When I arrived it appeared that the food truck was open. On the website it says New hours open 12pm-9pm. I arrived at 8pm. No one was here. I asked the workers in Eskimo Hut if it was open. Look, I've had their food a few times now from their food truck at various events....their food is great. The ribs, the load up potatoes, it's all legit. VERY good. But some of these events have been fundraiser-type events were tickets were to be used instead of cash; but I know they took cash multiple times instead which shorts whatever cause/organization trying to benefit. I'll 'unfairly' assume they did not fully report all the cash transactions to the cause/organization which again benefits them and not the cause/organization.
