Kind of odd to direct people with potentially contagious disease of pandemic proportions into a schoolyard. But ok. So I waited, signs are there. No people. Just a sign that says, "Stay in your car". Hey, at least they're taking that minimal precaution to decrease exposure to kids. I waited for a few minutes then when no one there except a line of cards starting behind me, I go onto the Embry Test website to see if I need to schedule. People in cars behind me couldn't see the "stay in your car" sign as I was in the front of the line and the sign is blocked from view for them. So they started wandering around the school, trying to figure out what is going on. I see the site I'm at doesn't open for another hour and a half. Look for the next closest one. Put in the time, then I see that the testing isn't free and it's asking me questions about which test, my driver's license, a ton of info, I'm feeling like the walking dead, sick, navigating this jankie scheduling website. I'm not a covid epidemiologist, I do not know which test is appropriate. Annoying. Waste of time. I left and went home. Did not get tested. Don't say it's "free" if it's not actually free. Also, don't put the signs up if you're not open. I was not the only car waiting there in front of a connex trailer, wondering what the heck was going on. Not impressed.

The Blue Sky workers and the Worksite workers are helpful. The testing comes back in a timely fashion. The website to schedule the appointment is also good for the most part. The only problem is if you are testing a minor, then you have to sign up and pay for 2 tests (the minor and an adult). This is a problem with the website. I had to tell them at the testing site that this was the case and they knew about it. Then gave me a number to call to get the refund for the unused test. I did get the refund but it is annoying. This is a simple fix that in this day and technology should not occur.

They claim to have an "open case" with my wife's insurance, but continue to send us bills for the full amount. Trying to find someone willing to help (or even willing to listen) is next to impossible. I double checked with the insurance company and they have no record of a claim from this outfit. Next time we have a medical need, we're waiting for our doctor or the doctor's office urgent care. Never again. I urge you to avoid these people like the plague.
