Honestly, I am glad I was because it seems this business knows what they're doing and have their process down. I was out the doors before my scheduled appointment time because it went that smoothly. The employee who assisted me was amazing and made small talk so that it wasn't awkward. I'm sure we could have been bffs, for sure! I told him I spoke with insurance in advance to do both food and histamine allergy testing for this appointment and had not taken any allergy pills for two weeks prior. He still refused. This was my first time going to physical therapy and choosing this location was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Everyone is so professional, patient, and Knowledgable. They take their time and really focus of what your specific needs are, tailor the treatment based on your area of pain, and assist you with different stretches and exercises. I have been limping for over a month. After 2 sessions at this location, I'm able to actually walk without pain. I highly recommend this facility. It is also very clean which I loved.
