    Balance beam

We came here because I promised my daughter we would come as a bday gift. It was my 2 children and their friend. They had an amazing time. There were a few things that they couldn't don't because they weren't 48in. All of the workers seem to be teenagers which is normal for a place like this. I don't like that they pull the kids out with one arm. That doesn't seem safe. They had a BOGO special today that helped. It's usually $17 an hr per child. It's a bit pricey. There was a lot to do-open jump, basketball, dodgeball, foam pits, a balance beam.....you name it. I would return if I have a BOGO coupon.

Massage Chair love at Big Air

My grandson wanted to come here for his birthday. He and a few friends came and are having a great time jumping while most of the parents sit in the massage chairs. There is a tv wall in the cafeteria area. We aren't going to be eating here and pretty sure we won't be missing anything grand. Smells like the usual concession stand suspects- pizza, slushies, etc. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. The pricing is what it is. The best deal is the $100 card which comes to $10 an hour and you can use it however you like and on any day. Usual hourly is $17 and on Mondays and Wednesdays you can get two hours for $30. I like it better than the trampoline park in Kennesaw because the lighting is bright and the walls and colors are cheerful and bright.

I've visited this location for the first time but have been to another location in NC. It wasn't very packed, probably because we went on a weekday. Some of the play areas were closed hence to why I couldn't give this location more than 3 stars.

Here for a birthday party and like any other place you want to give the food a try. This guy swears this is not microwave pizza but I definitely know the difference. The crust was extremely soggy and this so called slice of pepperoni only had 3 individual pepperoni. Hope the nachos are not stale.

They require you to sign a waiver relating to rules of engagement, injury liabilities, etc. You and your kiddo(s) have to wear grip socks when in the play area. The price was great for one day as well as the food prices. The food is kid food so pizza, fries. Pretzel bites, corn dog bites, stuff like that. The pizza was tasty, you know like better than frozen pizza and almost like school lunch pizza. Tasty. They'll have slices and whole pies to order. They have a bubble area for when it's bubble time which is adorable considering my little loves bubbles. Most children like bubbles. They'll announce a birthday if the kid is having a party there or not, they'll do a shout-out which is cute. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful. I saw some of the senior staff knew some of the kids' names since they were frequent visitors. The play area is a good layout. Some moms were watching in the play area while some sat in the cafe sitting area to watch their kids. I even seen a few moms working on their laptops which was cool considering those moms had bigger kids like 8+ that didn't need as much supervision as the toddlers. The layout has something for everyone of all walking ages. They have big and little slides, a trampoline area, a nice jungle gym, again, something for all the kids. A great place for kids to play and a nice place to have a birthday party because they offer that as well! 10 out of 10.

You would think a place designed specifically for children would understand how toddlers play, but the owner clearly does not. While the kids were playing, the owner actually approached them and told them to stop playing with a toy castle. Her reasoning? They were "opening and closing the castle door too much." It is completely ridiculous to police how toddlers interact with toys in a facility that parents pay for specifically so their kids can play. Secondly the place was cluttered. There were toys and junk everywhere. On top of that, the owner reprimanded us because the kids went in and out of the carpeted area "too many times." The entire environment felt hostile. The owner literally hovered over us the entire time we were there, making us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. A children's play center should be a fun, stress-free environment for families, not a place where toddlers are monitored like they're walking a tightrope. We will absolutely never be back. Save your money and take your kids somewhere where they are actually allowed to be kids.

Upon arriving, we walked in and was greeted by a manager he let us know we have an hour of play time before we have access to the room. Once had access to the room, we had 20 mins to set up, which our party coordinator, Jada, really showed her strengths. Once the room was set up, our guest were allowed to enter. We had 40 mins to enjoy the snacks we provided and pizza from the venue. We were allowed to bring a cooler and prepackaged foods. We had charcuterie, fruit, drinks, chips, candy and cupcakes. The pizza, fries and chicken tenders were provided by catch air. They do have a full kitchen with many hot items, a limited coffee menu, plenty of cold beverages, ice cream, candy, snacks and cold sandwiches. Overall impressed with the food aspect, the buffalo chicken pizza is worth a try. The bathroom facilities are clean and the play area is expansive. Your kiddos will not run out of things to do regardless of age. The under 4 area was not lacking. They even have a toddler area up on the second play level. Ari took our pics and was extremely professional. Can't recommend this venue enough.

This is to no fault of the staff however it was painfully obvious that they had not been trained as there was a lack of consistency from room to room for the birthdays. Staff did not know that decorations could not be taped to the ceiling, staff did not include a happy birthday display for the celebrants, staff did not help clean the room ahead of the next party, and staff were VERY rude to the parents and guess of the celebrant. The process to check in was not bad. I actually like that they put invisible stamps on family members which staff then check upon departure to ensure that you are leaving with the correct child and did not just sneak in unpaid. Overall, the children had a lot of fun playing, however, I would never book a birthday party here for the simple fact that they don't know how to handle them and for the price that they're charging I don't think it's worth it.

A place to exercise and play and for parents to not have to worry.I understand I signed a waiver, for equipment liability and fights from kid to kid. What I did not expect was to have an incident with the staff and my kid!. My kid (who is under the age of 10),came to me crying with a red ear, bright red. And staff followed behind him with an ice pack. I asked what happened and they said not only did he fall and hit his ear,it was because the STAFF member pushed him. I asked my son if his head hurt,he said no just his ear.so then I went to the staff member in question and asked what happened (with a family member overhearing on the phone). He said "I pushed him off of me on the STAIRS and he fell BACKWARDS and hit his ear". Granted ok let's be more specific. My son is under the age of seven for privacy reasons I won't say exact age. This staff member was in his twenties pushing a child. Medium length curly blonde/brown hair slim build white man about 5'8.On the stairs. The manager then showed me the video and in the video my son and another kid were playing with this staff member on the stairs like a tug of war game. Completely inappropriate to play on the stairs.in the video my son was trying to get the man's attention and instead of redirecting my son,or calling for somebody to get him to stop playing on the stairs,he pushed him. These are not the kind of people that should work with children. I've known amazing people who work with kids who would run into traffic to protect a child from getting hurt, this was not that. This was the staff hurting children. Not prioritizing safety. I asked for a full refund of our two month remaining membership and they said no I'm just glad he didn't hit his head

There are go-karts (which were genuinely fun), a zip line that suspends you over the entire park, ball pit dodgeball, arcade games, a skywalk-style ropes course jungle gym, a gladiator foam pit, VR experiences, and just about every high-energy activity you can imagine. It's basically a giant indoor adventure park. My son had an absolute blast. Shoes off, special socks on, running from station to station like he had discovered his personal paradise. We ended up signing up for a membership, which felt worth it since friends get half off when he brings them. That alone made it feel like we'll be back often. For parents, there's a café with pretty decent pizza and massage chairs scattered throughout the park where you can actually sit and pay for a quick massage while your kid burns off all their energy. I appreciated that the bathrooms were relatively clean, especially for a place with this much traffic. I skipped the popcorn because it looked a little dried out, but everything else we tried was solid. My only real critiques: staffing seemed a bit thin. Some of the teens working there appeared more focused on chatting with friends than actively monitoring the stations. And personally, I found it a little dark inside, which made it harder for me to keep eyes on my kid. That might just be my "I'm not 22 anymore" moment talking. Overall though, if you have an energetic kid and want a place where they can truly go all out, Urban Air delivers. It's loud, it's active, it's a little chaotic, and it's a whole lot of fun.
