Bad. The restaurant is dirty, unorganized. The customer service is horrible. Me and some friends came in to eat dinner and I bought a cup because I just wanted a drink. A few minutes later a man comes up to me and says I'm not allowed to only have a drink and I must go up to the register to pay for eating. He then charged me for every single person there including the ones who paid. Horrible customer service, dirty environment, and horrible food. Do not come here. Not to mention he threatened to kick us out or call the cops over this. No attitude was coming from us we were extremely understanding just very frustrated that we had to pay. Again I am warning anyone who is thinking about going here. It's not worth your money or your time. They also have an automated tip added to your bill in order to make more and they do not tell you that they have it programmed in their system. The lighting is depressing inside and the food is semi fresh depending on what you like to eat. The restroom is dirty for the men's room. They ask a flat price for buffet then ask for a tip with automated system like that goes to bettering the quality of the food or something if anything it's just predatory towards the consumer. Maybe pay better wages if your workers are based off tips. I rather pay more towards a buffet price than be asked to tip. I enjoyed scoping the place while out on my first visit in town but my second visit sent my tummy into party mode. The staff were all attentive as it was my family and I's first time. The pizza in my opinion topped some well established pizza restaurants back home but in my childrens opinion, better than dominos. The slushes where extra sugary like the children likes it. Slight chuckle however the arcade hosted a Jurassic Park themed game that kept me and the children going for 10 minutes. I rather enjoy Stevi B's spinach alfredo pizza and my tastebuds recently ventured out (for once) to try the buffalo chicken pizza which i will go on record to say i liked a lot despite my resistance to liking new things AND the principal that pizza belongs with tomato sauce not hot sauce and ranch (haha). I learned today that they now offer a baked mac n cheese dish and its pretty dern good! It almost tastes premium with breadcrumbs and it isnt too cheesy. I was waiting to have tires mounted on my vehicle at the tire place, so i decided to grab a bite to eat. I didn't want Chinese, so the other option was Stevi B's. First of all, i didn't want the buffet, because i wasn't that hungry. I was surprised to be told that if i order from the menu that i had to take it to go! I didn't see any signs stating that and i could see that it wasn't crowded at all, so i decided against going and find somewhere else to eat, because without my vehicle i had to walk. We came for my niece's first birthday. They have a lot of selections for pizza BUT you can also order special orders that they bring out to your table. I have been to this location before and have had an OK experience and lets be honest, Stevie B's is not upscale so you know you are not going there for a top quality meal. However today the variety of pizza's was lacking, mostly white sauce pizza's. Very few pizza's with any meat on them! The quality of all the pizza's were poor. The presentation was terrible, the pizza's tasted bland and did not even look freshly made, despite being at lunch time. The place was almost empty, maybe a tell tale sign that all is not well here. I usually wouldn't eat here because of the less then mediocre service and food, but my latest visit was a bit of a surprise to me. I bought a discount card for a local high school earlier this year for Stevie Bs. I used it twice this year at this location without any problem. Last night I stopped in with my son and was told that it was not accepted at this location. The manager told me it was only "accepted at participating locations". Nowhere on the card does that state that and the corporate website has an entire section devoted to how much money their company donates to local communities through this card. I emailed the company and received an email today from the GM at this location that they no longer accept these cards and haven't since 2018. Well sorry but my card is valid until the end of 2019 and was for a local high school. I was told that this location was a franchise store and choose not to participate any longer. Ok. No problem. It's not about the money- it's the greedy decision not to honor the card bought in good faith and the arrogant attitude that I have received last night at the store with my son. The pizza quality is OK and warm but a staple item of bacon pizza is considered custom made so $1 extra...really? I enjoy this place. I mean, I dont recommend anybody to eat here everyday as it is obviously so unhealthy. But every now and then when you want to binge on ever so unhealthy junk foods, this is the place to go. Luckily I had a coupon for buy one get one free, so for my son & I to eat here, it was a whopping $6.70. They'll make you whatever kind