hoping to get in. Finally, I've got it narrowed down to one stylist, I've double checked to make sure I don't see anything about closed books/not accepting clients, it all seems to check out, and it looks like they don't use a booking site, just DM or text to book. Perfect, I send the DM and I wait. Don't hear anything for about a week and I think, well, maybe they took some time off, they're super swamped, message got lost, whatever. I'm giving full benefit off the doubt. I decide to give it another go and send a text this time. Now here we are, another week has gone by with radio silence. Look, I'm not even upset that I can't get an appointment. You don't want my business, fine, but I'd rather you tell me to scram than get nothing at all. It's just frustrating to get no response at all, especially when there's posts on social media everyday, which leads me to believe my messages are just being ignored. That all being said, I'm not telling you not to go. If you can get an appointment, take it. I'm sure they'll do an amazing job.
