For Douglasville, this is one of your few options to take your kid for a birthday or to play The price is ok, not too bad. Got a giant dippin dots for $7 Pizza combo (2 pizzas, 6 drinks, dessert) was ~$50 I didn't take many photos of the area itself but I think most of the games worked. They're all tiny for kids so definitely not much for adults to do unless you wanna hunch over at air hockey. Which, maybe you do. Digital ticketing system so no yanking an extra ticket out of the machine The unlimited play cards still give tickets so that was awesome. First time at this location and I must say it's a Very nice Chuck E Cheese! I'm not big on leaving reviews, I mostly read them but this place was so impressive. 1st the lady working the front counter was very helpful in letting me know my options and explaining everything. Clean tables, clean floors and clean well maintained gaming area. I did come on a Monday afternoon at 12 pm but out of the handful of tables everything else was pristine. We recently took my children here. It was okay. It wasn't like the Chuck E. Cheese I remember from my childhood. The games were basic and the entertainment was all on a screen minus one guy dressed like Chuck E. Cheese. They must have been understaffed because the service was slow. It was fairly clean for a children's establishment. The food was...not great. And it cost a fortune. But my kids had fun and that's what matters. read more

Chuck E. Cheese has improved vastly. I love the new play cards in place of the coins. They were a lot easier to handle with my daughter, and she loved to run around with her card. It made her feel really special. We went for a birthday party and I love how Chuck E really personalized each child's experience. It was hilarious because my daughter was scared of Chuck E at first but she finally opened up to him and had a great time. Douglasville's Chuck E. Cheese's is pretty cool for the kids. This location is pretty clean. The service is great from the staff. I have taken my three year old to this location at least three times, and he always enjoys himself. He loves to play basketball. I miss the tokens and the ball pit from my childhood, but they do not have them anymore. They also don't have the playpen (similar to what you would see at a Chickfila, Burger King , or McDonalds), so the place's set up is like a children's arcade. Chuck E has changed a little since, I was a kid. He does come out once an hour to dance with the children and pass out tickets. The ideal age group for Chuck E Cheese's is 3-8 . They do have about 8 games that could appeal to children 2 and under. For parents looking to save, this location runs various specials online, that can be applied in the store from your smart phone. I find that using the coupons give me a better value, then ordering off of the in store menu, for game play or food. I also had the opportunity to take advantage of the Summer Savings, during the day. My favorite time to come this summer, has been between 11AM- and 2PM during the week, because they have the pizza buffet with salad and dessert for less than $8 for adults. This is cool because on the weekends, the individual pizzas are usually over $10. My son really enjoys their pepperoni pizza. Chuck E Cheese's claim to fame is a place where a kid can be a kid. With that in mind, I will attempt to keep my adult opinions at a minimum. I have an 11 year old son, and a 6 year old daughter. I asked them how they liked it, and based on their responses, my daughter would give this place 5 stars. My son would give this place 2 stars. Hence the 3 star rating. We went to this location on a Saturday afternoon, and it was a chaotic zoo! We walked around a couple of times in order to find a place to sit. We had a coupon for a pizza and tokens that we took advantage of. After a while, our pizza arrived, and the taste was pretty good. My husband, and son went to the restroom, and reported that the restroom was a total mess. I work in the elementary school setting, so I'm a little used to chaotic noise. It saddens me to say this, as I have been bringing my kiddo and his friends to this location for years, but today's visit was probably our last. 1. Half (or more) of the games were out of order- Either games were turned completely off or just not working. If we had known this when we bought our gameplay cards, we wouldn't have stayed, but we were not informed of this. On top of many popular games being out of order, All skee ball lanes except one, maybe two, were down....and skee ball is anyone's favorite so that was pretty crazy. 2. Tickets? Many of the games that offered tickets were simply out of them. I informed an employee and simply got a blank stare in return.., 3. Flu season anyone? Seriously, I've never seen such filth. I mean granted, it is a kid place and I'm not expecting it to be spotless, but there was literally dirt and grime caked into all the little guns and joysticks. Everything was coated in smudges and stickyness, and not a hand sanitizer station in sight. In the hour or so we were there, I saw no one going around cleaning things or really doing much more than leaning against the front counter. Overall, I was pretty disappointed at how this place is really going downhill. In the past we've always had such a good time at Chuck E. Cheese, and I really hope they can turn this location around, but from what I've seen tonight, I'm very certain that will not happen under the current management. read more

