Great location with plenty of parking. The activities and games are abundant and fun HOWEVER, The bench seat at our table was broken and kept falling forward on us and the food is garbage! The pizza was very very salty! For my granddaughter that looks forward to "pizza Friday" wouldn't even eat a whole slice! She took 1 bite and refused to eat any more! For as salty as the pizza was the French fries had zero salt! The raspberry tea was obviously cross contaminated from one or more of the other drinks? I don't know. It tasted like dirty dish water! We left hungry and with a mostly unused $40 game card.

    With the minors, having fun.

Fun place for the kids!! Support were friendly and helpful. Don't go on a Friday during the summer, so many summer camps. I went when the first opened, kids were about to enjoy a good hour of play before the camps took over.

Well I heard so much negative about Chuck E. Cheese's but I'm my own judge. It was my first time and my daughter really wanted to go! We visited the Hialeah location and it was an awesome experience! The All-you-can-play is awesome and we thorougly enjoyed it. My daughter did NOT want to leave. Atmosphere was really comfortable, definitely another stop for her on our next visit!

Walked in on a slow day, Wednesday, where all the tables were filthy. The soda machines were full of caps and straws. The floors were dirty and receipts thrown everywhere. The cashier was eating while taking our order. I will not be back, rather take a drive to doral and go to Dave N Busters

My 5 year old brother had fun but sadly had to wait 50 MINUTES for a personal regular cheese pizza and a vanilla cupcake. Not cool.

Did you know there is a pirate themed playground in Altos Del Mar Park in Miami Beach?…read moreGather up the crew and anchors away for the most almost free fun a fledgling pirate can have. You still have to pay for parking. I recommend the parking lot next door. The Pirate Park Playground was built by Superior Playgrounds who was tasked with designing a one-of-a-kind pirate theme play space to spark creative play and provide a safe place for budding buccaneers to play. The playground is made of recycled material like milk jugs and was created to be corrosion resistant so that it would always look good in this salt water coastal ecosystem. Located only 100 feet from the beach, the playground is fenced in for safety. There is a large pirate ship for older children to climb on and slide down and a smaller area for younger privateers. The crows nest with rigging looked especially fun to climb. Other playground play structures include clownfish and blue tang fish spring riders, a custom octopus playhouse, and palm tree shade. There are four triangle sail shades and poured-in-place safety surfacing to protect little knees and bottoms. Bathrooms are nearby. During my visit the playground was filled with kids and their families enjoying the nautical theme. This unique play space fosters imagination and physical movement for the youngest North Beach residents and visitors.

The other area was a small space they had somehow crammed a pool table, bar, domino table and several other tall tables into. All the tall tables had been taken so I sat with my daughter at the kids table situated in the center of the room. I was immediately told to get up because the chairs were made for kids. Not for nothing but I weigh a whopping 105 pounds. But whatever. I took my daughter into the play area and she wanted me to carry her so she could dunk a basket on the basketball game in the corner. I lost my balance and fell into it. Immediately, here comes crabby owner yelling "Get up, get up! You're gonna break it!" Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks for asking. I went into the other area for a while to eat and grab some candy and could hear this lady yelling at kids about climbing on stuff and running too fast. Seriously? At this point there was only about 40 minutes left of party time. My daughter wants to go into the bounce house. She got scared when the kids got rough and just sat there crying. Naturally, I went in after her. Guess who is on my ass two seconds later. I pull my kid out, grab our things and tell the lady to go screw herself and that she'll never see me or anyone I know ever again. My best friend who threw the party told her off also. Moral of the story, if you want your kids to have fun, stay far away from this place.

This is definitely a cool place to bring your little ones and keep them entertained…read more It's especially useful on those pesky rainy days where you can't go to the park. The set up is good ...especially for parties. They have a room designated for the birthday singing, eating, and cake-cutting activities that is separate from the play area. They also have a small arcade section set up and a bungee jump contraption ... at an extra charge. The price is not bad at all...around $12 and your kid gets to bounce until they are tired. They have a concessions where you can get pizza, drinks, ice cream, coffee, etc. The play area is large... there are around 6 giant bounce houses with slides and obstacles. And a section for toddlers with ball pits. It's definitely fun! And safe and indoors! You must wear socks to be in the area ... no shoes, no bare feet! They do have socks for sale $2 if you forget.

I'm honestly surprised by all the 5-star reviews because our visit was nothing like what I expected. I don't know if we happened to come on a bad day, but the staff spent more time policing parents than creating a welcoming environment. I understand that rules are important, and I have no problem following them. However, there was a constant feeling of being watched and corrected, even when we weren't doing anything wrong. The moment that crossed the line for me was when a staff member grabbed me by the shoulder to get my attention. There is simply no reason for an employee to put their hands on a guest. It was completely inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. If you're looking for an indoor play place for your children, I would recommend considering other options. Based on my experience, the customer service here was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, which took away from what should have been a fun day for the kids.

It is important to note that we have worked with this company for years without prior concerns; however, the issues experienced this year reflected a clear decline in service and reliability. The organization paid over $1,400 in total, including deposits and event payments, for the services provided. Each event day came with its own set of challenges. The staff member assigned to our activities demonstrated poor customer service, with interactions that were often unprofessional and, at times, dismissive. Instead of working collaboratively to support the success of the events, there were repeated moments of resistance and lack of flexibility, which directly impacted the flow of programming for participants. The final event was scheduled from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. There was a misalignment on the organization's end regarding payment for this event. The individual responsible for payment was already en route and arrived at approximately 10:30 AM with the funds; however, the event could not begin until payment was received. During this delay, there was a moment when the vendor began packing up the animals in front of the children, which created confusion and disappointment during the scheduled program time. The organization attempted to propose solutions to maintain the flow of the event; however, both the on-site staff member and management maintained that payment must be received before continuing. While company policy is understood, it is also important to note that the organization had already completed two prior payments for two separate events the week before. Despite the delayed start and shortened experience, full payment was still accepted for the final event, which still concluded at 11:00 AM as originally scheduled. Unfortunately, concerns were not isolated to on-site staff. When issues were escalated, management did not respond in a timely or solution-oriented manner. Concerns were either minimized or not addressed effectively, making it difficult to resolve problems in real time. Both personally and professionally, I take pride in maintaining high standards of customer service in all aspects of my work. Based on the overall experience, I would not recommend this company from either a professional or personal standpoint due to how service and business operations were handled throughout these events. In preparation for future programming, I have since connected with other petting zoo vendors who have been professional, flexible, and understanding, which further highlighted the contrast in service quality. While we valued the years of partnership with this company, as of today, that relationship has come to an end. For an organization serving youth and coordinating structured programming, reliability, professionalism, and clear communication are essential. While the animals and concept remain engaging for children, the operational execution and customer service did not meet the standards expected for professional event partnerships. Overall, due to repeated issues across multiple events, I would not recommend this vendor for future programming.

Secondly, amazing is how big it feels despite its size and location (granted, I visited at night for a special event, so your mileage may vary) - though I admit, the exhibits seem too small for some of their fauna inhabitants. Third and finally, visiting it for said special event, Luminosa, was ABSOLUTELY wondrous. Made the visit absolutely worth it (even if my bus almost missed the stop). Plus, the staff is so kind and accommodating.
