And as soon as we met him, we knew Coach Crawford was no joke. We signed our contracts immediately. I cannot speak more highly of Coach Crawford. He is as legit as it gets. I personally had not worked out in about one year and thought I was going to die after the first class!!!! This is not your typical boxing class where you just do a lot of cardio and hit a bag every once in a while- he treats everyone in his gym as if they are going to fight in a championship. One of the things I love the most is that he is more focused on you doing things right and having good form than anything else. Classes go anywhere from 1.5-2 hours. If you are looking to get in shape and master a skill, this is the place to come.

There isn't a good reason why three ladies are waiting to use the middle shower because it's the only one out of three that has hot water. The handicap shower may have hot water but no one uses it because it doesn't have a functional shower head/hose. The hose just hangs down the wall without a hook to attach it to the wall. We pay a monthly fee we should be able to use the shower especially when we are trying to get ready for work. Unacceptable. I can deal with broken equipment because I can always find an alternative workout, but it's hard to find an alternative way to take a warm shower. Please fix the hot water! I am glad they got the upgraded equipment because the old equipment wasn't the best. The staff always says good morning when I enter and have a nice day as I leave. Locker room and lockers are clean. Bathroom was clean and showers were good. I noticed each PF you visit has slightly different set-ups. This one is close to home so I go mainly for the convenience. Other patrons have been nice as well I go at least 5 times a week in the am and it isn't overly crowded. Seems like the earlier you go at this location the less people are there Different at the metro city area PF's. I haven't had any issues going here and will continue to use this as my home gym. I have noticed some patrons don't wipe down the machines after they use them so I always wipe before and after. Not a knock on PF just on my fellow members. Staff does walk around and clean while I have been there and that is comforting. Overall good solid gym location especially when you are coming in and focused on your workout.

Thank God for Mia, Yolanda and Kevin and one more guy I forget his name but they are the only ones there to help you along the way. The only available classes are very early or very late, which do not fit most people's schedules. I scheduled a 2.0 class, but it was canceled by their staff. The front office said I must be assessed and approved by an instructor, even though I have experience in many advanced Pilates classes at other studios. I asked when the instructor would be available to assess me, and they said they were unsure of the next available time. They take your money without assessing you but limit your ability to attend classes in many ways. I tried to talk to their manager and waited for 2 hours with no response. The front office said she was in a meeting. However, when you see their studio, there isn't even a meeting room--big lie. A kind reminder: before you enroll at the Laurel location, check if you can find any available classes that fit your usual workout time. If you cannot find available classes, it might be better to try another location. Club Pilates is a franchise business, and its membership cannot be used at other locations. Mostly, you can only use your membership at one location, so be cautious before you enroll. I leave this review on 6/19/24. I attached their schedule in the next days, you can see almost nothing you can schedule.

I decided that I wanted to receive my initial photos that my trainer at Elite Technique took back when I started my fitness journey. I reached out to my trainer because i still has his contact information, wished him happy holidays and requested my photos that we took in late February/ early March. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a message back from him. To take it up a level, I out to the business manager via text and surprisingly I didn't hear back from him. Then I decided to try giving this establishment a call. The business manager answered and told me that he would put in a request for those photos from my trainer. A day later, he tells me that the photos are no longer available. Not surprising at all because I have heard from other clients that this is how this organization operates. It is astonishing to me that an organization such as this one would not have a timeframe where photos are retained for their previous customers. My advice to you would be to get your photos when they are initially taken by your trainer because if you decide to stop going and go somewhere else, the likely hood of you receiving the photos are very slim. The people are friendly, there's enough equipment so I never have to wait, the equipment is clean and in great shape, and the classes are very beneficial. It's big enough, but not too big. And we so enjoy the others who workout there also. There is a healthy, positive culture there, and that's so important. Wellness for Life is truly a gem.
