Good place. Great facility. Well lit, safe, lots of padding, and lots of fun stations: -free jump area -dodgeball court -volleyball court -VR game area -the "orbit" (a rotating arm that you have to jump over) -battle beam -6-yrs-old-and-under-only area -giant foam pit -American ninja-like gauntlet and a few more stations I'm pretty sure I missed. Staff are overall very friendly and professional both. A handful clearly wanted to be somewhere else, but most were great. They were stationed at specific areas and kept them safe (for example, only one jumper per "square" of trampoline) and fun. If you join in, be ready to sweat. It's a lot of fun, and it'll wear you out, especially the foam pits. Those things are hard to move through! If you are in the foam pits much, expect some of the orange and black fuzz from the cubes to rub off on you. Not a ton, but some. Depending on when you go, other jumpers can make the experience less fun, but that's not the staff's fault, and they're doing the best they can to make it fun. Didn't try the food, but it was available with plenty of seating. Facilities were all clean. They had benches for those who didn't want to jump. Fun place, all things considered. It's a worthwhile way to have some fun with your kids. Update as of January 2026: took a group here and rented a room. Good experience. Very friendly staff; made our time a great experience. Horrific customer service. My toddlers bumped heads in the foam pit. They began bleeding profusely. I carried them to the front desk and asked for a first aid kit, as I was trying to identify where the blood was coming from. The manager strolled over with no sense of urgency, tossed me some paper towels, and then walked off. He never said a word or asked if I needed help, ice, anything. I informed the girl at the front desk that there was blood all over the foam pit and they allowed children to continue to play in the area. Horrific experience. Will never return. read more

I've been twice. The first experience was great. 2nd time, I threw my son a bday party. That experience was great also. Hostess(lidia) helped setup, cut cake, pour and bring drinks . Very attentive! Was my party worth the price? Yeah, i guess small things threw me off. I don't think the birthday kid should be counted with the number of guest but other than that it was all lined out very well. There is no designated playground for children 5 and under , so if you have little ones that it something to be mindful of. All you had to do was check in and hand over your goods. They set up the everything,we enjoyed the complimentary cotton candy. The pizza could be cooked a few mins longer . And the fried food not so long but other than that. I would do it again. We came here because I promised my daughter we would come as a bday gift. It was my 2 children and their friend. They had an amazing time. There were a few things that they couldn't don't because they weren't 48in. All of the workers seem to be teenagers which is normal for a place like this. I don't like that they pull the kids out with one arm. That doesn't seem safe. They had a BOGO special today that helped. It's usually $17 an hr per child. It's a bit pricey. There was a lot to do-open jump, basketball, dodgeball, foam pits, a balance beam.....you name it. I would return if I have a BOGO coupon. read more

Way overpriced. We typically go to Urban Air in Newnan and it's a much better experience. This place is small and didn't even keep my 5 & 2 year old entertained for the full hour we paid for because they had already spent time at each attraction. It's also only children working there so customer service is pretty poor. I actually overheard two of them talking about my partner and I (interracial couple) in a very negative way. I do not take it personally because they are children, but that is wildly unprofessional considering how much we paid to be here. It was about $100 for me, my boyfriend, and our 2 kids and it was not at all worth it. Also, very crowded and kids running everywhere which is discouraged at other parks we've visited. My grandson wanted to come here for his birthday. He and a few friends came and are having a great time jumping while most of the parents sit in the massage chairs. There is a tv wall in the cafeteria area. We aren't going to be eating here and pretty sure we won't be missing anything grand. Smells like the usual concession stand suspects- pizza, slushies, etc. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. The pricing is what it is. The best deal is the $100 card which comes to $10 an hour and you can use it however you like and on any day. Usual hourly is $17 and on Mondays and Wednesdays you can get two hours for $30. I like it better than the trampoline park in Kennesaw because the lighting is bright and the walls and colors are cheerful and bright. read more

I took my two sons here on a Saturday to let them burn some energy. The place was packed! We usually go to xdrenaline since it was closer to us, but it recently closed down. This jumping facility is large with lots of different activities for the kids can do. My only regrets is that I didn't feel safe letting my kids run around and play without me going to each area with them. At smaller facilities I'm able to sit in the massage chairs and still watch them from that area. Mommy gets relaxation time in chair while the boys get their playtime (ideal for me). Also we had socks as we frequent jumping facilities, and wanted to save money by using our own, however we were not allowed to do that. This is not a place I would frequent but may try it out on a day that is not as busy. read more

