Prices have gone up, yet this gym continues to have one working shower in the women's locker room…read more I've been coming to this gym over a year, since I started a job in Laurel, and have said something to at least three different staff members over a year and the hot water is still an issue. There isn't a good reason why three ladies are waiting to use the middle shower because it's the only one out of three that has hot water. The handicap shower may have hot water but no one uses it because it doesn't have a functional shower head/hose. The hose just hangs down the wall without a hook to attach it to the wall. We pay a monthly fee we should be able to use the shower especially when we are trying to get ready for work. Unacceptable. I can deal with broken equipment because I can always find an alternative workout, but it's hard to find an alternative way to take a warm shower. Please fix the hot water! There are other things I can complain about but let's start with the fully operational showers. Prices have gone up, yet this gym continues to have one working shower in the women's locker room. Please stay away! Look at the text I uploaded. See what Joe Buabeng really think about his clients…read more If I could have given no stars I would have. Joe Buabeng, the said owner of Cloud 10 transformation is not a professional business man or gym. The gym is out dated and in need of renovations the equipment is old, broken mirrors. No frills 2 room establishment. He was my assigned trainer but I only trained with him once for a.half session. Thank God for Mia, Yolanda and Kevin and one more guy I forget his name but they are the only ones there to help you along the way. Not Joe even though he was my assigned trainer and he knows Im currently on dialysis. He pops jn and out of the gym leaving you with the other trainers. However, when he pops in the gym he only cater to his favs and post videos of them. He wrote a text to me after I disputed a double payment that was made. Just incase you didn't see the screen shot picture I uploaded, please see his exact text below. "I'm fully joyed. You will however always remain cripple and unhappy. He continued "You don't need a gym membership you need therapy!!!" Would you want to spend money or time at a place that thinks this way about you/his customer(s). He is supposed to be helping people isn't there some sort of Personal Trainer oath. He gives you a meal plan but he is not a certified nutriousnist. The one thing he admitted to me. He provides a generic menu/ meal plan he most likely copied. So if you don't say I'm diabetic or that you are a Kidney patient or any health issues your probably not eating properly with his menu plan. However he begs for "the goods" they call it but when things doesn't go his way he will say things like he said in the text. Especially if you are a women. He acts like he secretly hates women. He became extremely upset about $79 I couldn't believe it because he was actually paid twice and it was proven to him via email text and in person. If I would have said nothing he basically would have stolen the chump change and still charged me twice. Im glad I paid attention and inquired. I have friends that left due because of money issues in the past. I thought he would have changed since losing all his other gyms. Not Joe. He is preying and praying that you think you need his help to get fit. He knows for every person that leave one will return. I say leave, run don't look back. There are way better gyms. I promise you, he doesn't care. Obviously, Joe does not care about his clients and when he gets upset he will take your money and cancel your membership. Mute Cloud10transformation in memory of that family member who died from any illness. Joe is clearly only out for the money!! But when you catch him he is going to be big mad and use reverse psychology to make you think you were wrong. He is disrespectful and crossed the line on how he responds to women and people with disabilities. This gym should be closed it's basically a scam and you should speak up! Expose him. Im choosing to expose him today. I'm saddened by how he chooses to handle business too. Customer service sucks! He is the supposed owner, trainer, billing department, hiring department. Why does he say speak to the billing department Elisa but she only work on Saturdays when everything is closed. All the other gyms he had didn't survive the pandemic and are currently closed-this one should as well. Please don't waste your time here. Don't confide in him. He will tell all your business to all the workers and they looking at you with the "side eye.". Elisa send emails asking for all the goods, all your personal business. that may hinder you from working out. Only to throw it back in your face when he is upset. But wait I thought Elisa was the billing department. No one is probably even reading it, just a scam. He is too emotional when he wants everyone to think he is an Alpha male. Never have I seen a man act like this before. My God what a shame. Shame on you Joe Bubeang of Cloud zero scam formation. You should be ashamed of yourself!

They trick you into this long contract by stating their new "transformational program" is a weekly program and your only charged by the week. When you attempt to cancel - you get hit with all kinds of BS. MAKE SURE YOU REQUIRE A PRINT OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT ... MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY THE WEEKS THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR because you won't see much of nothing on that little IPAD they give you to sign for the automatic deductions. I never even saw the contract until I tried to cancel and they said - it's in the App. WHAT? WTH are you talking about. Then they didn't want to accept my cancellation request. Then they want you to pay 50% of their long contracted term. BEWARE OF THIS GYM AND OWNER!!!!

