She was also our day-of coordinator and I didn't even know until AFTER the wedding that our photographer locked all her gear in her car and we almost missed out on documenting our entire big day, and, when the bartending team made a stink about providing guests with certain preferred drinks, she had it sorted in mere minutes. I had to write a review for this cake alone. Not only was it extremely elegant and classy looking with fresh floral decor, but it was absolutely delicious. This is the kind of cake that you can freeze the leftovers and it will still be delicious when you are ready to eat it. I'm not typically a huge fan of orange flavoured cakes, but it was a white cake, with some fresh oranges in between the layers. The buttercream tastes like there is some cream cheese or mascarpone mixed it, and it is lovely. I look forward to the next time we can order this cake again.

They took the time to answer ALL of my questions in full detail. When my wife and I arrived to pick up our machine we were shown exactly how to use it, and even got a sample of cotton candy.
