We came here because I promised my daughter we would come as a bday gift. It was my 2 children and their friend. They had an amazing time. There were a few things that they couldn't don't because they weren't 48in. All of the workers seem to be teenagers which is normal for a place like this. I don't like that they pull the kids out with one arm. That doesn't seem safe. They had a BOGO special today that helped. It's usually $17 an hr per child. It's a bit pricey. There was a lot to do-open jump, basketball, dodgeball, foam pits, a balance beam.....you name it. I would return if I have a BOGO coupon.

My grandson wanted to come here for his birthday. He and a few friends came and are having a great time jumping while most of the parents sit in the massage chairs. There is a tv wall in the cafeteria area. We aren't going to be eating here and pretty sure we won't be missing anything grand. Smells like the usual concession stand suspects- pizza, slushies, etc. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. The pricing is what it is. The best deal is the $100 card which comes to $10 an hour and you can use it however you like and on any day. Usual hourly is $17 and on Mondays and Wednesdays you can get two hours for $30. I like it better than the trampoline park in Kennesaw because the lighting is bright and the walls and colors are cheerful and bright.

I've visited this location for the first time but have been to another location in NC. It wasn't very packed, probably because we went on a weekday. Some of the play areas were closed hence to why I couldn't give this location more than 3 stars.

Here for a birthday party and like any other place you want to give the food a try. This guy swears this is not microwave pizza but I definitely know the difference. The crust was extremely soggy and this so called slice of pepperoni only had 3 individual pepperoni. Hope the nachos are not stale.

It's a huge trampoline park, decently clean, clean restrooms. Make note- parking fills up fast! It's directly behind TJ Maxx, Marshall's. They share the same building but it's on the backend. Jump socks required and they have some for purchase. We were greeted by an awesome party host who led us to our party room for pizza, lemonade, cake and some games. Then the kiddos were able to bounce and run around the trampoline park. They have tons of staff walking around and monitoring the facility and checking for wrist bands/smiley face stamps. We had a great time and we would definitely go back.

1 star - absolutely heartbreaking experience…read more I am beyond upset with how my family was treated at this trampoline park. While my children were playing in the dodgeball court--an area specifically designed for fast, competitive play--a younger child was accidentally hit in the face. It was clearly not intentional. This is dodgeball. Accidents happen, especially in a trampoline park. Instead of showing any understanding or compassion, staff immediately kicked my children and me out. No warning. No discussion. No attempt to assess the situation fairly. Just escorted out like we had done something horrible. What makes this even worse is that they refused to refund our money. We are not a family that has money to throw away. We paid for our time, and it was taken from us because of an accident that could happen to anyone in that environment. My children were confused, embarrassed, and upset. As a parent, it was humiliating and heartbreaking to explain to them why we were being punished for something that was never on purpose. This place showed zero empathy, zero customer service, and zero accountability. If this park cannot handle normal, accidental injuries--especially in a dodgeball court--they should not be in business. I would strongly caution other families, especially those on a tight budget. One accident, even an innocent one, and you could be thrown out with no refund. We will never return.

I compare Jumping World to Altitude, which is where I normally go in my neighborhood. Altitude in East Cobb has similar concepts but focuses on primarily jumping on one level. Jumping World, tries to do a number of additional activities including, video games, go carting, bull riding, water weasel wheeling, ninja course, and kids must navigate them on their extensive carpets. Water fountain and bathrooms are centrally located. There is a snack bar with sweets, drinks, and some fast food choices. For birthday parties the pizza was the choice. If you need your kids to release some energy this is a good local option.

Worst part was being badgered constantly by the manager. We had two families and 4 kids in the group. The manager followed us around nagging the kids and parents. Such issues as - you can't push another kid on the swings, a 3 year old was admonished for pressing non functional buttons on broken equipment. We were the only people there but the manager wouldn't allow an older kid to accompany his 3 year old cousin... While some rules were posted, additional nagging activities were made up as we went along so we couldn't enjoy our time. We had to leave early. Don't recommend. If any of the nagging had merit with our well behaved kids - we recommend writing the rules down and presenting them initially instead of the constant raised voice badgering we experienced.

I purchased tickets ($18.99+tax) via the website for a 120 min jump session on a Thursday and since we already socks we did not have to pay for those because I made sure to bring them with me. Parking is easy and free since it's an open lot shared by an LA Fitness, Bargain Hut, Domino's and a few other businesses. Both times we've gone it's been super calm which probably made our time much more enjoyable. He was able to enjoy all the activities including the playground, open jump space, basketball area, slide and other areas. There was staff around to make sure the kiddos were playing safely and I was able to even get a little work done since there's plenty of space to sit and WiFi is available. There is food available for purchase but we did bring in our water bottles and no one seemed to have an issue with that so that was good. There is also an arcade area with a variety of games. When you arrive you are given a specific band color and they have several screens around letting you know when your jump time has expired based on the wristband color along with an announcement. I'm sure we'll be back soon to jump around and burn off some energy!
