Being that this could be the easiest part he performs during a Triage. He did an incorrect wrist cuff technique for my Blood pressure reading. (He left that same arm dangling, in the process, instead of holding it up at heart level.. and in turn, got a high reading) when I have Normal blood pressure, as my Baseline is normal & mostly on the low end! So, I know my baseline well, and this is just unacceptable. I found this Centerwell Clinic to be exceptional. It's large, very modern in Decor, including an Activity Center inside. Everything was very clean & neat. And the girls working in the office were very kind, friendly and curteous. A very good all around vibe I thought. I truly recommend this Clinic location for anyone.

She did not have health insurance in Nevada as we just moved from another state. We were recommended to get some Blood work done and we asked what the cost would be without insurance in Nevada and were told it was going to be no more than $100. After receiving a bill over $3,000 for blood work that took less than 5 minutes we went back to show them the bill and see how $100 went to $3,000. The doctor said she would have to recode the bloodwork so it would bring the cost down. After multiple calls with no calls back and visits to the office to try and get this resolved, we decided it was time to change doctors. The day of getting the bloodwork done we asked the lady at check in the cost and she wasn't able to tell us and said the invoice would be mailed later. Very bad experience with the office and would not recommend. It also seemed like there was high turnover as the person at the front desk was different almost every time we went in.

His MA should have informed him beforehand and even if she didn't, I as a patient, SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO TELL A MALE DOCTOR MORE THAN ONCE THAT I DO NOT WANT HIM EXAMINING MY VAGINA/CERVIX!!!!!!! When I called to address the incorrect CPT code I was told they would not be willing to recode it. His extremely rude, incompetent, sorry excuse for an MA asked me if I expected him to see me for free. I informed that snotty witch that I expected him not to commit insurance fraud by filing false claims!!!!! She got really quiet at that but then proceeded to state they would not be rebilling it. I contacted my insurance and let them know this is a fraudulent bill and that he is submitting a false claim and breaking the law! They have proceeded to bill me for this for over 7 YEARS even after I have made it more than clear that they are committing insurance fraud by submitting false claims and I will happily pay the copay once it has been resubmitted properly and my portion properly reflects the actual cost of my 10-MINUTE VISIT. The time for that has long since passed and this crooked office will never see another dime from me. I am sent this bill every few months, I love knowing Owen is wasting money on postage and helping USPS. The bills come in handy for lining my cat's litter box. He is a perverted old man who needs to retire and stop trying to fleece his patients for all they are worth. Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more My husband and I scheduled appointments to reestablish care with Valley Oaks after our original provider, Dr. Shin, left the practice. We received confirmation texts showing my appointment at 11:00 a.m. and my husband's at 11:15 a.m. We arrived 15 minutes early, only to find out that my husband's appointment had been changed to 7:30 a.m. without any notification. I showed the staff our confirmation text, but was simply told it was "booked wrong" and that he would need to reschedule. There was no apology or accountability, despite us both taking the day off work. The clinic itself was also extremely disappointing. The facility was run-down and dirty, with visibly worn broken furniture, and dirty used water cups throughout the office. The overall condition of the office did not give us confidence in the quality of care. So maybe it was a sign. After this experience, we feel we're better off finding a different provider. Extremely disappointing from start to finish.
