Due to the fact that it was a destination wedding, we didn't get a chance to do a practice run. Liz began communicating with me about my vision and needs months prior to the event. The morning of, we had a little hiccup in location at the hotel, and Liz was super calm and supported me through the initial stress. So, yeah, not only did she make me (a 50+ year old bride) look and feel like a literal princess, she was also my therapist. Both hair and makeup were perfect.
