Receptionist is very rude and doesn't know how to communicate with people. I would definitely recommend getting other receptionists because it's very off putting trying to make an appointment and having to deal with that. I've been coming here multiple times, and it's this rude lady every time. I will be going else where. read more

My sister recommended this place so I thought I would give it a try. I saw the stylist Jennifer and I loved her. I thought she was very knowledgeable, plus she did a fabulous job with my highlights. She also offered advice or tips on my hair just for the heck of it. I also had to bring my four-year-old daughter, which I have never done. But all of the ladies there who are very kind to her and helps with anything that she needed while I was letting my hair set. Heck one lady even painted her nails at no charge. They have a little kids area with toys and coloring books and also offered to put on Netflix. There was cookies and several drink options also. I went in to get my hair lighter and the lady highlighted my hair so light that my hair turned out grey. I told her I didn't like it and was still asked to pay, when I went back the next day to try and get them to fix it all they did was wash my hair. They manager did not act like she cared or wanted me as a client. She made me feel stupid like I was over reacting. I'm 22 I should not have grey hair, it looked like a Halloween wig. Not Going Back Again EVER - It's MY Hair! I made an appointment to get my hair cut (rare, because I never have time!) and when I arrived I was told that the stylist was running late. 35 minutes later, I was in a chair, and the lady asked me what I wanted done. I told her a shaggy pixie cut, showed her pictures, and then sat back astounded as she ARGUED with me that I really didn't want my hair that short. We were getting nowhere so I conceded to let her cut it to my shoulders first, just long enough for an inch or two ponytail. What followed was the most unflattering, horrid haircut I'd ever had on my poor head. It aged me 20 years and was just awful. I took one look, tried to pull it back in a ponytail (too short), and said "nope, now we're doing this my way." She was rude, condescending, very physically rough in adjusting my head after HER choice of a haircut was rejected, and the negativity radiating off of her was coming in waves. While she was getting my short cut done, she started complaining that she had another customer waiting. A.) Not my fault you can't keep up and B.) If she'd have cut it like I asked for the FIRST time, she'd have been right on time. So I got an acceptable haircut (still way too long in front but by then I'd been there almost 3 hours!), and bolted. A week or so later, I stopped in and asked if someone could do a quick re-trim on my bangs, since they were already in my eyes, having not been cut properly the first time. I was told no, that I had waited too long. I explained that I worked 2 jobs, was a single mom with a 10-year-old who plays sports, and that it was a miracle I'd even made it back to ask for a re-trim. NOPE they said you'll pay full price and I informed them that I would HAPPILY pay full price... ANYWHERE BUT THERE! Rude, condescending, know-it-all, expensive, unprofessional, rough, deaf, and opinionated are NOT qualities I seek in the person cutting my hair. Following my wishes and not being a jerk are. I will NEVER go here again, I wouldn't even take my dogs here with the level of incompetence I encountered! read more

I went to this so called salon for a two color partial. My hair was already dark brown so I wanted to get some red and blonde put in there as well. The lady that did my hair was so interested in talking to the other people there, that she put the blonde right next to the red! (a big no no) Anyone who has a brain would be able to tell you that the red would fade into the blonde leaving your hair PINK!!!!! I went back 2 times for her to fix it and she managed to do it again BOTH TIMES!!!! I really don't know how this person graduated beauty school. I went back a fourth time (to the manager) and we had to dye my hair all one color! My hair was so frail and dry it took me MONTHS to get it back to OK condition. The manager also trimmed and thinned my hair out, however, she thinned one side but not the other and DID NOT blend it together. Needless to say my hair was SCREWED!!! the manager also told me that she would give me a free partial highlight with two colors when I was ready. I called them to set up my appointment for my "free" highlight, and she told me that she couldn't do it for free, but she could give me 15% off. I wouldn't go back to this place if my LIFE depended on it. They are very incompetent, and rude. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!!! I've been going to this salon for over a year, Reagan was my stylist, and I've been satisfied with the service I've received...until yesterday. I had a 1pm appointment for a cut and color..I had waited two weeks for the appointment..I arrived about 10 minutes before the appointed time. At check in the receptionist explained she was finishing up with a wedding party and would be with me shortly. This was a unique situation for me, I don't typically work on the weekends, but I was this day. As I said, I had the appointment set for two weeks so I left work in the middle of the day to arrive in a timely manner. My intention was to be in and out in two hours and return to work. I sat in the waiting area and 1pm came and went, I asked the receptionist if they had WiFi, thinking I could do a little work on my iPad while I waited...I was informed they don't, but I could use the unsecured connection from the Walgreen's next door. That wasn't an option, so I waited...at about 115pm I asked the receptionist how much longer she thought it might be..same response, she's just applying false lashes and would be finished. You know that had I been 30 minutes late for my appointment that I would have been turned away. I was about to get up and leave...it was now 130pm 30 minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment and I was irritated, sitting here was costing me time and money, when finally I was escorted back to Reagan's station. I was expecting some sort of apology for the lengthy delay..nada. I'm pretty sure my displeasure was evident, I'm usually a little more chatty, but I just closed my eyes and used my meditation techniques and let her do her thing. As Reagan walked me up to pay for my services, she did offer an off-hand "sorry it was kinda crazy today"...but it was too little, too late. If I had been offered a discount for my inconvenience, this review would have gone a little differently...nope. I'm usually a generous tipper, it's always been just over 20%...not today. Worse than that, I now have to start all over again with a new stylist...hopefully one that understands that their clients time is just as valuable as theirs. And I hope that bridal party she was working on is a regular client...to replace the one she just lost. read more

i had my eyebrows waxed there last week and was burnt. The burn scabbed and looked awful. I emailed to let them know about it just so it would not happen again to someone else and was replied with a very cold and generic email telling me to put antibiotic cream on it. A nice apology would have been sufficient. But they seemed bothered that I brought it up. Just disappointed. read more

I went to this salon multiple times. I had an amazing first haircut so I went back and the cuts steadily got worse and worse. Until the very last cut I got there was completely horrible and uneven. I had to wait a few weeks for it to grow out and have it fixed at a different salon. Very disappointing. So don't waste your money just go to a good salon from the get go. (Also, right after that last appointment a redneck lady ran into the back of my car, so I feel like my luck at this salon was over.) read more
