Idk what happened but she pretended that I've never done anything she wanted, never returned any of my messages, & then refused to send paperwork to my disability saying I was still being seen. I had seen her in person and asked if she could help me find a better physical therapist because ATI where she sent me wasn't working. After 6 session with them at $150 each session; I felt worse. She wrote it down that she would help me find someone. She also was supposed to fill out disability paperwork for me as we discussed that meeting. Lastly, she said she would get my results from the urologist that charged me $400 & didn't send over the results. I felt so happy & listened to after seeing her in person. This is Friday. Monday comes and goes. I call to ask if there's any update on the physical therapist. No answer - i left a message. I called for two weeks straight & nobody returned my call or contacted me back. I left 10 messages. Finally they answered and said that they needed to call me back. It's been about 14 days and I'm in so much pain because I haven't seen a physical therapist. I find my own since I can't wait any longer. I need Michelle to send a referral. I call for the referral & She told me I wasn't doing what she wanted so she never sent over the paperwork they were requesting and that I needed to do the X-ray & when I asked which X-ray? I have never been told to do an X-ray as I did the MRI. She said she would call me back. They called to say she had sent over the paperwork i was requesting. She just never responded to that question about the X-ray & said she would be sending the paperwork that the disability specialist. This is after 3 weeks now. She just never brought up the X-ray again; I think she was completely confusing me with something else. They attempted twice now to request the information from her. In 30 days she has not responded. I found my own physical therapist & I've been going since but I need to find another doctor because I have no faith in this place anymore. Sorry if anyone ended up having a bad experience as well. read more

I've been looking for a PCP, I was trying to find someone closer to work since I usually sneak out around lunch time for my appointment. Sadly the other spot was not accepting new patient or lucky for me they turned me down so I was able to find Roseman Medical Group. What a night and day difference! I called to inquiry if the doctor is accepting new patient, the lady on the phone was very nice and professional. Took my info and was able to schedule me in the NEXT day! I've completed all the required forms online via the portal (highly recommend) Once I arrived (20 minutes before my appt) Check in was super easy, there's 3 windows and they weren't busy at all (one other patient) ID/insurance card and 20 bucks and 5 minutes later they called my name (yes before my scheduled time) Nurse walked me in, did the weight check (I swear my jacket weights 2 lbs!) so I had to take that off. Thru a maze of hallways, the room is very clean. Did the usual checks some Q&A and I thought I would wait some more for the doctor. NOT this place! Doctor came in super fast and did the routine check. After the doctor is done, waited maybe another 5 minutes for the nurse to come back with the lab work info, etc. then off I go! Already scheduled another appointment 6 months out. Overall, very smooth process, I will be back. read more

Roseman Medical Group is literally the worst. The front staff is rude, non responsive, and don't care about your concerns. The PHP's are always leaving the practice, so I was on my 3rd PHP before I decided to leave... My son started seeing a primary care provider here not too long ago, and is very happy with the care he has received. Scheduling is easy as they are not booked out too far. He was a little nervous for his first appointment since he had just turned 18, but all of the staff members were very friendly and made him feel comfortable. I used to see a different doctor here but she's no longer at this location. I decided to stick here and give a new doctor a try since my records were already on file. I'm glad I did! I was seen my Michele Brock. She is FANTASTIC! I arrived around 8am so I was seen shortly after and didn't have much of a wait. The staff who tended to me before the doctor came in were great too. Very nice and pleasant medical office! I had to get a physical and a few other tests because I will be starting as a student at Roseman University in the fall. Unfortunately, I haven't been the best at seeing a primary care doctor, so I went to the first one my school recommended, which of course would be their very own medical office! First, I had to make an appointment over the phone. The front desk staff member I spoke to was wonderful! She was friendly and very informative over the phone. She instructed me on how to use their online patient portal to fill out my medical history. I saw Dr. Garcia for my first visit, she was extremely excited and happy during the entire appointment. I have never met a doctor so genuinely happy and excited to see a patient. You can really tell that she loves what she is doing! Unfortunately, I have a little bit of ear problems, so the nurses did the best they could to help me, but I still had to come back for a follow up appointment. The doctors here for me are great no issues there but the front desk staff that was a big problem.I just don't get it every time I need to set up an appointment it's very difficult to do so.Also whenever I have questions that only staff can answer I get an attitude.Its only a question I'm a patient there & sometimes I need bills etc...explained to me.Im always nice & polite so why the mean dameaner.The staff act as if I'm doing something wrong.The worst part is when a staff member is doing that,the rest just stand around & watch.It doesn't make sense please be kinder to your patient's aswell as to everyone. read more

