I wanted to take a moment to write about my experience working with Christopher Hutchinson, who worked as my realtor in selling my home in San Diego. Christopher was extremely professional and effective throughout the entire process. Christopher surprised me on my first meeting with him by providing me with both an aggressive sales price that was close to $50,000 higher than another realtor. At the first meeting, when I asked him to get back to me over the next week with the plan and comparisons to other properties, he pulled out a packet that already documented his approach, his marketing plan and the justification for the higher price.