COME ON YELP FAMILY-I'm sure you understand my frustrations here lol To me that's false advertisement. "Mention Yelp to receive the 20% off membership" or class session or even the buy $50 and receive $75 to use. When instead you mention Yelp and the employees are CLUELESS...What is that?! Yelp is my Bible to new experiences so once you tell me Yelp is wrong- I mean simply change the details your business advertisement and whalaa=NO PROBLEMS or CONFUSION. I attended an intro class with the assumption that I would be able to take advantage of these offers. I'm also going to follow up with our area Manager...maybe he can reach out to them and clarify this up. Happy Yelping!

The only available classes are very early or very late, which do not fit most people's schedules. I scheduled a 2.0 class, but it was canceled by their staff. The front office said I must be assessed and approved by an instructor, even though I have experience in many advanced Pilates classes at other studios. I asked when the instructor would be available to assess me, and they said they were unsure of the next available time. They take your money without assessing you but limit your ability to attend classes in many ways. I tried to talk to their manager and waited for 2 hours with no response. The front office said she was in a meeting. However, when you see their studio, there isn't even a meeting room--big lie. A kind reminder: before you enroll at the Laurel location, check if you can find any available classes that fit your usual workout time. If you cannot find available classes, it might be better to try another location. Club Pilates is a franchise business, and its membership cannot be used at other locations. Mostly, you can only use your membership at one location, so be cautious before you enroll. I leave this review on 6/19/24. I attached their schedule in the next days, you can see almost nothing you can schedule.

I can't say enough good things about the entire beltsville crew including the clients.

Elite Technique - Beltsville, Maryland: A Thoughtful, Honest Review…read moreI've been training with Elite Technique for many years now, and my experience spans multiple locations--from starting in Rockville to eventually settling into the Beltsville site. Across every location, one thing has been consistent: the trainers are genuinely invested in your progress, and the environment is built for people who want real results. Long-Term Experience & Trainer Quality I currently train with David, and over time I've also worked with new staff as they're introduced to the Elite system. Trainers here tend to be supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging, and they work hard to keep clients motivated through tough sessions. That said, every client has their own style. I personally prefer to stay focused and zoned in during difficult sets, so I appreciate verbal cues but not full conversations mid‑rep. Elite has always respected that, and I think it's important for new clients to communicate their preferences early. Early Morning Structure That Works Elite's schedule works especially well for early risers. The 5 AM sessions, three days a week, have been a perfect fit for me and many others. The company is also flexible--offering make‑up days and working with clients who travel or have shifting schedules. Life happens, and they understand that. ‍ Training Approach & Program Design Elite uses a progressive weight‑training model, increasing loads over time. It's tough. It's supposed to be. And it works. Workouts include: Progressive strength training Resistance bands Body‑weight exercises Core and abdominal routines Sessions are 30 minutes, and you may rotate through several exercises. A trainer typically works with 1-3 clients at a time, which keeps things personal without slowing the pace. The goal is often burnout sets--pushing stamina and strength to their limits. That can be intense for newcomers, but it's also where real transformation happens. Atmosphere & Facility The Beltsville location has a clean, functional setup with a mix of machines, free weights, and bands. Like any high‑use facility, equipment occasionally needs maintenance, but trainers always provide adaptations or alternatives so the workout continues smoothly. Music is a big part of the atmosphere. Expect themed days with: Rap Caribbean African Hip‑hop 90s, 2000s, 2010s World beat Mostly clean versions, and always energetic. Extra Sessions & Community Elite also offers Saturday meetups and additional workouts. They're optional but helpful for anyone who wants extra conditioning or community support. Results & Realism I've personally gone from 250 lbs to hovering between 205-215 lbs, depending on the week. My healthy range is 195-205, and if I ever pursue competitive goals, I may aim for 185-190. But here's the truth: Elite works if you work. You must show up, build stamina, and commit to the process. For anyone considering joining, I strongly recommend: Start with 2-3 days a week Build your endurance Learn the movements Understand the training philosophy This program is effective, but it's not effortless--and that's exactly why it delivers results. Final Thoughts Elite Technique in Beltsville is a place where trainers care, clients push themselves, and real progress happens. It may not be the perfect fit for everyone, but if you're serious about improving your strength, stamina, and overall fitness, it's worth visiting in person, talking with the trainers, and experiencing the environment firsthand. A website can't tell you what a 5 AM burnout set feels like. A conversation with a trainer can. This is my personal response on my experience. Jason B
