Looking back I would say that the process and what I could realistically expect should have been explained a little better than it was during my initial visit. I started my treatment in September 2019. They had an affordable payment plan that actually fit into my budget. They've been pretty accommodating when I've had any issues. I just came to the end of my two year treatment on 4/27.2922. Dr. Chen did a great job transforming my smile and worked hard to get my desired final results. I'm pretty picky and he was more than happy to order me new trays after I officially ended treatment but wasn't quite happy with the results. I'm very happy with my smile now and would highly recommend Smile Doctors.
