Dishonest sales tactics!! Family member negotiated a vehicle over the phone, including financing, after visiting the dealership and driving the vehicle the week prior. They scheduled him to pick it up the next afternoon. Texted him the day of pick up to make sure he had all paperwork and tag to transfer. Drove an hour to pick up the vehicle and was told it was sold the previous evening. They knew the vehicle was gone when they texted the morning of pick up. Then they tried to sell him on another vehicle with more miles, less features and stained interior for the same price. No apologies, no nothing. It's this type of sales tactic that give car salesmen a bad name. Definitely bait and switch! read more

Brought my car in for "Dealer Advantage" service. Left keys with advisor. An hour later they show me a huge scrape along the side that definitely wasn't there before. Then the service manager denies they did it, and tells me I need to file a police report! Finally got the general manager to agree to fix it. Not returning here again, even though I spent $3000 for the Dealer Advantage package that is ONLY available here. read more

we brought our charger to do a battery change and diagnosis to see why my car stopped. They told us they could not do a diagnosis and battery change because they were short of help so they would do a battery change. It took 4 hours just to do a battery change. I aske did they do the diagnosis to because aint no way it should have taken 4 hours and I had an appointment then they did not let me know the car was even done. I gave them the battery plate to put on and they did not do that . The hose that was supposed to be connected to the battery was not connected and the battery terminals was half way up on the posts. What kind of of service was this I dont know what damage this could have caused I have nothing but problems with this dealership every time I give this dealer ship a try they still give garbage service don't go here please dont waste your time very unprofessional. read more

These people are dishonest scammers and have no integrity, please take your business elsewhere! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2019 Jeep before taking a long drive back out of town. They did the oil change and charged $72.06 after tax. It included charges of $8 for labor, $7.60 for the filter, $45 for synthetic oil, $7.27 for shop supplies and $4.19 for tax. I've never been charged for labor or shop supplies on an oil change before, ever! Back home in NY the oil changes aren't even this expensive. The service advisor Michelle said that all shops charge a fee for shop supplies when performing service, that's just ridiculous you don't need a ton of equipment to change oil, I've done it before it's rather simple. I guess that's how they like to pack on a few extra bucks on a simple service. I guess lunch was on me today. Now the more serious issue is that Michelle told me that my lug nuts were swollen and they couldn't be removed to do the tire rotation. Also, that the lug nuts were $10 each to replace because they would have to break them to get them off. 5 lug nuts per tire at $10 each, crazy right. I paid for my oil change and left. I went to a neighborhood Firestone center and explained what I was told. The tech tested my lug nuts and said they were perfectly fine. Not only that, he also said that my tire treading was fine and I didn't even need a tire rotation and suggested that I wait until my next oil change. Thank God for honest people! read more

I made an appointment to have my Jeep serviced. When I arrived, the advisor didn't know who I was, didn't know that I had an appointment, and didn't know why I had an appointment. She never introduced herself and immediately told me the service would not be covered by the ample insurance I bought just a few months earlier when I drove my car off the lot. Also, the problem was a warranty issued anyway. I gave her a bad review on JEEP.com and the service manager blamed ME for the the advisor closing her office door in my face and not addressing me problematic car. I have to take me Jeep back for service again because they didn't fix it right to begin with. Don't expect polite or correct service if you buy a car from Jeep of Brunswick. read more

Stopped in here to have my oil changed. Was informed that they closed at 6pm. Responded that I understood, but it was only 530pm. Was then told that they stop taking in cars at 4pm. Told the attendant that there was no mention of that on their website and that I had driven 45 minutes to have my oil changed at an authorized dealer. Her response was that she'd be happy to schedule me an appointment the next day. Told her no, I'll just go find someplace with better customer service. She lost her mind and started yelling at me, her apparent manager walks out, she pulls him to side, tells him her story, he walks over and tells me to just leave. Long and short, if you need service on your vehicle, take it anywhere but to this bunch of clowns. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. We went in for a simple part, a new tire. First they had to order the tire, days later we call still no tire. Then we get a phone call that the tire just came in. We go down there only for them to say they were mistaken and still don't have the tire AND that they need to charge more because they didn't charge enough the first time. They then turn around and now have the tire but we need to wait another week to have it put on because they are busy. Keep in mind we paid for the tire the week prior and have been waiting all this time. Now we have to go back in the que and wait on the next available 7 days from now. Needless to say we then asked for a refund. Now they say that because we paid cash, we have to wait and go through accounting and they will mail is a check. Based on this experience and all of the other reviews I just read about this dealership, THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED. read more

