This is really a great place, they are just way to under staffed. Nobody is ever available to fix games or dedicate themselves to one specific job. Long lines when waiting to get prizes etc etc. Other then the under staffing, the place is great. I actually thought the food was pretty good and I can refill my cup all day long! Came here a few times for birthday parties. The last time I was there, will be the last time I ever come back. Staff was extremely rude, when they were present. It was almost impossible to get help from anyone, and when we did, their attitudes were awful. When the staff was dancing with Chuck E. for my friend's son's birthday, none of them were even smiling. I felt so bad for him. And my friend was unhappy with everyone as well. It is my understanding that she contacted corporate. There was NO management that night. Nobody held accountable for anything going on in that restaurant. Will never bring my children back there again. read more

If I could give no stars I completely would. Chuck E. Cheese is suppose to be a family environment fun children. This particular one has the worse management and staff. We had arrived at 7:55 knowing that the establishment closed at 9 p.m, it doesn't take long for a 4 year old to blow thru 50 tokens and eat pizza, the manager Curtis continues to remind me every 10-15 mins the place was closing at 9 p.m, while the few staff danced around very inappropriately! At 8:50 p.m my 4 year old was cashing in his tickets and the manager shut the electric off, so he lost all tickets. At this point I was beyond upset I asked for the managers name and and employee stumbled saying uhm Curtis, then I asked for his last name and they refused to give it. On top of that all the chains are on a loop, as most know when they make the announcement Chucke is about to come on well he comes out, and he never did! We had a lot of fun. This by far the best one in columbus. It is very clean. Has a lot of fun games. The staff was very helpful.

This place use to be way better but they advertise lunch buffet, all you can eat salad, pizza, and dessert from 11 till 2. So we show up at 1130 hungry and not one pizza was out, we pay $50 for 2 adults, a child and for some games and did not get any pizza till 12 even though plenty of people ordered the buffet. The brought out 2 pizzas and where gone in about 30 seconds and did not have more for 20 minutes. They are very understaffed​ and the lady who dealt with the customers was quite frankly rude and should go back to work at the Drivers License place. She acted like the customers were an inconvenience to her. Clearly this place needs a new manager because if this is the way they handle themselves during the day I certainly will not be taking my child there at night for her birthday. They go through employees like no one else and are never staffed correctly during the day. The manager should just move to a third world country and manage that because that is about how efficient things are run and maybe it is the district manager because the being short staffed and not properly stocked buffet is a consistent​ problem here. This is horrible customer service, whoever owns this franchise or maybe it is corporate needs to fire everyone but the nice guy at the door and the repair guy who has also been there a long time and start over. read more

Service is very hit or miss, but you don't go to a place like this for the service. You go there so your little one (or big one) can run around and play games. I believe that all the ticket machines give at least one ticket per play so you always technically win. They also have a salad bar and adult beverage options if you need to take the edge off. Also, they have changed from a tokens based method of game play to a card that you scan and you buy time for the most part and not tokens/credits although I believe some games take credits. Good place for kids when the weather is bad. read more

I came here with my sister and her husband and children. We had a great time inside but when getting into our vehicles a car came speeding through in the same parking spot as we were standing barely missing hitting us and came screeching to a stop in the far corner of the parking lot. When he got out people yelled slow down to him and he replied by screaming "fuck you" and "you don't know me" and everyone including an off duty police officer. Turns out the guy works there and as one person was telling all this to the manager he stood off in this distance with a dirty look on his face. He almost hit children and had no remorse and is allowed to work with children?! Shameful. read more

My 7year old had a blast very clean fun location would drive the extra mile to come here instead of Columbus locations. Didn't eat there but it didn't look bad smelled pretty good. Would definatly take my daughter back again read more

Chuck E Cheese is not a very nice of a place. It has no workers that come out and help me. I kind of felt sad. I think it is expensive for 1 hour. I will not go back. The atmosphere is ok. The place is as noisy as ever! There is a car thing with colors on both sides. 1 worked and 1 didn't. The games only last 1 minute. It is hard to win tickets. For example you could win 0 tickets. Less tickets than other places. Maybe I went at the wrong place or time. I would not recommend Chuck E Cheese because of no workers, the cost, the noise, and the time on the games. If I could give this location less stars I would. My son had his seventh birthday party here. He did not receive many of the items promised when I booked (1,000 bonus tickets, t-shirt, etc.) and when the woman who was hosting our party asked how old he was, he said seven, to which she stated "oh you'll never remember this." Who says that to a child at their birthday party??? Cheap, dirty, disgusting kids work there so god forbid they clean up after the real children that play there. Then after looking after my receipt I realized I'd paid for 10 children as opposed to the 8 that were actually there. No stars. No love. read more

Dublin Chuck E Cheese was the worst experience. First of all it is completely understaffed and what staff is there is overwhelmed. The manager on duty was clueless of the condition of his establishment. It was dirty, ladies restroom had a toilet that had overflowed and no one checked on the restrooms to restock or clean. Tables weren't bussed until the end of the evening, the soda area was wet and sticky, the floors were dirty. Many of the machines didn't work and when tickets were to be dispensed they weren't. Looking to find someone to fix the machine was almost impossible. When we did find someone, it was only 1 person there, who also worked the counter. Needless to say I will not be taking my grandchildren back to this location and I will certainly pass the word. Not a very good representation of Chuck E Cheese. read more

