You can't have a party with nobody attending. Real life happens for which Kubo wants to take zero responsibility. At first we were flat out rejected for a reschedule, then we were offered a date that didn't work and were told we can't take a premium weekend date as they're losing money. In the end we had to cancel the event with ZERO refund (we requested even a small refund). Nothing was done! Beware of the trap of this place! Never again.
