I had my eyebrows done by Ashley about 18 months ago. I was told at the time by Ashley that they should last at least 2 or maybe 3 years. Well that didn't happen because of her inferior work. I had to pay 800 dollars up front, and then she did them. In any event, I called yesterday because I needed them to be filled in. I was emailed (not even a telephone call) that I had told them I had found someone I liked better and cancelled an appointment with them so Ashley would not do my fill. That NEVER happened. That was the first lie. I then asked when Ashley was available, and the second response was that she moved away. Lie number 2 because I have a friend who goes there and had a service performed there last week, and Ashley was there. Secondly, if Ashley is no longer a part of the business and is the only one who can do powder brows. Why is she listed on the business as an employee, and why then do they offer the service if they have no one to do it. Seems very strange to me. I also had a facial done there once and all the girl did was wipe cream all over my face and wipe it off and put more cream on. She never talked to me about my skin and left the facial room more times than she was with me. I wonder what esthetician program she went to for her license. It seemed more to me that she didn't have a license which I believe is against the law. When finished I paid her and she gave me a tip envelope. What nerve for such subpar work. Huntington and the surrounding area have so many places that are far superior to them as far as skills and friendliness. I would not waste my money there ever again read more

I had Hailey as my makeup artist and she was fantastic. Very accommodating and friendly. I loved the ambiance of the entire place and she was very friendly. My makeup came out wonderfully and it didn't take long at all! I'll definitely be back next time I need a makeover. I also love that you're able to text to make an appointment. It makes everything very convenient. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was that they only accept cash. However they tell you as soon as you book the appointment so I knew to stop at the bank prior to the appointment. I highly recommend! read more

This place is a GEM, I'm so happy I stumbled upon it Every staff member is so welcoming, you walk in and you immediately feel like a friend or family. I got my lashes lifted & tinted, and I couldn't be happier. Hailey did an incredible job & I was so comfortable I took a nice hour long nap during the session! I have super sensitive eyes, so I thought for sure this would irritate them, and when I opened my eyes, there was ZERO redness -- I was really shocked. My lashes look UNREAL -- I would choose this over extensions any day (it just looks more natural -- I hate when it looks like you have caterpillars on your eyes) The place is also meticulously clean, which I think is super important when people are dealing with your face!! read more

I can not recommend this place enough! I have been going here for a year and my skin has never looked better. The place is extremely clean and they are very cautious with COVID. If it's your first time with Erica she will do a skin consult and recommend what she thinks is best for your skin. Dermaplaning and the hydrafacial are two of my favorites and can be done together! I booked Kristen for a bridal trial, and I had already had 3 trials before her. She was so fantastic and helped me suss out what I was looking for. I came in looking for heavy eye-make up and a bold red lip and I have to say, I am so glad that she advised me to let her try a more natural look. My fiance loved it and I booked her for my wedding. All of the girls looked so beautiful. Our skin was glowing, and even though it was regular make-up and not airbrush, it lasted all night (even for my outdoor ceremony where it started to drizzle a little bit).
