Cheese location in Hialeah for many many years I used to come with my kids and now I come with my grandsons. I have always enjoyed bringing my family here. Love this place Unfortunately, during my recent visit on Sunday 05/30/2026, I had a disappointing experience with a girl named HENNA . I felt that my concerns were not handled professionally, and the customer service did not meet the standards . I hope management reviews this feedback and works to improve the customer experience." This location took me by surprise as they have a wider variety of games to choose from. They were VERY busy when we went but understandable given it was Saturday night. Great location with plenty of parking. The activities and games are abundant and fun HOWEVER, The bench seat at our table was broken and kept falling forward on us and the food is garbage! The pizza was very very salty! For my granddaughter that looks forward to "pizza Friday" wouldn't even eat a whole slice! She took 1 bite and refused to eat any more! For as salty as the pizza was the French fries had zero salt! The raspberry tea was obviously cross contaminated from one or more of the other drinks? I don't know. It tasted like dirty dish water! So disappointing :(. My kids love it here (which is why I'm giving any stars at all). But as an adult, you notice everything. I was very happy with the reno of this location because it looks much better and the little kid section is great; not to mention the new jumping zone for the littles. After having a birthday party here for my 5-year-old, though... never again. It was a mess. Got there 17 minutes before party time to set up, and they were not ready; they asked us to wait 10 minutes. Went back inside at exactly party time, they were still not ready. I decided to start setting up regardless because I wasn't going to wait around for them--it's our money going into it and commitment to friends and family after all. Finally, a lady showed up saying that a certain two tables were ours, and I asked her which exactly, she said "Whichever ones you'd like" in Spanish.... So I moved all my stuff and started setting up again. Same lady comes up to me again saying that a different table was ours. I got very angry and told her she needed to make up her mind because I'm not trying to waste time. She didn't like that. Then she disappeared again, never asked what we needed, never went over any financials, nothing. After waiting what felt like an eternity for someone to come up to us, I decided to go and look for the manager. When the manager popped out of the back room, I almost started laughing. I thought it was a sick joke. It was the same careless lady I saw in the beginning. Then I said "Great, nothing is going to be handled, now..." Then Jenna came out of the room with a clipboard saying "I was just on my way to you." This was 14 minutes after the party start time btw. People were already showing up. We had no wristbands or anything for the kids attending as guests. After I acknowledged Jenna, the manager just turned around and walked back in the room. Just blatant disregard for fixing the problem. Luckily, Jenna tried her best to be attentive and available. It showed, and I appreciated it. She must have known I was upset because I'm sure all the employees were talking about it, but she actually did what you're supposed to do when a customer is angry. Despite the improved customer service from her, there were 4 machines down in the little kid section. The ticket blaster for my birthday boy was down. They compensated for that by giving him 1500 e-tickets. But it still sucked he couldn't use it. The birthday show was not personalized for the birthday kids... they just gathered all of them at once and did it one time. It was mediocre, I do not recommend throwing a bday party here. I'd only recommend coming here for some fun in the afternoon with your kids to let out their energy. You'd have to come with very low expectations of cleanliness and food quality. The food is highly priced and takes a long time to come out of the kitchen as well. Just a heads up. read more

My family and I have been visiting this Chuck E. Cheese location for decades. First when I was a child and now I take my kids there. What I find amazing is that I see many guests, myself included, interacting with the location manager, Diego. I believe he's been there quite a while, and over the years he has continued to make our visits feel more personal. It's great to see a manager take such a hands-on approach. And his leadership seems to guide his team as well. Jenna has been our party host before, and she has been incredibly attentive. We really appreciate the care she puts into her job each time we see her. read more

my daughters first time and she had a blast for a friends birthday. she started off with a two hour game card and some sodas. the arcade games were super fun. with a little jumping zone. which they provide socks for non slip socks. there is over 50 machines to play once you swipe your card thats when the 2 hour timer starts . then it was time for pizza they had at least 4 pies out kid cut up slices and adult about 2 cheese 2 pepperoni . a side of chicken with carrots celery and dressing . some people got salad bar. if you wanted additional items you can order or drinks. they have a good selection. then the cake and what looked to be dipping dots chocolate ice cream was served it was all delicious and made well. they dont have the electronic show they had years ago but they did have chucky cheese come out for some pictures and a few dance songs for the kids. then they took home a fun goody bag . the staff was super friendly and kept checking on us. it felt very comfortable and clean . you would always see someone cleaning or just saying hi. the manager of the party did an amazing job. read more

