I got the Game Over which is a mix of a handful of alcohol and the mango cart draft which was pretty good. I enjoyed this place, and could have easily given them a 5 star review, but here is why I rated them a 3: The good: wonderful activities, plenty to do, fantastic beer menu, and duck pin bowling! It was the first time I ever went duck pin bowling and I loved it! The bad: staff was hands down...just kinda angry. I'm not referencing a particular member, I'm referencing nearly all of them. They don't make eye contact, they seem annoyed when you order, they don't watch lines to see who was waiting the longest. We had a situation where one of the garage doors on the first level opened on a cold day, customers were super annoyed, and when I asked someone to close it, they stared at me and didn't say a word. They were just rude. I went to another employee and said, can y'all close that, and they were indifferent as well. I felt like I didn't exist. I went to play a few video games and realized they hadn't been cleaned. I got out quick. The ping pong tables had broken nets and the quarter ball machine wasn't working so people couldn't play. Easy things people! Seriously, you failed on the easiest things to do! Be friendly, use some cleaner, change a ping pong net, fix the vending machine. Conclusion: Wonderful place! Food was pizza which was ok. They have a variety of games you can play. Great for team bonding. My company had a tab open for drinks and the drink selection didn't disappoint. If you are looking for a festive vibe this is your spot! They have music and videos going on monitors. They have miniature bowling alleys, table tennis and a big slide to take you from level 2 down to 1. They have beer galore and fancy drink concoctions to explore. The only thing they don't have is food, but there is a pizza by the slice place connected to it if you are in the mood for pizza. If you want something else too bad! As for the drinks, I tried the Hulk Hogan (it has a bomb pop in it and is for the all American hero that is the Hogan persona). I also tried the Macho Man (my favorite wrestler growing up and it was like an Old Fashioned with a Slim Jim in it - who doesn't want to snap into a slim Jim and have a stick of meat in their drink?!) . I threw my husband a 40th birthday party this past weekend at Pins! The process was super easy and the events team was very helpful! We chose the perfect space, right by the bar but it was secluded enough that we didn't have random people walking through our party! The manager was on his game- he checked in with us constantly and made sure we had everything we needed! I loved that we could bring in outside food too- we brought in some of our favorites! I've been here a few times and have always had a great experience, but when I went yesterday, I received exceptional service from not just one, but four different employees. They were truly helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. This place is definitely family-friendly, and you can tell the staff genuinely enjoy their jobs. This was my fiancé and I first time visiting disestablishment, and when I say I had a ball I had a ball on the first floor. There are pinball machines and some free arcade games. There is a big wall where you can use the glowing pens to make a design or words on the wall there is a bar on the first floor. There's also tables where you can sit and relax at and then they have life-size games so you can play. On the second floor, there is a slide also more pinball machines, but these pinball machines you have to pay I think they were like a dollar and then there is restrooms and more lanes for bowling! There's also a bar upstairs as well and an lounge area so we were on lane four on the first floor and I didn't know that you both three times per chance most people only bowl twice but I think this was pretty cool and then it finally clicked why the name of it is called pins mechanical because there is a string attached to The bowling pins. it's kinda neat to see how they get tangled, and how it corrects itself, you don't always have to go get someone Bae and I will be back!!! read more

We visited as an afterthought because we were in the area and thought duckpin bowling would be fun. I thought it was early enough on Sat night that there wouldn't be any trouble getting in. We parked in the garage and walked in. It was pretty busy and the check-in gal said there was a 3 hour wait for bowling. Wow. We each got a drink at the main floor bar - draft for him and a Pistachio Old Fashioned for me. Yum, but $12. We walked around and played a few video games and skee ball. Some of the games take quarters while others are free. Skee ball is free. The pinball machines are $1. There are tables to set drinks on at each machine. There were a lot of families with young kids. Some had food brought in. There was an outdoor deck with seating & games on an upper floor. There are 3 floors, multiple bars, and a big curved slide that you can enter from the 3rd floor that goes all the way down. That was the last thing we did. FUN! so strange - my boyfriend and i went here while visiting his brother who was graduating with his phd from osu. i was so excited to go and play games and have something to do other than just stand around and drink. the place genuinely seemed so fun. but we had 2 beverages and played 2 games of bowling and we went up to the bar to grab 2 more beers and the bartender gave us major attitude and served us waters. upon further request, she informed us that her "manager" had told her to no longer serve us. this was so strange bc we no where near over-served/belligerent. I gave my beloved local Pins in Cleveland a 5-star review and was stoked when I heard that my work was treating us to an evening at Pins in Easton after our