The only confusing part was scheduling my online appointment. You have to be very careful what services you select as that is what determines how much time is allotted for your appointment. Upon entering, there weren't any customers in there. There was only one nail tech, who appeared to be watching the tv and immediately switched it to a tranquil youtube video. It almost felt like me entering was a bother. I did opt for the slightly more pricey mini spa pedicure. She was very attentive and thorough. Not the clearest communication when it came to when I should go in and come out of the water though. The place was completely silent for the first 30 minutes until she realize she never turned the audio on the tranquil spa video. Awkward. Over the span of being there about an hour and a half, no other customers came in and there weren't any phone calls to have appointments made. This place was very clean, well kept and followed safety guidelines.