The Douglasville, GA location for Chuck-E-Cheese is one of our favorite locations. The staff is super friendly and provide excellent customer service on our every visits over the last 6 months. Sherdae and Michelle, we see weekly provided us with excellent customer service on each visit. Tyrell & Tay-Tajani provided excellent customer service during my daughter birthday party on April 21st. The entire staff including the managers has provided wonderful customer service as well doing our visits. Great place to take the Family. Worse Chuck E. Cheese EVER! Do not bring your kids or family here. Unclean and half of the machines don't work. It took someone 10 minutes to come from the back to take our order. Came in today on a Sunday afternoon with my 5 yr old mostly because I was hungry and wanted their Pizza. Sunday afternoon around 3pm was a great time to stop in because they weren't overcrowded. We were able to play every game my daughter wanted to play and the online coupon I had for 100 tokens for $20. Now that they've changed to the electronic system for all the games it made playing the games a breeze. Every game we played was 1 token which allowed my daughter to play for an hour. We spent the other hour eating delicious pizza and salad and deciding which toys she could pick out with the 500 tickets she won. All in all it was a great afternoon spent getting her energy out and we only spent $40. read more

They are crazy expensive and always have been but when I didn't think they could get more expensive they did!! I took my kids tonight for dinner and games but we ended up only playing games for an hour then going out to dinner. It cost $38 for one hour games for two kids. That included no food whatsoever. The food was crazy priced as well so we went to Ocharleys for dinner. It was cheaper to do that. It's bad when Ocharleys cost less for a family to eat than it does to have a large pizza and drinks. read more

Chucky E Cheese is always a great place to take the kiddos however, tonight's visit was one of the worst ever..I brought 2 pizzas and both had plastic pieces in the pizza.. I went and got management and he said well if it was in the pizza it would have melted..well the piece was so thick it actually didn't melt and is this how you treat a customer who just spent 100 dollars..so he offered to remake them but I refused because obviously the ones who are preparing the food are not properly trained. Recently, my son and I went to Chucky Cheese and the experience was well worth the review. I held his birthday at this location last year and was very dissatisfied and unimpressed with the organization of how the party was hosted; however, having visited this location since then I could tell it is under new management. As the games are up to date, the facility itself is cleaner, the machines are functional, staff is friendly and expedient, more machines to redeem tickets earned are available prior to checkout, and the point system itself is bliss. Having the ability to go in and add time/play points to your card personally is convenient and extremely easy to use and understand. Also to make mention of the customer service associates, Mia and Michelle were quite friendly and helpful. As hectic as it was, Mia did not hesitate to divide her attention from her task at hand and lend assistance to myself and my son. Great place for a kids' birthday if you don't mind lots of kids running around and maybe some crying. CEC doesn't have the best pizza but it works for the time you're there. The pizza comes fresh and if you're out playing with your kids in the arcade, they'll make an anouncement that your pizza is ready if you're not at the table waiting for it. They also have a full salad bar, hot wings, bread sticks, mozzerella sticks and dessert. I went to this particular CEC today for a little cousin's birthday and I must say my daughter who is 16 months old (today) and I had a wonderful time. She enjoyed the pepperoni pizza and the toddler play area with the super kiddie rides. We had plenty of tokens and played a lot of games and got tons of tickets and she left with a few prizes. I'm sure in the future we'll be back for my daughter's b-day party. Whats cool about CEC these days is that all the games are 1 token - even the big kid arcade games. When I was kid in the 80's you had some games that were 2 sometimes 4 tokens. This past weekend I was at this particular location, in Douglasville, Georgia, and was VERY impressed--more so than at any other location. The employees were wonderful--very helpful and very friendly. The salad bar was good, it's small but everything seemed very fresh. My kids said the pizza was good, too. It was an all-around pleasant experience. Special thanks to the manager, who cheerfully re-counted the cash register TWICE for me when I realized I hadn't gotten the correct change on an earlier transaction. This used to be one of our favorite places to go to as a family. The games didn't seem to be rigged, and you could get some tickets from some games to get something besides the 100 ticket prizes. However, things have changed all of a sudden in the past 6 months since we've gone. Most of the games now require that you have a ticket pass. I don't like it. Sometimes you have to swipe several times to get the thing to work and then when you do, it may take away more than one swipe than what you wanted. Also, the games where you could get some tickets now give almost NONE. Half of the games we tried to play didn't even give the tickets you earned. The girl behind the register seemed unhappy to be there. When we wanted to get some ice cream, she disappeared and we had to wait until someone else came up front. We also witnessed no one being at the entrance to stamp people in and out. When it was time to leave I had to ask someone to check our stamps and got a response of "Oh yeah." read more

This place seriously needs work. Jam packed, back to back. The place was clearly at capacity, no one seemed to mind. This is a child establishment, there should not be more adults than children. You should not have a table if you do not have food. However, shout out to Kevin for being real. He's the reason this place is even getting a star. I literally walked in there, paid $27 to get a pizza, walked around for 20 minutes just to find a table, only to NOT find a table and have an employee tell me it was not going to happen.