meeting. I was interested to see if the 5 star experience was universal. And it was! I ordered my fav drink they serve at Pins, the "Carrie Fisher," a rum-based cocktail with a real rock candy on top! This alone makes the bar worth it for me. But I am obsessed with the openness of Pins Mechanical and how it is like an adult playground where you can come and go as you please! There is also no pressure at all to spend any money although we did on cocktails and a round of duckpin bowling. I am garbage at bowling and duckpin is no different but this isn't the kind of place pros bowl at so don't be worried about any lack of talent you might similarly possess. We visited Pins Mechanical (and 16-Bit) at their Easton location on a Tuesday night for drinks following dinner. The bar was fairly busy as is often the case due to many businesses having company outings here. Despite the crowd, it's hard not to love the atmosphere: sounds of pins being knocked over, arcade games ringing, pinball machines popping off, and Jenga pieces toppling on the ground all invoke feelings of nostalgia and comfort. It also helps that it's two stories and incredibly spacious, so even with the crowd it feels like you always have plenty of room to move around. My partner and I each had two cocktails from their current Fall 2023 menu with each one bringing something completely different to the palette. The S'mores Old Fashioned was a boozy forward riff on the classic cocktail with smoky notes from the mezcal. The Stoney Fizz was the second drink I had and it was very refreshing: particularly the yuzu citrus which worked well with the gin's herbal notes though it is very sweet. Important to note is that these drinks will change throughout the seasons and they don't always return. The Pistachio Old Fashioned from last year is one I still dream about... This PINS location is HUGE! Located in the newer area of Easton, you'll find it on the corner across from Restoration Hardware. When you get there you're greeted at the door and asked to show IDs. After gaining entry I made my way to the bar to order a drink. They have a good number of beers and a few cocktails. I ended up with a cider and my friend grabbed a beer. The service was just okay and from there we walked around to check out the space. It's beautiful, very modern with a fantastic patio upstairs, tons of cool seating areas between the games. The bathroom was also really clean when I went. We didn't stay long and only played the giant connect four game but we noticed they had a ton of game options to choose from. Of course, they have the duckpin bowling but they also have a giant light up board, pinball games, and even a slide you can take to get to the first floor from the second. It was closed when I was there but it looked fun. All in all, this was a good time. I went on a Tuesday evening and it was kind of dead. I imagine on the weekend it gets much busier. read more

One of my high school besties invited me out here while I was in town to see my family. I tell ya... Every time I come home to Columbus to visit, they have added something else onto Easton. It's like its own city within the city! We hung out for a couple of hours on the patio and had a couple of drinks. Their drink menu is a lot of fun and drinks are cheap, especially for me since I currently live in New York City. A signature cocktail for $10? And since I didn't get but one drink my total bill was less than $20! That never happens! They don't have a kitchen--or at least they don't serve food--but they allow you to bring your own if you must eat. And there are plenty of restaurants around. We didn't partake in any of the games, but it looked like folks were having lots of fun playing cards and ping pong and other things. There is ample and variously-styled seating throughout (we moved about from Adirondack chairs to bar stools to bleacher seating along the walls), large television screens, and it's really spacious. This location is really fun! There are two stories: the first floor has indoor and outdoor seating, a bar, and much gaming (duck pin bowling and arcades). The second floor has additional gaming (duck pin, jenga, several group activity games, and even more arcades), a bar, and a larger outdoor seating space. There are bathrooms on each floor- which shared space (male/female) for hand washing. There is a slide that goes from the second to the first floor. Enter at your own risk- my knees still hurt but it was fun! Parking: plenty of parking including a free parking lot that is 2 blocks away. Ambience: fun. People of all ages, genders, and races there. Service: good. Quality: if you want fun, you will have fun. People interacted With each other (strangers and all). This place is really fun. And their drink menu is fun too. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the most miserable bowling experience I've ever had. We were told the wait would be **30 minutes**, but guess what? We stood around for **over TWO HOURS** while the employees barely lifted a finger to help. No apologies, no updates--just a bunch of people standing around waiting while the staff acted like they couldn't care less. And when we finally got a lane? **Half of them were broken!