This building was not easy to navigate (thanks to a gentleman he told us where to go) because nobody was at the information desk when you enter coming off the pedestrian bridge. Once I arrived to the doctor's office, the check-in was fast and easy. I had a consultation to see if I need to remove a mole and we waited for the doctor for ONE HOUR! And when he arrived,I felt a bit rushed and consultation was focused on surgery. The doctor explain procedure and possibly worst case scenario. We hope waiting time gets better!

First, the facility was surprisingly easy to navigate. I was directed to the lower level, and there was an elevator available, which was especially helpful for anyone with mobility needs. Once downstairs, the check-in desk and waiting area for the surgery center were easy to locate, making the process feel smooth and organized from the start. There's also a nearby Panera Bread, which is convenient for family members or anyone needing a quick bite before or after. The staff immediately greeted me upon arrival, got me checked in quickly, and made sure I knew what to expect. Once taken to the back, the team was patient, kind, and thorough while getting me prepped. They explained how my belongings would be handled and made sure everything was in order, which helped reduce stress. A standout was the anesthesiologist, who took extra time to calm my nerves. He carefully walked me through the procedure, possible risks, and what I might feel afterward. That level of communication meant a lot and made me feel much more comfortable. They also got me in earlier than expected, so I was finished about 30 minutes ahead of schedule, which was a huge plus. Afterward, they kindly offered me a drink since my throat was sore, and they clearly explained aftercare instructions, including what to eat/drink and avoiding important decisions for 24 hours due to anesthesia. I did feel weak and tired for a few days afterward, but that improved by day four. I also appreciated that they followed up afterward to make sure I was doing okay.

The staff were very professional and the place was tidy and clean. I had some complications with skin tissue build-up which required some deep tissue massage. The staff knew exactly what to do. Milli Crowder and Kelly Condren both worked on me until I was able to complete my rehab and return to a normal life. PT can be painful at times and the staff constantly watched and gauged my reactions to reduce my suffering. I would recommend Precision to anybody that needs experienced, professional care from a staff that cares about you getting better. Thank you Milli! I had a total knee replacement in Sept 2024, and began pt at a clinic style physical therapy center…read morethat I had gone to previously for injuries and surgeries. While having a pt who worked with 2 to 3 patients at a time worked great for me previously, I was not making progress bending or straightening my knee. I ended up having 3 manipulations and was scheduled for a 2nd surgery to put in a smaller knee. I was in tremendous pain and completely stressed out because of my limited ability and lack of improvement. My daughter started doing research and found Focus Physical Therapy and made an appt for me. With only a slight bit of hope, we met with Renee. After discussing my history and her assessing my knee and leg, she said she could help me. And she did. I now have full use of my leg and can bend to 120 and can straighten my leg to a 3 or 4 (my ortho dr was hoping I could get to 95 or 100 degrees). Since my knee, I had surgery on my shoulder (bicep and 2 rotator cuff tears). Of course I went back to Focus Physical Therapy. I am almost at my goal and now have full use of my shoulder- without pain. I am so grateful to Renee and the wonderful folks at Focus. My life is totally different than what it would have been, if we hadn't made that call. They are the best!

They showed me some exercises and helped relieve some discomfort. If I was interested, they shared their locations and advised I could have a more thorough evaluation in their space. I was finally able to make it out to one of their locations and get a free consultation. It was so helpful because they learned more about me. They understood who I was. They were able to provide, good therapy in the space as well as exercises and videos that I've continued to use moving forward. I signed up for a five session package with Renee who is an incredible physical therapist and an incredible human. I really enjoyed our conversations and her willingness to help. She did dry needling for me which really helped relieve the pain and discomfort. It was truly a game changer. I also really appreciated that every time I was shown an exercise I was sent a video that was personal for me to help with my discomfort. It has truly helped me better my health and my posture and I'm so thankful for Focus PT.

This has been the worst experience ever goin to the doctor. I went almost 48 hours ago to this shit…read morehole where I set for 2 and a half hours before seen. People after where seen first. And still they have and not call in the 3 prescriptions they told me would be ready in 30 mins yesterday when I left their office. Have called several times and get the same thing, I'll call it in now. I will be filing a proper complaint and never goin back. The real doctor is never there anyways. No one should be denied meds, and that's almost how I feel.

She was absolutely right--upon arrival, the diagnosis was confirmed along with additional complications that required hospitalization. Dr. Hetman was kind, attentive, and exceptionally thorough. She listened carefully to the symptoms I was experiencing and acted decisively, which made a significant difference in my care. At my follow-up appointment, she was just as wonderful--thoughtful, reassuring, and engaged. I have since referred friends to Dr. Hetman and highly recommend her as a primary care physician.

My elderly mother who has stage 4 cancer is scheduled to have a hip replacement next week. Dr…read more Hetman would not clear her without an EKG. So my mom went to see her and had the EKG in June. Fast forward to today, and she gets word from her hip surgeon that Dr Hetman was requiring her to see a cardiologist. Of course she did not tell my mom and now she can't get a cardiology apt in time for her surgery. She has been in terrible pain for months and has been waiting for her surgery patiently. Dr., Hetman never told her or anyone else that she needed to see a cardiologist. My mother called and the person who talked to her was insanely rude and told her to find a new Dr. Then they cancelled all of her upcoming apts. Absolutely the worst doctor experience I have ever seen.
