I have an elderly, disabled father who this office unfortunately is the provider for. The MD himself isn't very engaging or knowledgeable and I'm not comfortable having my father receive care here. It's important to feel heard & comfortable receiving medical care and when you can't get a single phone call answered, it's concerning. They aren't very up to date, only takes cash or check???? And if any forms need to be filled out for direct medical care they will charge you without looking to see if a patients insurance covers it. They also only take fax copies of forms and then don't check the fax machine and make up excuses as to why it wasn't completed, not only that you have to go there and physically pick it up. No one carries checkbooks, no one uses fax. Scanning is more common. I usually never write bad reviews but this place, I would never recommend and will definitely be finding my father another provider.

When I scheduled my appointment, I explicitly asked for a medication assessment, as suggested by my therapist due to escalating anxiety and depression symptoms. At no point prior to my appointment was I informed that they do not provide that service and the Dr seemed confused about it when I went for my appointment. Long story short, the Dr was completely insensitive to my struggles with anxiety/depression. She suggested I try drawing or hiking because hiking makes her happy, she also said that therapy should be working. Pros - I like that they are able to communicate via text, it's really convenient. Wait time was minimal when I went for my last appointment. Dr suggested a magnesium supplement Calm to help with anxiety. I purchased it and will give it a try. She suggested a referral to a psychiatrist, which would have been helpful know prior to that appointment. I'm sure she's great with some clients, the experience was just horrific for me personally so I will be seeking a new doctor.

When I called in to ask what the hell was going on, the front office told me that they had made the decision to "terminate me as a client" for non-payment.
