First time at this location and I must say it's a Very nice Chuck E Cheese! I'm not big on leaving reviews, I mostly read them but this place was so impressive. 1st the lady working the front counter was very helpful in letting me know my options and explaining everything. Clean tables, clean floors and clean well maintained gaming area. I did come on a Monday afternoon at 12 pm but out of the handful of tables everything else was pristine. Kudos to the staff and manager of this location. I even seen the manager out of the floor which is rare at these places in my opinion.

Chuck E. Cheese has improved vastly. I love the new play cards in place of the coins. They were a lot easier to handle with my daughter, and she loved to run around with her card. It made her feel really special. We went for a birthday party and I love how Chuck E really personalized each child's experience. It was hilarious because my daughter was scared of Chuck E at first but she finally opened up to him and had a great time. The food is always amazing and I will definitely be back to visit!

Douglasville's Chuck E. Cheese's is pretty cool for the kids. This location is pretty clean. The service is great from the staff. I have taken my three year old to this location at least three times, and he always enjoys himself. He loves to play basketball. I miss the tokens and the ball pit from my childhood, but they do not have them anymore. They also don't have the playpen (similar to what you would see at a Chickfila, Burger King , or McDonalds), so the place's set up is like a children's arcade. Chuck E has changed a little since, I was a kid. He does come out once an hour to dance with the children and pass out tickets. The ideal age group for Chuck E Cheese's is 3-8 . They do have about 8 games that could appeal to children 2 and under. For parents looking to save, this location runs various specials online, that can be applied in the store from your smart phone. I find that using the coupons give me a better value, then ordering off of the in store menu, for game play or food. I also had the opportunity to take advantage of the Summer Savings, during the day. My favorite time to come this summer, has been between 11AM- and 2PM during the week, because they have the pizza buffet with salad and dessert for less than $8 for adults. This is cool because on the weekends, the individual pizzas are usually over $10. My son really enjoys their pepperoni pizza. Overall this is a great place to bring your toddlers and elementary aged kids.

Salad bar and bread. Cheesy bread was good. No complaints. Good service by the party crew.

You would think a place designed specifically for children would understand how toddlers play, but the owner clearly does not. While the kids were playing, the owner actually approached them and told them to stop playing with a toy castle. Her reasoning? They were "opening and closing the castle door too much." It is completely ridiculous to police how toddlers interact with toys in a facility that parents pay for specifically so their kids can play. Secondly the place was cluttered. There were toys and junk everywhere. On top of that, the owner reprimanded us because the kids went in and out of the carpeted area "too many times." The entire environment felt hostile. The owner literally hovered over us the entire time we were there, making us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. A children's play center should be a fun, stress-free environment for families, not a place where toddlers are monitored like they're walking a tightrope. We will absolutely never be back. Save your money and take your kids somewhere where they are actually allowed to be kids.

It's cozy and compact, meaning I always know where my twin 8-year-olds are, and I feel comfortable knowing they're never more than 100 feet away. It's a great balance of being big enough for fun but small enough to keep an eye on them the whole time. I really appreciate the safety and the peace of mind this gives me. The jump houses are the main attraction, and my boys absolutely love it here. It's clear the owners put a lot of effort into making the most of the available space. I also love that it's a place for the kids to get off their screens, exercise, and socialize with others. It feels like a real community spot. The arcade is decent--not the best, but it's not bad either. Definitely not the main reason to visit, but it's a nice addition for when the kids need a break from jumping. The food is pretty good as well, so you can spend a good chunk of time here without needing to worry about getting hungry. One suggestion I have for JumpTime is to add more sanitizing stations around the facility. I'm not a germaphobe, and I know kids getting sick is part of growing up, but a few more sanitizing stations would be helpful to reduce the amount of germs they might be exposed to. Some parents even bring gloves and masks for their kids--totally up to them--but I think a gentle reminder to parents to sanitize their kids before jumping in and to bring wipes would be a nice touch. Of course, it's also a good idea to clean them up after playtime too! I think it's great that a place like JumpTime exists, and I really appreciate the owners for having the courage to create such a fun and safe environment for kids to play and interact. It's an excellent spot for active, screen-free fun, and I hope they continue to thrive! Would definitely recommend to parents looking for a safe, active place for kids to let off some steam and have fun!

We arrived in wonderful spirits, ready to select our Christmas tree, but were met with a cold, unwelcoming atmosphere that, unfortunately, has become familiar. The quiet, passive-aggressive cold-shoulder is loud in its own way, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and unwanted. We have continued coming because our children enjoy the farm, particularly in early to mid-autumn, but this experience sealed our decision. I would genuinely rather drive into the city and sit in traffic than return. To make matters worse, when we visited the animal-feeding area, the attendant shorted our change. After we kindly pointed out the miscalculation, he replied, "Oh, well I don't have any more change." I told him we would simply take additional cups of feed, and he looked at us as though we were unreasonable. Either the math was beyond him, or he assumed we would overpay. Perhaps I am too devoted to my quixotic, Hallmark-inspired hopes for the season, but this experience certainly did not contribute to the holiday warmth we arrived with. I do, however, want to commend the employee who tied our tree onto our SUV. He was the only pleasant member of the staff we encountered. We are happy with the tree itself, but we will now be searching for a new Christmas tree farm. Here's hoping next year brings a lovelier experience. Happy Holidays, everyone.
