Prior appointment, they won't accept the insurance ID cards from the Sydney app and insisted they need a physical card for photo copies. After going back and forth, he accepted the app ID cards via his work email...which he printed for my file. There's more than one way to get a copy! Second incident was over proof of insurance ID, and could've been handled with better communication from their front desk. Two seconds after presenting my DL and insurance ID, he said he can't verify my insurance and gave the option to proceed with appointment uninsured or can reschedule. I CHECKED IN AND UPLOADED MY INSURANCE INFO 24 HRS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. It only took him two seconds because he already knew, didn't need to double check. He waited for me to show up in person to tell me this, instead of as soon as they were aware. Front desk needs to be retrained on basic communication with their patients. It's not easy to get an appointment and just reschedule. Maybe call us ahead so we can try to address the problem before and not on arrival!

I'm still coming to this office and have been very pleased with their service. PA Max Smith has been my primary health care provider at this establishment. He has taken very good care of myself and my fiancé. From the flu to regular office visits, PA Smith has been great! He has excellent bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable during your medical exam. He is very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have never felt rushed through my appointment. He always takes his time to ensure I have adequate face time and that all of my questions are answered. Bonus: They offer morning appointments for those early birds! My appointment today was early-- 7:15 am. I checked in and was escorted to the exam room in under 10 minutes. I wrapped up my appointment in under 30 minutes and made it to work within the hour. I have been here before and experienced a long wait (only once-- out of the handful of times I've visited). However, I think this is common in other medical establishments. I was told their computer system hasn't 'synced' yet with the old company and they wanted to give me a number to call for billing. Uhm, no. 1st their billing error occurred after they already moved to Intermountain and 2nd I'm not calling a separate number, if you claim I owe you money, then you contact me because after trying to give you money and you deny it, I'm not going to go above and beyond to get it rectified after it being your mistake in the first place.