I attended my niece's 4th birthday party here. I have to say I wasn't expecting it to be great. They totally proved me wrong. The party hostess Sam was great. She was so attentive not just to the party girl but to all of the kids and adults. She really made my niece feel special. Chuck E Cheese paid plenty of attention to the guests. If I had to choose between pizza from here or any other chain pizza I'd pick here. It has really changed since I used to take my son to Chuck E Cheese 15 years ago or so. We had the thin crust. The pepperoni only had one slice on each square, so that was disappointing for pep lovers. The supreme was good and so was just the cheese. Games all worked. What stops this from being 5 stars is the ticket counting machines at one point all of the 6 or so machines were jammed and no one seemed in a hurry to fix them plus they needed 1 or 2 more at the prize counter. The girls there could have been friendlier. Overall it exceeded my expectations. read more

I just hosted a party for my Girl Scout troop at this location. It was, hands down, the absolute worst customer service I have ever received as a party customer. When I arrived and told the person at the door that I was there to host a party, he said "OK." That's it. I went to the counter, where I waited more than 5 minutes and then gave up. In the meantime, 11 six-year olds were showing up ready to play. I finally found an employee and asked for help with a party. He said "I don't do parties, I do games." I asked if he could help me find the person who does parties. He disappeared into the kitchen and returned about ten minutes later - literally, ten minutes - with the party coordinator. (At this point, 15 minutes of our party time was gone and we had still not received our play passes or any food/drinks.) The party coordinator finally brought our passes and put in the pizza order. The pizza took about 40 minutes to arrive, yet was served to us cold. Like COLD cold. We had to ask for everything - could we have plates? How about cups? Could we have drinks? It was just ridiculous. The girls enjoyed the games and play area, but as a paying customer, it was an infuriating experience. read more

Two hours and never received our pizza and we received no explanation. They did refund the money but offered no service recovery. The place was extremely dirty specifically the tables, floor, drink area and salad bar. I was going to buy the salad bar but looked too dirty and unkept. Last night I take the kids there almost 9pm staying on the line for a while the cashier busy running back and forth .the line long ,my turn I give a girl cashier $20 I told her I want $20 for 100 tokens she's don't listen she's say I don't say nothing and as for coupon, I use my phone go online get it but I don't know they're changing go up $25 , the token she's running out not giving me zet and she's still running back and forth in kitchen later 1 guy worked there come took it another cashier there she's see and know A girl cashier come back I say I want $50 for 250 tokens . I give her $40 more she is took my money same time she's talking to another client she didn't give me reship and change just running 170 tokens out . I told her not giving me a recipe and a change . She say yes she she's give me recipe already and I give her $50 only, she's calling a guy manager come I have to wait a manager cow the money they make for that day later a manager say no money left in there so he can't give me $10 back and he can not doing anything for me and don't give me token . I tolk managed you guy have camera there on camera you will see and he going back to kitchen . Let me stay there like they don't care no one service me .I as for my tokens they give me a cup a girl cashes running out early 170 tokens. Took my son here for his birthday some time back. Had a ton of fun on the games. Enjoyed some cheapo pizza and had an all around good time. Went up to the prize counter 30 minutes before close. The guy at the counter was busy giving his family free food and salad bar stuff and wouldn't pay attention to us. Stood there for 20 minutes and every time he passed me I said "excuse me sir"? He ignored me. There were 5 black families and one white mix family at the counter. I was the white guy. The black kid "employee" helped the black folks behind me and ignored us. We stood there until close. He hid behind the wall while his girlfriend or whatever tried to talk him into stealing her some beer. At 15 minutes after close we were still there. I said around the corner: "are you just going to ignore us?"! He walked away. We left and as we walked out the door they yelled something and we saw them through the windows laughing at us. I'm not one to talk about this type of thing but somebody has to. My wife was so mad that she called corporate/(management?) And left a pretty long message about the perceived racism........and she ain't white folks! After no response she called again. The cowards in management didn't even bother to respond. We gave up and will never set foot in this establishment again. Apparently if you're white your not welcome in this store. This isn't an opinion, it's a verifiable observation. read more

Meh is what I can agree with about this place based on their standards. I had a great time with my kids and friends because 1)The place had a massive amount of games including a small toddler area, 2)No one bothered us and let us do our thang. Meaning no one bugged us about hanging our Happy birthday banner or busting open a piñata while I stood on a booth bench. But here's what definitely needs improvement...1)Baby changer had smears of brown feces which I came prepared with disinfectant wipes because another mama mentioned this location was dirty. I disinfected our booths too. 2) the tables were never bussed, we bussed and wiped 2 out of our party's 3 tables when we arrived. One of them had drinks sitting at it for an hour so I bussed it and got other peoples sweaty beverages all over my shirt. 3) the lines move so slow that I thought someone kidnapped one of my guests. Seriously, 20 minutes to claim a prize. Time to update that system with a vending machine. You're welcome, Chuck. 4) They should use a non tacky barricade or fix their floors, they used chairs and trash cans and signs that said "go around". 5) the salad bar and drink station were located waaay to close to the bathrooms, like adjacent, yuck. We ordered pizzas and drinks only. That's all I could handle. My kids and guests had a lovely time. And we did not overpay for a party attendant or to be close to the tv screens and robots which had benches and tables for the parties lined up right next to the "go around" hazardous area. I call it hazardous because to use the restroom you had to squeeze between these reserved parties and the trash cans to get by. I felt sorry for people paying for those reserved party tables. It looked so messy. Napkins were all over the floor and the announcements were too loud. The area by the windows with unattended tables was quiet and less congested. We chose Chuck E cheese because our outdoor party plans were sadly ruined by rain, but we managed to make this work and I kept a happy attitude throughout all of the above challenges. The games kept my guests happy and so did I! If you're good at serving and hosting others it can be a great party, if you require a lot of help and attention go somewhere better staffed.
