I love this place!! It's a cute little Puerto Rican bar that has all of the best Puerto Rican dishes. When I come here, I feel like I'm back in Puerto Rico. The music is always good, the food is always delicious and the drinks are really good. They have a few happy hour specials- $5 margaritas and cosmos. If I could give this establishment 10 stars , I would! I reserved their yard space for an intimate birthday celebration for my husband. The owner Melvin was very accommodating when I called to reserve and to place an order from their catering menu. Our waitress Cathy was amazing, very attentive to my guests (20 ppl). The owner actually let us in early before opening time because it was cold outside and we were here about 15 min before opening time. The waitress was very nice and attentive to us. The service here is amazing, they are very attentive and on point! Came for Sunday football with a few girlfriends - they have specials too so make sure you check out that menu! However, we ordered from the regular menu since we were just starving LOL. The picadera comes with alacapurrias, tostones, Queso frito, carne frita and Pastellitos! Everything is super flavorful, not at all greasy and so addicting to just keep picking on! I went to PR for the first time this past June which is what I'm using for my point of reference when reviewing the things I just tried. As for the people giving the food 5 stars, they're either friends of the owner or their taste buds must've been burnt off. I have been craving Alcapurrias since I got back from PR so that's how I found this place and ordered delivery. The alcaprurria here is not good at allllll. Even the color is off! Barely any meat and the crust taste like unseasoned plantains. The onion steak was very bland and very small portion for the price. The chicharron de cerdo had a spice that made it taste more like Middle Eastern. The empanadas weren't bad. A bit on the salty side but still doable. The 2 stars are for the tostones and the BBQ guava wings (which ironically is not a common PR dish). So yeah...one and done try for me... read more

We went this evening to celebrate my wife's BIrthday. Had a great time our server was Jennifer she was amazing very kind and was available to all of our needs. Drinks were great not "weak". Food was AMAZING Alcapurrias were crunchy on the outside but soft and savory on the inside. Chicharron de Pollo was flavorful and tostones were a great side with it.
