And Erica saved my life when the zipper on my skirt broke as I zipped it up. She came over with needle and thread and sewed me right into my outfit, all the while keeping me calm. I had decided to change my hairstyle last minute and Erica was very accommodating. She did my grandmother and mother's hair as well. I was worried that I had to give Erica a precise description of everything prior but Erica was lax and calming, which is precisely what one needs when planning an event and you're already stressed.
