I was in a life altering mess. I had told his wife to tell him to expect that. My husband was and is seriously ill and I was past due for a total hip replacement. I knew that he had a daughter with a serious health condition that was going to have surgery the following Monday. I wanted to leave this alone for six months or so before I left a truthful review. He was to clean my couch and clean my carpets. My house isn't that big. He didn't finish the couch and at some point his machine disgorged a bunch of dirty water and left a big black blotch on the carpet. I have had to have other carpet cleaners out to work on it. know what he charged me for this bad experience? $495 I was embarrassed because of the condition of my house, so I just paid him. Our carpets had some pretty bad stains from our pets (cat vomit is no joke!) We just had our carpets cleaned by ChemDry and they now literally look like new!! David was our technician and he was super friendly, professional...even took time to say hi to our dog. :) The price was very reasonable and he was in and out in maybe 2 hours or so. Do not use this company!!! They told me their price over the phone of $150, but when they got to my house I was told they wouldn't be able to get out any stains unless I paid them more money! That the $150 was for basic cleaning and no stain removal. If I need my carpets clean its to remove stains!! Why else would you need your carpets cleaned. They were very misleading. Now after all the trouble of getting my home ready and getting a baby and others out of the house so they could clean , really it's just wrong, I am fortunate that I was able to say no.