of pizza you want and have a shit ton of different types for you to choose from. They made me a BBQ Chicken Pizza and my son a Mac & Cheese. their dessert pizzas are awesome as well. They made me a pizza because they didn't have too many out at the time I walked in. I asked for them to put a out a couple more and they asked what I wanted. I gave them suggestions and they said they would bring it out to me. Since it was only me I only took part of the pizza and asked them to put the rest of it on the bar for everyone else. I got a pizza that was cooked half greek style and the other half was all meat. She made the best pizza! It was so much better than the pizza I had the last time I went! I remembered the last time almost all of the pizzas were white pizzas and I just couldn't believe the majority would be white when classic pizza sauce is the most common. I loved the bbq sauce, too. The desert pizzas were pretty good, but the Bavarian crème or something like that was the best. I only got a little slice since I was full. About the salad bar. That is the one thing I was surprised about the last time I had gone. That it wasn't that bad and the ranch was pretty good. I am not sure, but I think it is house made. Well, the salad bar was not as fresh this time as it was the last time, but it was still pretty good. They got rid of a couple of toppings they had before. Chick peas? English peas? There were two bins of lettuce this time which I think was taking up some of the space as well. There was something else that I was missing that I liked. They had lemons as one of the toppings which is just a filler in my opinion. Hate it when buffets do that as one of their choices. The cucumbers looked like they had been frozen and thawed out and looked strange - kind of see through. But all in all it was a good salad for a pizza buffet and I left happy. AND! They had the news on! How smart to do that around lunch time for the adults who might come for lunch breaks. I didn't have closed captioning on the tv near me but they had it on the one further away. March 17, 2015, my last meal with my Mom at Stevie B's. My son and I met my Mom for dinner at Stevie B's because she called me at work and sounded very excited to meet us for dinner. My son loves the arcade there and it was always a good place to let him play and us talk. Well, Turner Middle school students in 2-3 buses pull up and storm the whole place. I could barely hear a word my Mother said and of course the kids over crowded the arcade room where my son could not play. It was an awful experience and my Mom did call and complain and not only was it planned for Turner Middle school to be there it was also planned for an elementary school's spirit night. Well, the elementary kids were not able to stay in the arcade area because the bigger Kids ran them off. Management planned and was well aware of both schools. It was not an environment where you could even have a conversation with someone at the same table. Even, yelling my Mom and I could not hear each other. We did laugh at the craziness of it all. My Mom tragically passed Saturday on the 21st and that was our last visit together and last meal together and we could not even enjoy a conversation with one another. The middle school even had the teachers yelling loudly along with the students. Hopefully, with Stevie B's reading this you will remember what a family environment the place is suppose to be and plan smaller events where others can enjoy their family time, also. read more

It was fine, acceptable, okay. The reason this place gets 4 stars instead of just 3 is: they will make you any pizza you want, and they are even very happy to do so. When you go through the buffet line, just take a table number; they will take your order, and about the time you finish your salad or first couple of buffet slices, they will bring your entire hot, steaming pie to your table and serve you however many pieces you want. (Whatever you don't take, they put on the buffet.) The pasta was not overcooked and the sauces were pretty flavorful. The buffet pizzas had a good amount of toppings, so I didn't feel like I was just full of dough after I ate. The Baked Potato pizza is worth a try if you like sour cream and bacon; a friend recommended the Macaroni and Cheese pizza, but I took a pass on it. The salad bar is small but had some pretty good ingredients: grape tomatoes, green and black olives, good croutons, and sunflower seeds among other things. The dessert pizzas were pretty good; I had a slice of lemon, which had lots of lemony goo and something crunchy on top. The Boston cream pie was chocolatey. There's a small game room for the kids, and a counter where they can cash in their tickets for prizes. There are a couple of big-screen TVs with Nickolodeon playing. The servers were helpful and friendly, and often came by our table to clear away plates. For a place to take a bunch of kids, where the adults can sit around and talk, and everyone can get an inexpensive meal, this is a pretty good place. read more
