But these guys are professional and really know taxes. They are honest and knowledgeable which I find to be critical skills and values when you work in taxes. If you are worried about the drive, you can also send them all of your tax documents through a secured website and finish your taxes on the phone. I have been doing this for the last 5 years. I have friends that also use them with really complicated finances/taxes in other countries and Humphrey's has been able to do all of their taxes.