I was a patient of Dr Andra Prum years ago and I heard she came back to Las Vegas, I was ecstatic. It's difficult to find A good primary dr in this city. I had my first apt with her last week. I was able to get her last apt of the day at 4pm which was great bc I didn't need to take a whole day off of work, so that is a plus. Her staff specifically Jessica & Linda were so helpful & courteous. What I really like about Dr Prum is that she is thorough & professional. She listens & never in a rush. I also like that she can take care of regular physical work ups as well as Gyno work ups like annual Pap smears & has a specialty background in back manipulation therapy (I have sciatica issues). I appreciate seeing her for all my health issues at one place. Staff & facility was clean & covid precautionary. I would highly recommend her & her office. read more

I was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism and had to follow up with Dr. A Prum. I was greatly kindly by the staff and the doctor bedside manners was warm and welcoming. I did not feel rushed, the doctor asked me several times if I had questions which made me open up more about my anxiety and stress, dr prum was very respectable. As for my diagnosis, dr prum was super clear on information and follow up to connect me with the right specialist.... i work in the healthcare field as a first responder. I have rubbed elbows with real nasty doctors and mid level providers. At last I can be comfortable and at ease knowing I have a primary care doctor who has my best intentions in mind. If you are looking and shopping around for a PCP/Family Doctor, I would recommend dr Prum. Dr Andra Prum and her incredible Medical Assistant Jessica Peralez are hands down the best medical service I have ever encountered. Despite a massive concussion, pain, and inability to walk, I actually LOOKED FORWARD to my follow up visit. And frankly I just wish I could go here all the time. They listen, they regard you with respect, they are incredibly intelligent and informed, and went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was taken care of. My Elderly mother was 3 minutes late for an appointment and was told she had to be rescheduled due to back to back appointments. Dr. Garcia's name was not listed in the lobby directory to know where the office was (hence being 3 minutes late). I was basically told some people come an hour early to be seen on time. Ridiculous. His staff, on the phone and in the office were great to me. Dr. Ginsburg made me feel so comfortable and cared for, it was wonderful. He is thorough he takes his time and answers all questions. If I could, I would leave negative stars. Dr. Elena Garcia and the entire office of the Roseman Group are the most unprofessional and incompetent medical personnel I have ever experienced. I can't even call them "medical professionals" because they are anything but that. It took them 3 months to get my results back to me for a potential workers compensation case. Due to Dr. Garcia's incompetence around workers comp cases, she instructed me to wait until we get the blood work and imaging back before proceeding, only for me to find out that I am supposed to report it immediately and the entire office visit is handled differently that if I were to just go in on my own. So, now I am stuck paying for all of my medical bills associated with the pain I am experiencing. Additionally, when I finally did get her to call me back, she informed me that I would need to get an MRI done to better determine the cause of my back pain, but due to the time span insurance would not approve it and I would have to start the whole process over again. Worth noting, I called the office 10 times over the course of those 3 months, each time being told someone would call be back and no one did. Not only did she tell me I would have to go through the whole process again, but that it was my fault for not getting the results and they would not waive the office visit. She had the audacity to ask if I would still like to come in for a visit!?!? Off. Her. Rocker. At first I thought she was just super energetic, but the more I thought about it, she is extremely kooky and erratic. Not to mention that her follow up and bedside manner is completely unprofessional, undependable and deplorable. I have been to many a doctors in my lifetime and I have never had such a terrible experience from a Doctor and their staff. I would stay far, far, far away from this entire office unless you like having an unpredictable doctor, being treated poorly, and an ill trained staff. read more

We found Roseman Medical Group through our insurance. When I called to make appointments for me & my partner for our annual check ups they were able to get us in in less than a month even though we were new patients. They sent us all the new patient paperwork ahead of time so that we could fill it out in the comfort of our own home. From the time we checked in to the time we were taken to the back was about 30 mins. We felt this was reasonable because they were getting everything entered for 2 new patients instead of just one. The nurse, MJ, took us back together and was absolutely hilarious. We were laughing the whole time. When Dr. Garcia came in and started to review our medical histories we were very impressed because we could tell that she had actually taken the time to read our paperwork prior to stepping into the room. We were all laughing and the Dr gave us hugs at the end of our appointments and she walked us up to the front herself. The office is beautiful and the whole staff was friendly. We would highly recommend Roseman Medical Group and especially Dr. Garcia. This office is definitely LGBTQ friendly and it is appreciated. Thank you! read more
