Well, as good of an experience as you can have a dentist's office. Dr. Mike and Dr. Chris are exceptionally professional and friendly. The same goes for the hygienists and other staff members. I was even able to convince my wife to become a patient here when her dentist retired. She too is now a satisfied patient of Gorski Dental.

I also asked Orland Park Dental Specialists whether there was a discount for paying by check, and was told that a 5% discount is offered only for cash. That would amount to 230 one-hundred-dollar bills, which raises an obvious question as to why cash is preferred.

I came in off a referral from my general dentist and could not of been happier with the outcome. Dr. G was extremely informative and eased my concerns going into the procedure. He walked me through my x-rays and pointed out why I was making the right choice getting this done. The craziest part about it all is that the procedure itself only took 30 minutes. The numbing shots were 2/10 on the pain scale, after that you feel absolutely nothing besides pressure. When they realized their error, the front desk person told me that she's "not a mind reader" and that it was my fault for not knowing when the last time I had X-rays done. I've never been disrespected by a front desk person like this before at any establishment in the past, especially while I kept my composure and professionalism. Since Patterson sold the business to whoever the new owner is, the service has deteriorated year after year and I've final had enough. Don't believe me, just take a look at the reviews from a few years ago when Patterson was still the owner and compare them to the more recent reviews and you'll see what I mean. I was with them for 10 years, but no more. The rest of my family has already left this dentistry over the last couple of years and I was the last one holding out. Needless to say, I wont be going back to this place, especially when there's other options in town. I scheduled an appointment for august 23rd at the oak Forest location and upon arrival to my appointment nobody was in the building the doors were locked and they were closed. they had booked me on a day that they closed and they forgot about me I drove over 45 minutes to get there from my house and I had to drive another 45 minutes to drive back home. I waited one week and received no phone calls from them, not even a simple apology.. after one week I called them to explain to them that they forgot about me and how I drove out for nothing and that I really needed an appointment as soon as possible because my teeth had been hurting.. however they told me there was no opening and nothing they could do for me and they suggested I can wait three weeks for an appointment with them! Still with no apology and no empathy toward their mistake! I decided I will not be returning. they lost a patient that used to go to them for over 10 years. Good news is I was able to find a new dentist to accommodate me and to get me in for my pain as soon as possible, thankfully!

If they're busy when I call, I leave a message and I get a return call the same day. Everyone is kind and professional. We have never waited longer than 1/2 hr after arriving to see the dentist. The office & equipment appear updated and clean. Each exam room is large, equipped with X-ray equipment and they even provide a TV to help distract while having procedures done. They also allow you to go into the exam room with your child, if you like. We've seen both dentists here and they are both very informative and kind. Neither jumps to do unnecessary procedures.