I have been bringing my family here since this place opened a little over 2 years ago. It was closer than skyzone plus their practices were better than skyzone. They are now doing the same thing as skyzone has done which ultimately put them out of business. They are nickel and dimming at every opportunity. Under 3 has always been free. Today unfortunately they forced me to pay for my 2 year old. With 4 kids this is definitely steep but they know as many with kids under 3 they aren't getting as much out of the experience as the older kids. They told me this was a recent change. Even though I have purchased their membership and not Notified about the change in any email they decide this change is happening. My kids really enjoy this spot but when you start nickel And dimming with no additional experience, eventually most will catch on and stop coming. read more

Friday night was basically Club Onyx for kids. If you've never been to Onyx, it's a nightclub in Atlanta. Big Air - a "kid-centric" trampoline park, looked and sounded like an adult club. That should tell you enough. Not to mention, they were way over capacity for fire safety standards and way understaffed with disengaged teenagers. I'd be disengaged, too, if you put me in a dark room with depressing music and asked me to monitor 400 kids ranging from 1-17 years old. It was a joke. Additionally, how lame is it to give kids this place to run and play while having videos and signs everywhere that essentially tell them not to have fun?No gainers, no back flips, no running, no dunking, etc...Mind you, ALL of those actions were still taking place, but doesn't the complicated and time-consuming waiver cover Big Air for all of that? Why still be so restrictive? It's obvious that Big Air, Stars and Strikes, Thunderzone and others are concerned about one thing: money. Why else would you create such an inappropriate, adult-themed, poorly monitored environment for what's supposed to be a bright, fun and safe experience for families? If you want to have a "Club Night" restrict the ages to something more appropriate so I know not to bring my toddler. I can't tell you how many times we got bumped into, or felt the brisk wind from some group of kids racing right by us. It's outright dangerous. Big Air should be ashamed of what they've let their space turn into - we will take our business elsewhere. read more

My son turned 9 this past weekend. All of his birthday parties in the past have been at home, since it's so expensive to have them at a facility like Big Air. He begged and begged to have his party at Big Air this year, but I told him no until I found these coupon deals on the Local Flavor app. So you can imagine how excited he was when I told him that we would take his friends there for cosmic night but have cake & gifts at our home before going. I purchased 5, $45 coupons (pictured below) each coupon is for 4 jumpers, one hour each, a pizza, and a pitcher of drinks. We got to Big Air on Friday, August 30th, I had 5 adults with me, split up all the kids so each adult could use one of the coupons. (Trying to save money) When I told the manager that I had these coupons she said that I couldn't use them for cosmic night. That cosmic night is a minimum 3 hour jump, from 8-11pm, and these coupons were for 1 hour jumps. Nowhere on their website does it say that cosmic night is a MINIMUM 3 hours of jumping. I just assumed it was from 8-11 and you could purchase an hour or 2 just like you can any other time. I showed her the fine print on the coupons, again NOWHERE does it say that you can not use these coupons on cosmic night. It even states in the description that Big Air offers Cosmic nights, but nothing stating that this coupon could not be used during cosmic night. We even spoke to the owner and he wouldn't accept them. We were told, "I guess you need to ask Local Flavor for a refund." Needless to say, we had to pay for 19 kids to jump on cosmic night. My son, had to hand over his birthday money to help cover the cost because he said he still wanted to jump with all of his friends. I could understand if I brought 4 kids with me to jump, but that wasn't the case. In the past I've purchased multiple $100 jumping cards, brought a lot of my friends and their families to visit Big Air with us over the summer, a couple of them have even had their children's birthday parties there after our visit. We were loyal customers but now I will not be supporting a selfish company like this ever again! I'm very disappointed! read more