** Balls getting stuck, pins not resetting, and the screens glitching constantly. Every five minutes, we had to track down one of the useless employees to fix something, and of course, they did it with an attitude, like we were the problem for expecting a functional bowling alley. Speaking of the staff--wow. The rudest, laziest, most unhelpful group of people I've ever encountered. They acted like answering a simple question was ruining their day, and they definitely weren't in any rush to assist anyone. Customer service **does not exist** here. The bathrooms were disgusting, the shoes smelled like they hadn't been sanitized in years, and the entire place felt like it was falling apart. By the time we finally got out of there, I wished we had just gone literally anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and **STAY FAR AWAY** from this dump. This place is so much fun! I had never been to OH, and I have never experienced such a cool place to drink. So the name Pins is for the string bowling lanes and the many pinball machines. The building is three levels with multiple video games spread throughout. All arcade games are free play. The pins come with a small fee. The drink menu here is unique as well. I ordered a Honey Badger and a Chai me a Rive.r. But people.in my party, loved the Hulk Hogan that comes with a bomb pop thrown in. Such a good time! There are a few Pins around the city, but this is the biggest and best!! Multiple floors, multiple bars, seating areas, game areas, AND A SLIDE! What an awesome place. I bowled a 65 and a 116, Dig Dug kicked my butt, I had the high score on Asteroids when I left and I hit the highest score I have ever hit on Galaga. They had happy hour until 7pm, and I opened a tab that started with a maple old fashioned (which I had never had before) and it was stronger than I imagined it would be, which is nice. There were so many options at the bar you can choose just about anything and be good with it. There's a parking garage tight next door that made it easy to get in and out. They allow you to bring on food, and there are so many places to get food at there at Easton you can't go wrong whatever you choose. read more

We love pins and the Easton location has quickly become our favorite. It's huge here with a second story, 4 bars, and a great heated patio. Recently visited on a Friday night around 8 after dinner, it wasn't too busy yet so we made our way up the second story where it was even less crowded. We were able to snag a spot around one of the fire pits which was perfect since it was pretty chilly out. One of the servers, Alex, came around and took great care of us, she was so sweet and recommended drinks based on what we were feeling. They have a nice selection of cocktails and beers but I just kept it basic with a rum and coke. We chilled by the fire for a couple hours and played a couple games. Let me say I love this place! I loved going here before, but when I found out they were dog friendly... they are now on my top going out places. They're not just dog friendly, like stay outside and have someone go inside and get you your drink.. No! They are completely different dog friendly. Meaning, take your dog inside and enjoy your evening with friends. I have an 80lb lovable lab named Charlie. All he wants is to say hi to anyone that comes near and this place was his doggy heaven! The staff had treats for him, and people that wanted to pet him. While he was enjoying his pets, I was enjoying my cocktails and conversing with old friends and now new ones. This is one of our favorite places to bring locals who come visit. There is something to do for everyone in your group! There are a ton of free arcade games from the 70s-90s, off road being my favorite. There is a giant lite bright in this one along with a huge two story slide! There are multiple bars with a nice selection of draft beers and a specialty cocktail list with an excellent happy hour from open until 7pm on weekdays. The staff is always super friendly and the place is always clean. We have been about a dozen times since this particular location has been opened and have always been impressed. As and FYI: This particular pins location is 21+ after 7pm, so if you have kiddies with you, you will be asked to depart. I like this place a lot and I'll probably return again and again, both for adult nights out and with my kids on Sundays. The space is huge! It's mostly the second floor and it's open to overlook out onto the street. The layout is interesting and different from other locations in that the bowling lanes and the video games are spread out a lot more. There are three different bars, so there's not much waiting for drinks until it gets really busy. I've been on both a Saturday night (incredibly busy!) and a Sunday afternoon (nice and calm and family-friendly!). It depends on the vibe you're looking for, because you can find both depending on when you go. I love the attention to detail when they constructed the place, such as the open patio in the front, the green walls, the artwork, and the seating options, including the high benches overlooking the street. Besides duckpin bowling, arcade games, and pinball, there is also some "Yard games" around to keep you occupied. The selling point for the kids was the slide that goes from the second level down to the first, and I admit, I enjoyed that more than once! The only thing that will keep me from going here TOO much, is that the drinks are pretty pricey. Somewhat understandable considering all of the entertainment options. I've been to Pins a couple of times now, mainly for work events. It is a really cool space and idea. I love all of the games and how many bars they have. I just have found that it gets very crowded very fast. I also don't love that kids are able to come in at certain times. I think that it really takes away from the vibe and atmosphere. If I want to play a game and drink with friends and coworkers, I do not want to have to monitor myself because there are kids around, that is the whole point of an adult barcade. I also think that the crowding can get annoying, especially on weekends. You can spend most of your time waiting to play a game rather than actually enjoying the games. I like Pins but it is never my first choice because of those reasons but I will likely be back for another work sponsored event and I do always have a good time. read more