I had 2 interactions with this dealership. First to purchase extended warranty and then to obtain service 1 year later. Do not expect them to follow through on extended warranty inquiries or refund $ upon request for cancellation. We purchased an extended car warranty from this dealership 2/25/22. Brought car in for service 2/25/23 and there were a few repairs that needed follow-up with warranty so service person said they would get back to us. Several months went by and we received no response in checking status or were told next on list or can't reach anyone at the warranty. in September I filled out paperwork at dealership to cancel warranty. Checking status with dealership, no response. Checking with warranty company, they had not received cancellation. Filled out form with warranty company 11/3 and upon status check, they provided check # and date their portion of refund was mailed to dealership as 11/9. I have no issues with the Extended car warranty program which is CARS. They told me they mail check for their portion of cancellation to dealership so dealer can add their portion of the sales price to the refund amount. Went into dealer and spoke to gen. mgr on 11/17 because I had not yet received the refund. He checked and said it was not received by dealership and would personally check on it but has not provided an update as of 11/25. Mgr also stated he knows nothing about warranty check being mailed to dealership which implies they do not intend to refund their portion of the sales price. I find the service unacceptable and do not trust this dealer to stand behind their extended warranties. read more

I live 2 hours away. I was quoted a price for the purchase of a new vehicle from Matt. I informed him I would be paying cash and will not finance. I asked for the out the door price before driving 2 hours for no reason. I called them a couple days later and asked if the price was still good and was told by Carlos that if I bring the quote, they would honor it. Once I got there I asked if they could do any better than the price I was quoted and they told me that the price I have is the "all in price". They explained that meant it was best they could do. I told them to let me think about it and I went to get something to eat from Olive Garden. An hour later I went back and told them I was ready to purchase the vehicle for the price we both agreed on. They said great and left me to sit by myself for roughly 15 minutes before coming back to tell me that not only would the price be more than what we agreed, but that it would be even more than that if I didnt finance with them. They told me they "need me to finance with them in order to recoup some of their losses". Matt lied to me and so did Carlos. They tried to tell me I could use my cash to pay off the loan in 30 days and it would only cost me around $90 in interest. I hated to walk away from a $42,000 purchase over $90 but they had already lied to me twice. I couldnt just believe someone that I was only out 90 bucks after he had lied to me twice within a couple hours. Matt and Carlos are both liars and they thought I would just go along with it because they knew I drove 2 hours. Terrible business practice. read more

Just took my vehicle in for the first service, HORRIBLE again! Wanted to charge for everything, still covered 100% under warranty, 10k mile check up. Was hoping to at least use them for service since they don't want to sell cars, but I guess I need to go to Jacksonville for service also. My review is of the service department and those that represent it. They were all exceptionally professional and efficient. I came in from a 400 mile trip from NC and needed to change my oil, rotate the tires, and change a head light. My service representative definitely warrants mention. I may have forgotten her name but her enthusiasm to help and warm personality was in itself worth coming in for. We quickly started a conversation about her time in brunswick and that she was from Farmington which was a city I was very familiar with. Surgically accessed what I needed told me up front what the possible cost would be and got me in quickly. Within 20 mins I was ready to go with everything changed and they even have me a drafted quote on tire sales as my front tires would need to be changed soon. I normally never go to dealers about anything relating to cars but I'm especially happy that I did and I will be coming back for follow on services. read more

Probably the worst service iv ever not received, scheduled an appointment the previous week after verifying that they had the equipment to conduct an alignment on a Ram 3500 Dually. Show up this morning and I am immediately told and with a very bad attitude that she is pretty sure she can not align a dually, she then yells to the mechanic "you can't align a dually can you", his response probably not. Not sure who the mechanic is but the service advisor was Michelle Mukes. Stay far away from this place! read more

They showed me the car was detailed and ready for pickup. But when I started my travel, I discovered the car was SOLD! They intended for me to drive all the way there and then sell me another car at a higher price. They continued to call and badger me to come buy another car.
