Finally a compassionate specialist told me I had complex regional pain syndrome where my body had a network of nerves telling my brain that I was in pain. Once there Dr. Rodrigue and his staff attached themselves to my case and started trying to rewire those nerves with various interventions to block the signal. And that helped me immensely. It changed everything. When the blocks became less effective we tried medications which took many starts and stops and added various physical therapies, creams, portable machines and techniques that kept me an active member of society. Finally we landed on a routine that worked miracles and has for years. When medication/therapy improvements were developed he always talked me through the science so I was fully informed and in control. The trust I have in his practice and his approach is as high as can be. Pain can be all consuming. It can be isolating. It can be embarrassing. It can cause strife in ways that seem impossible to overcome. But I was made to feel like my situation was not only valid but important to him. I wish I could explain everything they did for me because a lot happens over a decade in life - just know at every twist and turn - Dr. Rodrigue always took time to ask how I was doing or handing things and if there was anything he could do to help. I can honestly say that he gave me a better chance at a life well lived and that is worth more than I can say - except here in this review.

I found Dallas Pain Consultants in 2021 when trying to get chronic pain under control via injections (not medications). Since early 2021, I've spent a copious amount of phone time with Rachael and others office staff discussing insurance coverage, procedure details, etc. I now prefer to talk directly with Rachael (lucky her, haha) as she is unfailingly patient, knowledgeable, and clear in her explanations. She doggedly follows up with my insurance company (specifically having issues with them repeatedly rejecting authorization for a needed/supposedly covered future procedure), and keeps me in the loop anytime progress is made. I remember apologizing to her for bugging her with a new insurance question recently and she said something like "this is literally what I'm here for, I am glad to help!". She has always been warm, kind, and exceedingly helpful. If I could hire her to field questions for my own business, I would in a heartbeat! Dr. Mirchandani has taken care of me for multiple trigger point injections and 1 neck injection under anesthesia at a McKinney surgery center. Since Dr. Mirchandani floats between DFW locations, I've been to a few different DPC offices to ensure I am able to get in with him. He excels at taking into account your personal medical history when developing the most likely effective treatment plan for managing pain. I don't just feel like a number with him as he seems genuinely invested in helping me have better quality of life/be in less pain. He can be concise or comprehensive in answers to questions, depending on what is needed. He is quick but is also patient, and visits do not feel rushed. At every appointment, Dr. Mirchandani has been calming, grounded, considerate, and professional. I appreciate the high level of care both of them always provide. They are amazing at what they do, and I am grateful to have found them!

Instead, I met with a genuine, down to earth, personable doctor that actually listened to all my complaints and I mean all of them lol. Not just "my back hurts," but also my entire medical history. Dr. Desaloms already has my MRIs up on a giant screen ready to review my issues. This office clearly invests in top-notch technology, and it shows. Love his PA Stephanie (extra bonus points for having her in his back pocket!). He's not the kind of neurosurgeon who pushes surgery just because he can. The X ray was done quickly and Dr Raynor's evaluation was thorough. On the next visit to give me the MRI results, all of the options, treatment suggestions and plans were expertly provided. I really appreciated a copy of the MRI report to read and reread. This organization is the best professionals to see with an injury. I had a long standing upper leg injury of unknown origin, and had seen both my primary care physician and a PT. After explaining my symptoms he had a pretty good idea what was wrong with me, and after an MRI his suspicions were correct that I had a stress fracture. It was such a relief to find out what was wrong with me, as I previously thought I had a muscle strain. Dr. Raynor's staff is also really nice and always concerned about my well-being. I really like the system of pre-visit online check-in at Texas Orthopedic Associates, so you don't have to spend each appointment filling out paperwork and you can actually get to your appointment on time. The only negative is sometimes it was hard to get an appointment that works with my schedule. Dr. Raynor is well in demand, and I completely understand why.