We have come to this location since it opened last year and it has gone down hill fast. Maintenance/repairs are not a priority. The zip line has been broken for months. The service level is low. The slushie machine has been broken for months. The price of admission is not cheap and they always have a nice crowd so I'm not sure why routine maintenance is such a challenge. Today was my sons 5th birthday and instead of going to one of our usual spots suchas catch air or jump n joy I decided to celebrate my son's birthday at Big Air being that it's conveniently right around the corner from my son's school. The two women that greeted me at the front desk (one was an older woman the other a teenager) didn't make myself nor my family feel welcomed at all. Their attitudes were very short and dry. Instantly, I had the mindset to take my business else where but the overwhelming feeling that, that was exactly what they wanted only made me want to stay. We bought the family fun package for $67 that came with an hour of play time, a large pizza and a pitcher of soda. Once inside I was actually happy that we decided to stay because it turned out to be one of the best trampoline parks that we've been to interior wise and trust, me and my crew have been to them all! There was a variety of things for the kids to do and the young ladies that monitored the play area were very friendly and very helpful they, the kids really enjoyed themselves and that fact made me look past my discriminatory feeling I experienced at the front desk. We were down to the last 15 minutes of play time when my wife decided to go too the dining area and put the order in for the pizza but when she got there the young lady told her that the our order would be up within the next 10 to 15 minutes. My then decided to order some nachos for herself which I might add weren't to her satisfaction so she asked if she could have something else instead. The young lady then told my wife that they had already turned their ovens off for the night so the only thing that she could have in place of the nachos were a bag of potato chips in which my wife politely declined, she replied that she'd rather have a refund instead. By the time the young lady reluctantly gave my wife her refund our pizza order was ready and my wife called me and the kids over to eat. We ordered half pepperoni and half cheese but the pepperoni portion barely had any pepperoni on it at all and the pitcher of sprite that came with our order had so much ice in it that we didn't have enough to fill the four cups for each one of our four kids. My wife and I both felt that this was flat out ridiculous... I noticed that there was now a guy at the counter in referee like attire As my wife approached it with a pitcher full of ice.. She calmly expressed our feelings about the situation and that's when I over heard him tell my wife and his exact words "I'm sorry ma'am but that's how I was trained to fix them"... that's when I approached the counter and asked for the manager (Eli was his name) Eli met me with the worst attitude that I've encountered from management in any kid friendly establishment that I've ever visited! I mean everything about this kids attitude said and the horse u road in on... However me and my wife insisted on getting nothing less than our hard earned money's worth but Eli insisted even more that in order for us to get it, We would definitely have to pay another $5. At that point I asked for their corporate number but he replied that the establishment was a franchise and they didn't have corporate number so he gave me what he said was the corporate email address and the owners name. Unhappy about it all I reluctantly proceeded to pay the $5 for the refill when unknowing to them I so happen to caught a glance of a reflection in a cooler (I think it was) that contained drink products of the guy in the referee like attire laughing and celebrating like he had scored the winning touchdown in a high school football game! And then I looked back over at Eli only to see a smug little smirk on his face as if he could care less about how me or my wife felt about how this situation was playing out! I felt as if me and my wife were targets of an inside joke that was administered by these two kids... Needless to say at this point I was infuriated I immediately gathered my family to leave before I let my anger get the best of me but not without telling them that they would never get any of my business again (as if they cared right ‍) but believe me I will be looking into talking to someone about my experience first thing tomorrow morning! read more

I've been here four times now with my grandson. The first time was busy and on the weekend but the other times have been around 3 or 4 on a weekday. Love it! It's very clean and the employees are terrific! Nadia ran, jumped and played with a group of girls. Jahmare encouraged and played around the ball pit and challenged kids on the battle beam. Caleb gladly opened anything we asked, like the bull ride. Every employee was helpful and seemed to enjoy their job thoroughly. We had fun each time, but especially when it wasn't crowded. Our only disappointment was the zip line was closed and apparently broken for the last 4 weeks. He was sad he never got to try that. read more

Has attractions that other parks don't offer, such as a mechanical bull. Employees at every single station making sure that everyone is safe and following rules. Lots to do, if everything was open. This place is brand new and already one of their areas (the hamsters balls) has been closed. It was closed on opening night when we came! Our first cosmo night was tonight. The hamster balls are still broke, the zip line was not working, they closed several other areas at least an hour before closing for cleaning and some things they advertise for (trapeze for example) do not even exist! I understand they have to clean the equipment and I'm thankful they do but they could at least wait until close. For what they charge, we would have loved to get our money worth!! Lots of potential but even more room for improvement. Hopefully this is just some new business glitches and they get it figured out! read more
