If you have been surviving with this place, kudos to you. They will take a list of your medical problems, and bill for the highest paying thing even if they haven't been seeing you for it or treating you for it. If I could give a lower review I would. Not just based on my experience but myself and others that I personally know of that weren't pleasing either ONE BIT! Please get better compassionate and professional staff and a doctor who will listen and not disregard young patients as well but tends to any and all no matter what age, religion, race, or health issues. Luck may have it that I came across Absolute Primary Care Center, and to my surprise, they were able to get me in for an appointment the very next day! Already off to a great start! The first thing I noticed and loved about this place was the 'at-home feel.' I come from a small town back in Mississippi, and this is exactly what it felt like to go visit the local doctor's office and get that special treatment from someone you knew. The entire place was extremely 'homey,' and the staff were very friendly. My doctor was efficient and made sure to listen to everything I had to add regarding my needs. I'll definitely be back!

Though a wonderful person, great demeaner, kind, caring also, but lacked in the basics in taking your blood pressure reading, which is pretty shocking. Being that this could be the easiest part he performs during a Triage. He did an incorrect wrist cuff technique for my Blood pressure reading. (He left that same arm dangling, in the process, instead of holding it up at heart level.. and in turn, got a high reading) when I have Normal blood pressure, as my Baseline is normal & mostly on the low end! So, I know my baseline well, and this is just unacceptable. I found this Centerwell Clinic to be exceptional. It's large, very modern in Decor, including an Activity Center inside. Everything was very clean & neat. And the girls working in the office were very kind, friendly and curteous. A very good all around vibe I thought. I truly recommend this Clinic location for anyone.

She did not have health insurance in Nevada as we just moved from another state. We were recommended to get some Blood work done and we asked what the cost would be without insurance in Nevada and were told it was going to be no more than $100. After receiving a bill over $3,000 for blood work that took less than 5 minutes we went back to show them the bill and see how $100 went to $3,000. The doctor said she would have to recode the bloodwork so it would bring the cost down. After multiple calls with no calls back and visits to the office to try and get this resolved, we decided it was time to change doctors. The day of getting the bloodwork done we asked the lady at check in the cost and she wasn't able to tell us and said the invoice would be mailed later. Very bad experience with the office and would not recommend. It also seemed like there was high turnover as the person at the front desk was different almost every time we went in.

At the Eastern office, I felt I was treated differently because I'm not Hispanic and don't speak Spanish. The service was unprofessional, and I left feeling ignored and uncomfortable. I decided to give the Sun City location a chance, but it was just as bad. I waited two hours to see the doctor, and she spent barely 15 minutes with me. When I tried to explain my symptoms and concerns, she dismissed everything and told me I was "too young" to have anything wrong -- simply because most of their patients in that area are older. She ordered a lot of bloodwork but didn't explain any of it. When I asked questions, she brushed me off and told me to take collagen and vitamins because I'm in my 40s. That had nothing to do with what I was actually feeling. She even made a rude comment when I asked about testosterone levels, instead of educating me respectfully. Both locations showed poor communication, lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for patient concerns. If you're going to work in healthcare, you should care about people -- not stereotype them based on age, race, or language. This was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