My favorite location. I have come here for parties. I've had my son's birthday here once and we come here "just because". I have been to a few other locations and they do not measure up. The location in pines is so ghetto. I loathe going to that location and have declined to attend a few parties because of it. I've gone to another location in Homestead and they barely had equipment for the kids to play on. I've gone to another in Kendall and I think that says enough. The plaza it is in, the parking is horrendous. But enough about the other locations. The food has definitely gotten better. I come here just for the pizza alone. Of course, I bring my son so he can play but I am there for the food. I do wish they would bring the balls back but I know it was a safety reason as they found harmful items in there. Good place to bring your kids and family. They have specials during the week. So be sure to check those out. You don't have to worry about anything happening to them. This location is great. The staff seems to be on point today with managing there store. They have police officers for security of the kids and that's a plus. The salad was great and my daughter loved it and had a great time. They should improve there games more and machines need to be serviced. read more

Where kids get their first real lesson in video games. Can't go wrong with pizza with kids. The canadian bacon pizza is great. Adults can have some relax time having a brew while the kids play. The kids will not get tired because there is just too much stuff for them to do there. They have a super huge game room, they have fair type games, a band of huge stuff animals, and a large playground. Once you bring them once, be ready to have them ask you to come again and again. Having pizza and beer is great for adults but maybe if they had some TV's with sports they will give adults another incentive to stay a little longer and would definately help the business. read more

After reading reviews as far back as 3 years ago, most complaint regard food, service, games, etc as if this establishment was designed for adult usage. This was my first time back after almost 20+ years. What called my attention to write, and I hope management reads this, is what I experienced at the register. I was asked for ID after purchasing a beer. Now that seems quite benign and I was flattered as I am 60 years old. I showed my ID and then I was asked to take it out so that the cashier could see it. I was shocked at what happened next. At a time when security risk is at an all-time high and we can't even trust our credit bureaus to hold our information safe, I witnessed the cashier swipe my driver's license in front of me without my consent and steal my information. Buyers beware when being entertained at Chuck-E-Cheese at all times. They are stealing people's information from driver's licenses without their consent and in the guise that they are looking for proof of age while purchasing alcohol even when individuals look much much older than under 20 years of age. I am highly concerned at this very unethical practice and do plan to write a letter to Chuck-E-Cheese management. I hope some of you who read this are just as scared and concerned about losing your personal information and do the same and inform Chuck-E-Cheese that what they're doing is unacceptable. read more

Giving it 3 stars because my order was taken by Johnetha and she could've provided a better customer service experience. She wasn't friendly and gave me attitude. I would hope to have friendlier employees working in a place filled with kids. First of all, I ordered a pizza. When I picked up a piece, grease got all over my 37 month old child. My child got her finger and hair caught in the ticket machine, and no employee decided to help. This place is only good for getting stamped by a rude person with toxic oils that gives you arm pimples and spending unnecessary money on toys that fall apart as soon as your dog rips them. Also, they were not serving spaghetti and im extremely disappointed about that. My daughter has never cried so much in a public place and that needs to change. The yodeling Walmart kid is better entertainment than the chuck E cheese mouse. It scared my 76 days old cat that I took with me hidden in my wife's purse. I would have rated 5 stars if the play tubes were actually cleaned and disinfected often. The crowds sometimes are questionable depending on the time you arrive. During the summer the best time to visit is from 3-5 because the Summer camps have to be back by then which is good. Their PIZZA is AWESOME!!! Ive seen people come get pizza and then leave. I wish they were a little more affordable. I would actually take more pizza to go. The bread is thin and nice and crispy and it has the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. The only thing you need to decide is whether you want to purchase TIME or CHIPS. If you have young kids, I would recommend the chips on the card because the kids get distracted. One thing....for a Chuckee Cheese party they give you 2 hours to play, eat and celebrate. I tried pausing the card and it said we had 63 minutes left BUT that we couldn't pause to eat because it was a party/group card. The cost isn't too bad though. It brings cute cups for the kids to take home and a nice little pack for the kids. Plus, the 2 slices of pizza per child. I really do enjoy this location. They used the space perfectly and have a good amount of games. The customer service is pretty good too. The location next to Mall Of Americas is also very nice and has excellent service!!!!!
