After my parents started getting ill, I encouraged them to prepare a trust, a will and advance health care directives. My dad was nervous about the whole thing so it took a while to convince him that it was the right thing to do. I started calling around, but I didn't find what I was looking for. We went to Tom for our Estate Planning needs. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and well organized. He created for us our Revocable Trust, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Advance Healthcare Directives, all for a reasonable flat fee.
